Nestled in a prime spot, Ohana's Beachfront Resort & Beach Club receives accolades for its central location near the beach and local amenities, contributing to an exceptional stay. The establishment is celebrated for its cleanliness and room upkeep. While the staff's friendliness and responsiveness stand out, a few guests have experienced slower service.
The resort's amenities and lively atmosphere are well-regarded, though the value is sometimes questioned due to pricing and payment policies. Overall, the spacious and well-equipped rooms round out the positive experience, with some minor room for improvement noted.

Ohana’s is a vibe! It’s buzzy and chilled out, looks aesthetically great; think cool spaces with chintzy umbrellas and a splash of neon. Brilliant and friendly staff, superb food offerings (tacos stood out and also the smoothies and gelato bar) and fresh cocktails.
The rooms are spacious. We were two friends holidaying together and had the pool view junior suite. The sofa bed was decent and converted into a huge super-king sized bed! Lots of hanging space (girls will know, boys likely won’t care!) nice bathroom lighting and a good shower. Housekeeping were very efficient and overall the whole staff team were some of the best we came across on our holiday around Bali and the islands. The beach/pool staff in particular are attentive and service is speedy, even at sunset when the place gets busy. They’ve got great banter and do a super job.
The quieter, internal, pool is a bit of a haven away from kids and bigger groups of Aussie families, whom we found quite overbearing and loud at times. So we’d say it’s not the resort to go for peace and quiet! The location on the main drag is spot on and made it easy to wander about and you must must visit the wurung opposite. Best meal of our entire trip.
The only small area for improvement would be to offer a bin with a lid in the room toilet. Given toilet paper can’t be flushed, you really do need a lid on the bin! Also be wary that there’s only one cashier to pay for everything, so end of the afternoon/night queues were sometimes long with everyone paying up for their entire day.

Beautiful hotel that "appears" flawless.
The pool and the beach sunset, the lighting and the exquisite styling in the huge bathrooms look magnificent.
The stepping squares just under the water make it possible to catch the perfect Instagram photo, the "floating" day beds above the pool and seats in the water create wonderful reflections with the bar in the background.
HOWEVER......
The pool is like an image from a safety hazard warning poster.
slippery square blocks just under the water, giant wooden day beds hanging out over the water with less than 20 cms off the water to whack your head in if you accidentally swim under them, the random edges under the water, make it almost impossible to not somehow slip into the next part of the pool or whack your head against the random sharp edges everywhere under the water. The loungers in the water make your bottom wet when you sit in the ankle deep water. Honestly nothing about this pool is practical and nothing is what it seems. Its basically a salt water Instagram setup, designed for photography and definitely not for children to swim in.
The food is average at best, all the prices exclude most of the price, e.g. tax, island tax and well above any other prices on the island, and I could forgive that. But my main gripe is that I had a whole other table added to my bill, I queried it and black lined all the things that were not mine, and when the bill came back, half of the items were still on the list. I had to show him my photos of the food and talk him through the list on the table one by one to show that we had had no expensive alcoholic drinks or extra mains. After that they had some strange system of asking me to sign everything twice on 2 copies of the bill, this was very inconsistently applied and half the time it was required and half the time it wasn't.
At the end of the day this is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The island is spectacular. The trip with Nyman Aple to the Manta ray was epic, the journey to the various snorkeling sites was like a scene from Jurassic park, and the water was crystal clear for many many meters down, the day trip around Penida was well worth it for the beautiful views.
The hotel pushes every limit it can get away with but at the end of the day they are on a quite undeveloped island with some real challenges. They did a good job adapting to my comments and I even felt the ear bleeding sample musac volume did get turned down a little towards the end of my visit.
It makes a beautiful set of holiday photos that you will love and that will make your friends on IG and FB instantly jealous, and as long as you are ok with never washing that salt out of your hair and the smell of things constantly being burnt around the hotel etc and the dramatically overpriced and average tasting food, its a feast for the eyes.

Hi there, thanks for visiting and wonderful to read you loved so much about the property. Our venue has been beautifully and painstakingly designed to be a feast for the eyes - pretty much every piece of furniture is custom-made and shipped to the island. The challenges and costs of creating a venue such as ours on Nusa Lembongan should not be underestimated :-) Every bag of cement, piece of wood, each marble tile, every palimanan stone, decoration, piece of art, and item of equipment in the venue has had to be shipped from Bali or beyond. The venue has cost millions of dollars to create - and this all contributes to the function of our pricing. Our prices are all considered to our overall experience - a beautiful property, right on the beachfront, in the heart of the main town centre (literally the best location on the island), and our costs of business - we have a lot more staff than most other properties, we use a higher quality of produce all of which is shipped from Bali, we have a lot of infrastructure and amenity that other places do not have. It's surprising to read that you did not enjoy our food so much. Sure we are not a Michelin Star restaurant (we're not trying to be and also not priced like one), but we do serve a good quality relative to our pricing and generally, we receive a lot of really positive feedback about it. Specifically for future guests who may be wondering about our pricing, a 30cm wood-fired pizza is around Rp 150,000 once service and tax have been factored in; these pizzas are handmade, risen for 48-hours and cooked in our state-of-the-art combination gas and wood-fired pizza oven. A cocktail is around the same price Rp 150,000, bearing in mind we use only quality brand name imported spirits (not local made imitations like a lot of cheaper venues). In some foreign currencies (most common to where our guests are from) that works out to be about AUD$15 / USD$10 / GBP8 / CAD $15 / EURO $10 at today's exchange rates for a pizza or cocktail, so we're not exactly talking about some sort of extortionate price gauging. Our menu's and prices are all available on our website. The wonderful thing about our location is that being in the middle of the town centre, we are surrounded by lots of great eats within walking distance of varying cuisine and a range of prices to suit various budgets. We hope to see you in the future for more fun in the sun in this little island paradise we call home. Kind regards The Ohana's team

It’s an amazing stay! Both interior and exterior are stunning, plants are well taken care of and swimming pool looks so tempting to jump in. We’ve 2 kids and 1 toddler, baby cot was well prepared for baby with baby pillow. Overall are clean and cozy. The only thing we wish is to have a shower handset so we can wash the sand away easier in the shower room. We love the balcony, where parents can chill after kids asleep.
As for the food, the breakfast have variety options, cater for both adult & kids. Juices are great…Egg Benedict set is my favorite. Excellent sea view, but with flies. Kids are a little annoyed.
The variant of blue color of the sea water is so beautiful. Beach unfortunately sand is not that fine and not so suitable for swimming as lots of corals not only along the beach but also in the sea.
The location is strategic, the Main Street has lots of restaurant, both western & Indonesian food, grocery stalls, etc..
We really appreciate Ohana’s staff service. They assists us with the transportation from Kuta to Ohana’s and after that from Ohana to airport. Not to forget the snorkeling trip, it’s so fun and the tour agency are professional and take good care of us. Thanks all of you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable! We will definitely recommend to others. ❤️

I booked this place knowing it was a bit more expensive than other places, but I don't think I was expecting it to be SO expensive. Everything we had at the resort was very good though, drinks, cocktails and food. That said, it's in an area surrounded by cheaper places, so it's easy to go off resort to find a cheaper meal or drinks. The friday night pizza deal was alright, but you have to order THREE pizzas, which is impossible if you aren't in a larger group. I wish this would be changed to just 100k per pizza rather than 3/300k. They were delicious, and I ended up ordering it the next day for lunch as well.
The pools are quite small, smaller than I was expecting. There were also some children running around/swimming without swim diapers or suits which was pretty gross. I got out of the pool immediately and later saw them standing on the side peeing into the pool - parents nor staff did anything. The daybeds were a bit worn and didnt seem very clean, but I just put my towel overtop. The back pool never seemed to have much service. I would go to the swim up bar, see people there, but was never served or offered a menu.
The room was nice, small but useable. Bathroom had no AC so it did get warm. Wifi almost non-existent in the room which was frustrating. Yes, they warn you, its everywhere that their wifi is "unreliable", however it more so feels like they are catering to the day club people rather than the hotel guests. I could not load a single netflix show in the room, but it seemed to work ok in the lobby area.
The location was really lovely, great views, lots of other restaurants around, and when the tide is out the beach was great for walking (when tide is in it comes right up to the barrier, so time your walks wisely). Live music was nice, bon fire was great, great atmosphere. There is a certain song that should probably be removed from the playlist (Too drunk to f*ck), but other than that I really enjoyed the daily music.
Check in and check out was smooth and simple, and checkout also included a voucher for a soft drink or tea at their ice cream shop, which was nice.

My second time on Nusa Lembongan was another wonderful experience and I hope to come back many more times. Ohana’s is a wonderful place to stay with the most friendly staff you could ever encounter! The front pool is great to catch the sunset but I recommend spending your time at the resort pool a little further back, much quieter and a bigger pool with lots of different recliners / day beds etc. Not to mention the swim up bar!
The rooms are stunning, clean, cool and comfortable. I stayed in a suite in #18 and it was absolutely perfect.
If you’re going to Nusa Lembongan please understand it’s a small island with unmade roads and a small town feel, it’s not particularly built up but that adds to its charm. Take a walk along the beach and try a few different local restaurants.
While you’re on Lembongan go snorkeling with Captain Blank - the blue boat right out the front of Ohana’s. He is usually back and forth between his boat most of the day so flag him down to book for the following morning. We snorkeled with the manta rays and turtles and had dolphins alongside our boat, it was an incredible experience!
Ohana’s is definitely one of the more luxe spots on the island so you do pay a little more for the privilege and beautiful surroundings, if you’re watching your budget eat at other spots around the island. However compared to Aussie prices it’s still very cheap.
Enjoy your stay! Can’t wait to come back to Lembongan again!

We are a family of 5 (kids 8,10,12) who travel extensively and Ohanas has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Everything was impeccable. The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing, the food was spectacular and the room and facilities were perfect for all types of travellers. And what an amazing location just to relax. What we liked most was the feel and safety of the resort. We felt confident enough for our kids to go back and hang in our room by themselves whilst we enjoyed a sunset cocktail. Our youngest made friends with some local kids and enjoyed playing beach soccer with them and both the snorkeling tour and scooter hire recommended by the resort were excellent. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance but our favourite meals were the ones we had at Ohanas. We are now in Nusa Dua and already miss this little slice of heaven. Well done Ohana’s (we noticed how hard and what long hours the owners worked whilst we were there) and we will be back.

Great hotel, great staff, great food and awesome location.
We had 4 nights at Ohanas and thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay.
Pool suite was spacious, comfortable beds,
Meticulously clean, great housekeeping and perfectly working air con.
The restaurant was lovely, we had a few meals here including the breakfast that was included in our rate. Service was always efficient, the coffee was great and all the food that we had was tasty. My teenage daughters loved the pizzas.
The pool outside our room was great, clean and well
Maintained. The only thing I did notice on one day it was a little difficult to get a lounge and as they offer day guests I believe the hotel pool had a few day guests around it which was taking sun lounges away from in-house guests. This was my observation as they weren’t using hotel pool towels and appeared to just walk in and there were no checks from Ohanas staff. This was only 1 day out of the 4 so no major drama but might be worse in peak season.

Ohana's on Nusa Lembongan is a winner for our family! The hotel is awesome. The beach club is top-notch, with food bursting with flavors, and plenty on the menu to work through during our stay. Great selection of cocktails and even craft beer on tap! The service is exceptional, with friendly staff who go above and beyond. Too many folks are kidding themselves expecting a place like Ohana's to be any cheaper than what it is, Bali is not as cheap as it was 20 years ago. You get high-quality food, brilliant location and great service without breaking the bank, especially compared to a similar holiday back home in Australia. If you're after the best spot on Nusa Lembongan, Ohana's is the place to be. Don't miss out on this gem!

Ohana’s is back! Delightful fun experience overlooking the beautiful sunset.
Everything about Ohana’s is tropical beautiful…the staff, decor and location. The cocktails are fun and gorgeously presented which adds to the feeling of luxury. The music is very upbeat without being too much…they have the balance just right for anyone under 70!
I had a pizza from the stone oven and the base was light and crispy.
It was also a great advertisement that the owner said hello and was taking a keen interest in making sure a good vibe was happening. I love the different levels of Ohana’s and I chose to sit upstairs where I had great views of the ocean, mainland and sunset. There are many different areas to sit, lay down on the daybeds or recline on beanbags.
I would recommend anyone visiting Nusa Lembongan to have a least one night enjoying the vibe here. It is also perfect for families and I saw parents and kids bonding over the games provided.
I’m a solo mature woman and Ohana’s is my favourite fun place where I feel comfortable and welcome

Spent 3 nights with my daughter at this gorgeous resort. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was our first time on Nusa Lembongan, we will definitely only stay here instead of the main island for our next trips.
Booking online directly with the resort was super simple and they organised our door to door transport. ( Rocky Fast boat). The drivers were on time, the boat left on schedule. Check in was very personal, seated in a lounge with a complimentary tropical cold drink. We were directed by the check in staff to our room and shown all the room facilities.
The whole resort staff were fabulous, so attentive and helpful. Service was quick. The reception staff were able to book a Nusa Penida Island tour for us late the night before and last minute transport to Ceningan island to meet friends without a problem.
The menus are delicious and cater to all( breakfast was amazing, the freshest juices and best coffee) Superb cocktails!
Rooms very clean, with a modern island décor feel. Bed was a little too firm for me but I still slept well.
Location was great, close to boating tours, bars, cafes, restaurants.
Jungubatu Beach is the most gorgeous aqua colour when the tides are in, great to swim in, only a few steps from the lounge beds.
Daily Happy hour and the firepit at night had a great ambience. Music was sometimes a little loud but you get used to it. The whole resort has a great vibe. Its a true island holiday. Can not fault a thing. Will be back.
