Why is your web site not allowing me to make a booking? I have stayed at the Premier Inn Highcliffe on several previous occasions and my personal details have remained the same. I am unsure if you receive a copy of the posting I made on the Trip Advisor Site so I am cutting and pasting it here: "I am desperately trying to book a room for a short stay at the end of August to visit my terminally ill father currently a resident in a nearby nursing home. The web site is not allowing me to make a booking. It refuses to acknowledge my password and/or email address and stubbornly refuses to action my notifying it that I cannot enter these details to its satisfaction. A long and ultimately unhelpful phone call to central bookings has left me feeling even worse and attempts to make further contact by phone has been unsuccessful as I am put on hold...at premium rate ! (Is this why they called it "Premier" Inn ?"
