Myself and a friend stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. We are novices to snowboarding and this type of holiday. From the get go the hosts were so helpful with answering all our questions, they picked us up from the bus station 2km away and helped us with ski passes, gear rental recommendations and booking tours for us to see the snow monkeys. They dropped us anywhere we needed to go , if we missed the shuttle. There were no night shuttlesthis week, so if you haven't a car and want to see some night life, order a taxi to Echoland.
There is a cafe and burger bar located very near,but was closed for the season last week. The hotel does a fantastic breakfast, full of Japanese homemade delights that will set you up for a full day on the slopes.They also offer dinner too.The accommodation has an onsen and gear storage facilities. The rooms are huge, spotless and nice and warm after a day in the sub zero temperatures!
I cannot thank you guys enough for your help and friendliness during our stay in Hakuba.

Amazing service. she pickup me at Kamashiro station and also drove me to the next hotel near Happo one. Room is so big with full option. I highly recommend to stay here when visiting Hakuba Goryu & 47.

We stayed overnight at this gorgeous cottage during peak ski season at Hakuba.
The owner picked us up and dropped us off at Hakuba station free of charge. We were served a hot breakfast the next morning which was lovingly prepared. The accommodation itself was clean, spacious and very well maintained. It was at an excellent location right at the base of the Goryu ski lifts. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended.
