Do you charge children the same price as adults?
Dear Ma'am, Thank you for the message. No. Children from 7-12yrs of age is 70% off from the price. Children from 5-6yrs of age is 50% off. Children from 2-4 yrs of age 2,160 💴. And 0-1 yr old, NO charge. Sincerely, Irish

We really do apologize for replying so late on your message. Thank you for inquiring. Unfortunately, our shuttle bus will notbe able to send you to Ryuo Skii Park but there are bus schedule from the station(Yudanaka station). From the hotel, our shuttle bus will send you off to the station. From the station, you will take the bus and it will take 30mins from the station to the Ryuo Skii Park. Thank you. Does this hotel provide laundry service?
Hi there. The private onsen was included in our room and we didn't have to pay any extra. We went for a walk around the towns and shibu was only a short walk away - 15-20 minutes to the far end. Hope you have a good time
