Our stay at the Pension Singer was almost exceptional Pension and village are surrounded by mountains and are an ideal Check-out point for markets and hikes or to rest as the place is quiet and without nightlife
Pension staff are outstanding at the reception, in the catering service or in the room Politeness, smile and efficiency are the key words
The room is spacious and equipped and a beautiful balcony with a great view, the very nice bathroom has been renovated
On arrival, however, we were surprised by the absence in the room and for this category of Inn a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee machine After requesting them at the reception, they were quickly installed

Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff. Nothing is too much and they will be at your service when you need it. The food is extraordinary. Every night you will be surprised with the best and most tastefull dishes. Also a very diverse breakfastbuffet to start the day when you want to go out skiing for the day. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Situated next to the chairlift it's easy to start your day of skiing. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who really wants to experience the true holiday vibe. We will, for sure, come back. Thank you family Singer and staff for a unforgettable holiday.

The most beautiful and immaculate hotel set right next to the ski resort. The attention to detail is far beyond any other hotel. The staff are more than helpful and courteous. The rooms are immaculate with every amenity needed, from luxury down pillows and duvets to the most comfortable beds. The spa and outdoor areas are immaculate, the whole ambience is relaxing. We dined in the restaurant every day for breakfast and dinner, attention to detail, choice and cleanliness are of a high quality.

We had a fantastic holiday at the Relais & Château Hotel Singer in Berwang. Upon arrival we were kindly welcomed in Dutch by Esther and our room was immediately available. Our room was located at the rear of the building. The room itself was a bit on the small side for us and the view was not special and we looked out on a yard, but 10/10 for hygiene, because the room was cleaned and tidied several times a day. Just a pity that we did not get a bottle of water in the room daily and that there is no air conditioning provided which can still be useful on warmer days. Fortunately, the fan offered a good alternative. As for the culinary part, we enjoyed a very well composed menu, top dishes and top buffets daily. Also the breakfast with the daily ''Singer Egg'' was excellent. Also very wide choice of drinks: wines, cocktails,... The staff do everything they can to make your holiday in a professional and friendly way TOP. In particular we want to thank Juraj, top guy!!! We will definitely come back to this beautiful area and Hotel Singer! Thanks all!

It was a first for us and we loved it. The warmth of the welcome, all the staff taking great care of the quality of the catering. The location of the hotel at the foot of the slopes. We were able to take advantage of the swimming pool accessible directly from the hotel.

In one of the best hotels in Austria, located in idyllic Berwang, the location appears so beautiful that it seems surreal. The staff impresses with their exceptional friendliness, exemplary courtesy and outstanding training. Relaxation awaits you in the in-house wellness area with swimming pool and outdoor pool. The view from the hotel is simply fantastic and the food is a real treat. The overall package is perfectly coordinated, which is why the Hotel Singer is always worth a visit. The surrounding area offers a beautiful backdrop for nature lovers and photographers.

The most amazing stay! We felt like this was a home away from home with superb dining and breathtaking views; the staff was incredible, even throwing a birthday party for my husband with a delicious homemade chocolate cake. Mr. Singer is attentive to his guests and gave us a warm welcome and a heartfelt goodbye as we headed out to our next destination. The most friendly staff with the best spa- don't miss the daily steam treatments. This is the place to get away from it all, relax, and enjoy the best of alpine life.

I can recommend this hotel to everyone that appreciates luxury, excellent service, attention to detail, peace & quiet, gourmet dining, cosy bar, fantastic wellness-area and overall quality.
Upon arrival we received a very warm and stressless welcome. Everything was as expected. We booked a junior suite with balcony in order to enjoy the wonderful view. The room was lovely and spacious. Food was excellent, wellness area like never seen before. During our stay we had the privilege to visit the hotel kitchen and wine cellar(s). Very impressive and informative as well!
A special thanks to Chef de Rang Akos whe took really good care of us at the restaurant and also to the young Bar Manager who took care of our every need. If you ever consider a fine cocktail, he's your guy! People like these make sure that guests will return. Well done and thank you both! I would also like to express our appreciation to the housekeeping-ladies for their efficiency! These people are forgotten too often!
Do we have any negative remarks? Not really, however we were a little surprised though that there was no "Mittagsjause" (Luncheon-buffet), contrary to all other hotels we visited in Austria during the last 20 years or so. The supplement for our little dog (€ 30.- daily) was also a little bit steap. Also the "suggestion" for tips (service & kitchen) on the restaurant/bar checks to be signed seemed a little odd in the beginning but ultimately this works very well!
Other than that, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. We thank the Singer-family & Team for the wonderful and relaxing stay we had. We will most certainly return! Thank you!

Everything is amazing about this home away from home. The hospitality is unbelievable and the staff is courteous beyond explanation. The facilities are top-notch. The hotel's swimming pool and spa facilities are quite decent. The highlight is every day special 5-course dinner. The wine selection is amazing. You can't ask for a better gastronomical treat. If I forgot to mention, the hotel, by the way, is in the lap of nature with outstanding views and the location allows everyone of all ages to explore nature through hiking trails, lakes, and waterfalls. And this was just a summer theme we could experience. Last but not least, the Singer family stays on the hotel property and you can see them eating breakfast or dinner alongside hotel guests. A classic example of "Eat your own dog's food". Thank you hotel Singer and staff for a memorable stay :-)

This summer we, my husband and our 2 children (8 & 12 years old), stayed one week in Hotel Singer in Berwang and we really enjoyed it! Hotel Singer is really a family hotel! The staff is very friendly and professional. After 2 days they already know your favorite wine or cocktail. After a day in the mountains (hiking, biking, downhill with steps) the children enjoyed playing in the pool. We will certainly go back to this nice hotel!
