Spent five days at this hotel and the experience was more than perfect for a three star hotel. Rooms were large and attractive and well furnished. Staff was brilliant and always willing to help. The star of this property is the private beach just seconds awat from the hotel. Perfect place to relax and enjoy open views of the sea. Breakfast was not lavish but good enough with a variety of pastries and cereals . on site bar makes great coffee and ideal for an aperitivo before haeding out. Location is also perfect and on the lungomare,less then 10 minute walk to the center of Ragusa. The staff is the strong point: there was no request that was not followed: from the kitchen (dishes for my daughter who had not found things available liking), to the lounge (moved the table for convenience, efficient and kind waiting staff), the room, reception, entertainment. I guess I never got a denial. We celebrated my birthday and another anniversary and ALL contributed to the success of both events.
