Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here for one night in a Motorhome en route to the Waka Abel Tasman experience. It is a beautiful site. So clean and friendly and well set out. The facilities were excellent. Best laundry facilities found on campsites so far-well maintained and well priced ($4 each for a large washer and equally large dryer). Free iron too. Our pitch was spacious. This is the nicest serviced site we have stayed at in NZ so far. Great value too. Very much recommend.

A good-value option for extending your Kaiteriteri stay within a budget. We had a very clean, comfortable self-contained family cabin which did the trick, but the top bunk didn't have a safety rail which is very risky for a child who moves around in their sleep. I woke every time I heard shuffling noises from the top bunk!

Kitchen is partly outdoor, which is very amazing. Good access to beach for activitites. Powered campsite has lots of space and wasn‘t too packed. Additionally the campsite has a small working space room, for some research on a computer.

We stayed one night prior to walking Abel Tasman in the little cabins. Loved the park and it’s layout. Great clean facilities also (although someone was cleaning them at morning peak hour). We had hoped for a good night sleep but unfortunately the bunk bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky which ruined the experience.

We have just enjoyed five nights in an en-suite cabin at this park. Everything was perfect, the cabin was roomy and very clean. We could use the camps lounge, laundry and outside cooking facilities which were all excellent.
The atmosphere was lovely and we really liked the openness of the park, also the lagoon walk to the beach. Kaiteriteri is a beautiful part of NZ.

We often visit Bethany Park for a last minute family getaway. We stay in the tourist cabins and they are perfect for our family (3 boys who love mountain-biking). Always clean and cosy, and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Facilities are great and its safe and fun for kids. We love it here!

We had 1 night in Camp 1 in a cabin and 4 nights in camp 2. Excellent spot, well organsied. Cabins were just what we needed and well set-up. All facilities and cabin were clean and tidy. Fridges were choka but there were quite a few people staying there. The customer service and communication from the staff at reception was excellent. Thanks for the great stay. If we lived closer I'm sure we would frequently go back. Mark.

Friendly, quiet, great value! We enjoyed our visit here! Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. We stayed an extra two nights. Amenities were always clean. We stayed during Labour Weekend and the place was busy but yet there was still a tranquility about the place. Would stay again.

Very accommodating with clean facilities and great showers. We arrived later than expected but the staff contacted us and let us know how to get in. They also allowed us to have our dogs on powered campsite which was fantastic. Site was secure with barrier arm. Looks like there were plenty of permanent residents.
