Easy to find and access, plenty of parking, lovely helpful staff, comfortable attractive rooms with huge comfortable bed and good breakfast with lots of choices. Really glad we chose this hotel and will certainly return if we are in the area.

+ Easy to reach, large parking lot, large bathroom, air conditioning. Kettle, coffee machine with accessories, refrigerator, the 300s rooms in the restaurant building are more of a hotel style.

The restaurant serves breakfast for €15/person/day (this was extensive and is rated very good), lunch and dinner are also available.

- In the industrial area, where it is often noisy. Rooms 100s to 200s = more like a motel than a hotel, dark rooms that can hardly be opened, heavy curtains.

Not much storage in the bathroom, the mirror is too high, there is a small tilting window.

Carpet, thin walls, seating outside the door, so very noisy in the evenings.

At first glance it looks more like a motel. Rooms on the first floor can apparently only be reached by stairs. The hotel surroundings (industrial area) are unattractive for pedestrians.
However, the furnishings and condition of the room were very good.
The service in the restaurant was a bit unprofessional, probably due to the staff's lack of professional experience or language skills.
The quality of the food was very good, but the prices were a bit too high.

We booked a room for 1 night travelling down from north Holland going back to Belgium. The picture used to advertise this place gives the impression of a hotel in an oasis of green and water when in fact it’s perched in an industrial estate, on main roads and a roundabout. It’s not a hotel but a motel that has in reality no special features, lobby area, apart bar or amenities. It is a modern collection of 2 buildings with a car park in between them, how it gets a 4 star rating is beyond me.

We ate in the restaurant and that was good, with excellent staff service, good value for money. The breakfast was decent but the ‘cooked food’ abysmal, we arrived at 08.45, the scrambled egg has rubberized by then, the bacon getting cold and hard and heavens knows what happened to the fried eggs?

The bedrooms are large but dark, brown walls, dark gray furniture and little natural light. The bed was very, very comfortable and we slept well. Bathroom also large, with an excellent shower. Something for everyone could be found on the TV.
This place is good for arriving in the evening, eating in (or not) sleeping and departing and probably not much more.

Have to say the staff we excellent and well motivated but it was very expensive and not worth the money we paid.

We had a satay and asked for a full red wine. The waiter recommended a certain wine to which we agreed. When we subsequently received the bill, the wine turned out to be €8.00 per glass!!!!!!
We naturally find it ridiculous and incredibly customer unfriendly that the service recommends a glass of wine without mentioning that the wine is €8.00 per glass. We think this is rather exaggerated for a satay and it seems to me that a cheaper wine would also have been fine. For a wine of €8.00, I also think that the bottle should have been poured into the glass at the table and should also have been tasted.

This is now the 2nd bad experience (the first time was with a chocolate with coffee for which, as it turned out, an expensive price had to be paid, also unannounced) Be open and honest with the customer and let them decide for themselves what they want to spend their money on so they don't end up with a bill for something they otherwise wouldn't agree to!!!

The hotel is located in a business park but that doesn't bother you.
The rooms are fully furnished, functionally 100% ok, only we think the colors could be a bit more modern, and the seats could be a bit more comfortable.
The restaurant was superb, original cuisine, creatively prepared, and excellent service.
This hotel is a must for this restaurant alone.

I stayed there on the weekend from Saturday to Sunday in September. Check-in went well and the room looked good, spacious and neat. Unfortunately, there was damage to the pillows and sheets. Upon arrival we were told what time breakfast would be on Sunday. Late at night we discovered that our room card had different times, which confused us. We assumed that the employee was right and the next day we arrived in the breakfast room. It turned out that neither the employee nor the ticket had said/stated the correct time. So we arrived and everything still had to be arranged and the staff who were there did not speak to us. We had to pay for breakfast, but it was not worth the money.
We told this to an employee and she did not apologize and had no solution. We left and eventually we received an email (it was a standard email, because it still said dear (name....), we hope....) in which we could leave a response. Very impersonal and unprofessional and I sent them an email with our findings. I never received a response and I did not want any compensation, but I would have greatly appreciated a response. So now I'm writing this review because I'm not happy with the service and it's okay for a night's sleep, but in any case I'll never come back.

We were satisfied. Just a few little things bothered me. In three rooms the drains of the sinks were partially blocked, so the water did not drain properly.
On TV, the picture jerks on ZDF, but we were not there for television, so not so bad.
In the restaurant, some young people seem to be working temps. You might want to explain how to deal with paying guests. “Did they like it” and “Good night” etc. is not asking too much.
Overall, our group was satisfied.
