We spent a great week at the Plessis relay.
When we arrived at the accommodation the dishes were dirty we put the dishwasher on.
We had a beautiful view of the equestrian center.
Unfortunately some people do not respect the rules: the car is in the parking lot!!
The swimming pool was closed on the hottest day of the week what a shame it was the day we stayed at the residence. due to people who swim fully clothed when it is strictly prohibited results swimming pool closed..
No entertainment too bad but the children are having fun with each other. Don't forget the scooter!!
The Manager does his best and likes to share things to do in the region.
Many castles in beautiful villages
Good holidays.

It is regrettable to have a nice residence, and to let it deteriorate.
A total lack of staff for 120 homes 2 cleaners???? only one luggage trolley for all accommodations??? departure 10 a.m. for all arrival from 4 p.m. for all. Only one person at reception for arrivals which results in a wait to collect the keys.
Consequence of the lack of staff: lack of cleanliness in the accommodation, no control of the dishes therefore 3 flat plates for an accommodation of 4. The staff does what they can and remains friendly but cannot multiply. Also certain interior and exterior materials deserve to be renovated or changed.
Swimming pool and spa closed but not indicated when booking.
It is urgent to remedy all points if you want to continue to welcome tourists.

Welcome and very attentive staff with good advice.
On the other hand, arriving in accommodation where the cleaning was not done at all, forced to ask for other accommodation.
No entertainment, no catering on site (except a food truck which always makes the same pita breads which are nevertheless good) the water in the swimming pool is good but too small for the number of holidaymakers.
The environment is very pleasant in the middle of pine trees, good place to visit castles, fortresses...about 30 minutes from everything.
Very expensive intermarket 5 minutes away. 20 min to supermarket.
Aging residence which nevertheless has potential, what a shame!

Photos are from years ago. First and foremost, there is hardly any staff present, reception has limited opening hours, bungalows are passed on from visitor to visitor without a cleaning team that comes by between the 2 visits. Accommodation is tired. Bought a bottle of vinegar to descale the kitchen appliances, bungalow downright dirty on arrival. The swimming pool is warm but dirty, the children's pool is out of order, and I don't dare go into the foot bath because it just looks dirty. Rules of the domain are not respected, such as cars that remain on the domain all week.
The nearby village of Richelieu is dead during the week, only a few restaurants are open on Fri-Sat-Sunday. Fortunately, Potiers, Chinon and Tours are reasonably accessible by car.

When we arrived around 7 p.m., there was a huge queue in front of reception to assign rooms. In the meantime, we were treated to several funny stories: Assignment of the same apartment to 3 families, Cleaning not done before the apartment was assigned at 9 p.m., refusal of management to cancel reservations following customer dissatisfaction... and many more. The icing on the cake was the swimming pool which was not operational (For me this is the second year in a row).
An 8-year-old child summed up the situation well: His parent asks him to go to the -reception- to ask for information the next day, the child corrects him: “You mean -disappointment-!”

the cleanliness and maintenance of the dwellings is inadequate:
-Cobwebs,
- Dust / sand on the floor (SDB / bedroom)
- lack of lampshades
- Bay window that does not lock and a roller shutter that will allow to secure the non-functional housing.
For breakfast, no reassortment for the latest arrivals, half-baked chocolate bread, dirty dishes, a roll of sopalin as a towel, no bread knife (or cutting board).
Finally, many residents keep their cars inside the estate, probably due to the lack of parking space.

--

Too bad for a residence that is ideal on paper:
Large, deep and heated swimming pool,
Seen on the stud and his horses,
parking closed at night.
Close to supermarket and city center.

--

Considering the Award, we didn’t expect a miracle, but maybe there’s a middle ground.

Shameful, Run away!!
Reservation from 08/24/2023 for a wonderbox weekend 3 days 2 nights with 2 hours of relaxation (hammam spa..) from 09/15 to 09/17/23
On our arrival we learned that the SPA hammam was broken before the summer. Comments from the director "that's how it is and that's all". We learn from neighbors that 550 students arrive at the end of the day for an integration week. An eventful night with music +++, fanfare, noise, shouts... The next morning, thinking of enjoying and sleeping around the swimming pool, we learned that it was privatized for students and therefore inaccessible. When we returned on Saturday at the end of the day, we noticed that our garden furniture had been borrowed. Then again eventful night +++. When we left, we repeated our complaints to the director who replied: “that’s how things happen.”

Toilet flushing out of order, toilets extremely dirty, terrace in very poor condition and dirty, overturned chairs, dead leaves everywhere. The cleaning had not been done. Swimming pool empty but not marked.
120 mattress on a 140 bed base.
Greasy cooking and dishes.
The establishment is seriously understaffed. 2 cleaning ladies for 145 accommodations, 1 person at reception. The staff was attentive but completely underwater! I wish them courage to face the season because the complaints will unfortunately follow one another and be similar.
I requested a refund for our first night because it was unacceptable! And to top it all off we had extremely noisy neighbors who listened to music and spoke very loudly until (brace yourself) 8am!!
We were relocated to another accommodation for our remaining 2 nights, the site manager did what she could but I no longer have confidence in this type of establishment.
However, the setting is beautiful and the potential is obvious, but the means must be put in place to allow employees to work properly and vacationers to enjoy it as planned.

The reception is very average: arrival procedure too long because many customers come to complain about the accommodation. Personally, our studio was OK, but some had to wait 6 hours to get the keys to their accommodation!
Empty swimming pool (therefore closed) and SPA supposedly under construction (it was already under construction last year!). We didn't take advantage of any equipment on this sunny weekend.
Positive point: the park is pleasant and pedestrianized.

Very disappointed with this residence even though they have great potential. Managers should deign to hire staff who are in short supply instead of prioritizing their profits. The staff is extremely helpful. A “hostess” who goes from reception, to waste collection, to breakfast service for example, etc. She's superwoman.
Arrival scheduled between 4 and 7 p.m., arrival at 6:30 p.m., cleaning not done, accommodation very dirty. the cleaning team, very friendly indeed, came to clean only the bathroom and toilets.
I had booked for the night of May 9 to 10, no swimming pool even though it should have been open in May?
When we left, I also had to leave the bag of laundry (sheets and towels) I don't know where, a super heavy bag, it remained in the accommodation because I was unable to carry it. In many residences, laundry is placed in the bathtubs.
I'm sorry but I would strongly advise against this residence as well as this entire chain. it is unacceptable.
