Cozy hotel with kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable spaces.
Soft and beautiful towels.
They do not provide detergent and sponge for washing dishes and this is a problem because we cannot buy detergents for a few days of stay as we cannot bring liquids on the plane.
There isn't even soap at the bathroom sink but only in the shower.
Correcting these details I would give 5 stars.

Quite disappointed overall... we arrive in the room the main light does not work the bulb was burnt out problem with the bathtub. A little over 310 euros for 4 with breakfast from Friday evening to Sunday morning. Very little choice for breakfast, which is a real shame. The hotel is not up to par with the staff. A pleasant welcome, attentive staff. Positive point, the hotel is close to the Dune du Pila, Arcachon and Biscarrosse. Mixed opinion having come in 2020 the place was different.

When we arrived, the first impression was quite mixed.
The surroundings of the hotel are gloomy..., it deserves some improvements but it is perhaps not the priority.
Surprise inside: very carefully arranged establishment, welcoming reception, spacious, clean room, separate bathroom and toilet, small balcony and super comfortable bedding. Good WiFi connection.
We stayed 3 nights, no noise, very quiet place.
Decent breakfasts, we didn't miss anything but we were in the quiet season, summer can be different.
Lots of sightseeing to do from the hotel but a car is essential, no worries about parking, there is space and it is free.
For catering, there is what you need in the neighborhood but I recommend "Le Hangar" for the evening, an atypical and festive place, however check the opening hours and days. You can also access a large area directly from the hotel parking lot.
A special mention for the hotel staff, friendly and competent. The person in the morning sorted out a situation that was poorly managed by our travel agent, congratulations to her and above all thank you

Very friendly welcome.
Room spacious enough for 2, with comfortable bedding and very decent bathroom. Bed linen / toilet clean.
Too bad, kitchen area very insufficient with dishes missing, fridge more than small (mini bar).
Missing a sink in the bathroom, and PVC ''seats'' are very stiff and uncomfortable.

Perfect for a visit out of season because the exterior setting is not very holiday
Where to visit for business over a few days
Comfortable bedding and atypical looks…
Decent lunch, nothing more
Correct price for the location in the commercial and artisanal zone of Teste de Buch

The hotel is a bit difficult to find at first but it was definitely worth the search. It's a very nice property, well maintained and clean. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. There is a small kitchenette in the room as well. The staff is exceptionally welcoming. I had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was really very good. There are a span and fitness room on the premises but I did not use the services. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay!

Horrible ! The room is cold without charm, the breakfast no word to describe... Run!
A ghost hotel where nothing is done for the comfort of the residents, a basic breakfast to be nice (you can behind the bar see the trash cans open in buckets of all the thawed remains of the last few days... TOP!)

+1
We stayed in Quality Suites & Spa Arcachon in La Teste-de-Buch in August 2011 for three days and truly wished to stay longer! This is a really brilliant hotel – first of all, for its incomparable futuristic design ensuring the unforgettable stay even after visiting a lot of memorable places within all Europe.
The rooms are designed in 6 different colour schemes, and are looking exactly like in the photos in the hotel website. The rooms in the 1st floor are designed in 2 different colour schemes: light violet and dark violet. The 2nd floor rooms are red, pink, French green and grey. Contemplating what room to choose, firstly I asked the reception staff to show all available rooms before the check-in. The girl in the reception was very kind: she asked her colleague to show the various rooms, and I chose in my opinion the most beautiful – red :))
Whereas the hotel is brand new, everything is impeccably clean. The double room has a very big and comfortable king-size bed, the large flat screen TV fixed on the wall, and is equipped with all modern facilities: perfect quality WI-FI (free of charge), very efficient air-conditioning, kichenette with the fridge, stove, microwave, electric kettle, hospitality tray with the tea and coffee, and all necessary crockery. It’s a significant advantage to have a well-appointed kichenette in the room, considering the availability of a few supermarkets in the vicinity, where you can find practically everything.
The room has a balcony overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. The balcony is equipped with the nicely designed chairs and table.
The hotel is located in the side of the industrial park of La Teste-de-Buch, in Avenue d’Europe, which extends in parallel to the motorway connecting Bordeaux and Arcachon. Despite of its proximity to the motorway, the hotel is really quiet, there is no traffic noise. The hotel is seen from the motorway, on the left side, when driving from Bordeaux towards the Atlantic coast, and is very easily found. There is a lot of space around the hotel (this is one of my preferences, because I don’t like to stay in crowded places). The lovely coastal town Arcachon is 6-7 kilometers away. The beautiful Atlantic beaches, as well as the Great Dune of Pilat (the largest sand dune in Europe!) are located in the similar distance.
We didn’t use the spa facilities, so have no opinion in this regard. But I enjoyed to use the outdoor swimming pool, which is a moderate size, very clean, with plenty of comfortable beach chairs around.
To be honest, I have to mention some deficiencies. Those deficiencies are related to the bathroom. The bathroom itself is very nicely designed, however, the shower has an insufficient pressure, so it’s really inconvenient to use. Secondly, the absense of lighting of the mirror in the bathroom. There are only obscured lights on the bathroom ceiling, so it’s absolutely impossible to make-up for ladies at the bathroom mirror... Probably this lighting was not installed yet, because the hotel was just opened? Nevertheless, I believe that the hotel management can easily remedy those deficiencies.
Overall, the Arcachon area is one of the most amazing places in Europe I’ve visited during many years of my travelling. The Quality Suites & Spa is an ideal place to stay, if you want to explore the Bassin of Arcachon, when travelling by car. It’s important to note that the car is a must. The hotel has an ample free parking with a lot of space (it’s seen in the photo).
Despite of the mentioned small deficiencies, I truly recommend this hotel and evaluate it as excellent :))

So, we had a night in this hotel in the middle of a roadtrip. We wanted to see Archachon, we wanted to see the Dune du Pilat, and we were looking forward to a little spa after a trip.
First things first, this hotel is not even close to Arcachon, it is in an industrial area, in the middle of nowhere, with no way of walking to places. So, location is pretty bad. Still there's no shuttle to Arcachon or to anywhere.
Then, even if it is a Design & Spa, the spa is not included. You still can access it, for 15 euro per person, 1 hour.
The Design is also not included. The room is tacky, with a big white plastic construction that looks cheap and shiny. The lights lack practicality or aesthetics. Our room had views over an E-leclerc.
Unlike any other "spa" hotel, also there were very few toiletries: soap, a bottle of shampoo/gel embedded in the bathtub, and one small body lotion, nothing else. The number of towels was also limited. The bathtub was big and mostly ok, though it was made of plastic.
It was not clean, in particular the accent items (in our case in red), that are bound to attract attention. The carpet was in the right color to hide dirt but still felt worn.
There's a plug for iPhone incrusted in the plastic thing of the wall, which is already getting obsolete. There is a modern alarm clock close to the bed, that needs to be plugged, but electricity depends on the card inserted. Therefore the clock is useless. Ours was not even plugged when we arrived.
Internet is really bad. It is slow, it does not have full coverage in the room, and all the time you have to login.
There is a restaurant on site, by reservation only. This restaurant is your one and only option if you don't want to drive, so don't fight it. Still it is not at all bad, the restaurant is the reason why the review is not a full "horrible". Food was nice and not pricey. Careful if you are allergic though, because we asked specifically for one ingredient not to appear and it did anyway.
The breakfast is also not included, it costs 12 euro per person.
Good points: there's some instant coffee you can use, it is not super expensive, and the bed is very good.
So, all in all, this is a glorified Ibis budget without the good things that an Ibis budget offers. Had they not have been so stingy (include the spa, include the breakfast, have decent internet, add a couple of nice things in the bathroom, clean a bit), it could have been worth to go all the way to spend the night in the middle of nowhere. On the other direction it could also had worked: had it been in the center of a cosy little town by the sea, it still would have been ok. It is not.

Very nice person at the front desk
We came late then we decide to stay at the hotel restaurant for dining and the quality of food was excellent.
For the breakfast you have a plenty of choices. Good rapport quality price.
Only one negative point I asked to be awake and they forgot to do it.

Bonjour,
Pardonnez nous pour notre réponse tardive mais oui en effet nous acceptons les petits chiens dans notre établissement. Il y aura un supplément animal de 6€ ainsi qu'une décharge de responsabilité à nous remplir , dans l'attente de vous recevoir
