Me and my 15 year old son stayed here for 4 nights bed and breakfast which was really nice ! I am 32 weeks pregnant so didn’t go for are usual lively hotel wanted something more relaxed this was defo relaxed, people say it’s out of the way and yes theres nothing much around only a shop and a cafe up the top of the hill around 10 min walk. But you can get a taxi to el Campello for the beach resturants if you like? Which was a short journey and around 20 euro all the staff was great apart from one lady at breakfast she was rude! the rooms where cleaned evrey day and are really spacious with a few English tv channels itv and itv2 there are more Spanish then English that come here to holliday but still met a few people to chat with.my son didn’t make friends which he usually does ! entertainment in the pool and around the pool threw the day like aqua size and darts etc kids club on a night and they was bingo a quiz and a magic show while here i didn’t always stay up with been in the sun all day and the shows didn’t start while 22-30.we ate from the bar at tea times which was always nice although if you was here for a week it would get repetitive as not much choice a few toasties chips salads burger n pizza . Prices were fine too. Over all was defo a relaxed holliday what I wanted would not recommend if like me you usually like somewhere lively.

I was looking for a hotel to enjoy a short all-inclusive break at with my husband and two teenagers. This hotel ticked all the boxes but I was wary due to the negative reviews - in fact I nearly cancelled due to the reviews I had read.
I needn’t have worried as we had such a lovely, relaxing time at the hotel. We stayed in executive double rooms which were large, comfortable and well equipped. The main areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated.
We were aware of the location but that didn’t bother us as I had researched that before arriving although some guests were quite vocal in their complaints to the staff about this which I felt was unfair.
The animation team is quite small although they did well to engage with the guests and provide an entertainment programme. The evening entertainment is very late which was fine for us but maybe not ideal for those with little ones.
The all-inclusive option worked well for us and breakfast and lunch were particularly good - dinner was variable. The snack room was great with hot and cold food available at times when the restaurant was closed. The drinks were good and it was handy having a pool side bar. The all-inclusive option includes the cocktail of the day so this was the only limitation we found but there were plenty of other alcoholic options included. The hotel was quite strict with giving us the all-inclusive bands which I hadn’t experienced in other hotels - as check-in was 4pm, they wouldn’t give us our bands until 4pm even though we arrived earlier than this. Also, the all-inclusive ends at midday on the last day - it would have been nice to be able to have lunch as this would have represented two full days of all-inclusive.
The pool was large and beautiful - we always managed to get sun beds together which was great.
On the whole, we had a great few days and I am very glad that I stuck with the hotel. The all-inclusive option worked very well for and definitely represented good value for money.
Many thanks for a lovely family break 😊

Currently holidaying here with adult family. The hotel rooms are lovely and large with comfortable beds. They are cleaned every day to a very good standard (the cleaners are all very friendly!). The pool area is lovely - very clean with plenty of sun loungers. I’ve read many reviews saying the hotel is ‘in the middle of nowhere’ which had me a little worried. In fact there are a number of restaurants and bars 300m from the hotel and a shop that covers all the necessaries. The town of El Campello is a 15 euro taxi ride and has a lovely long beech, huge range of restaurants and main supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi and Carrefour). There is a bus that takes you there (bus stop 300m away) or the hotel has a minibus at 10euros that drops you there in the morning and picks you up at 5pm (including water). The breakfast is okay with a range of hot and continental - perfectly fine to fill up on!!! The bar snacks are good quality and inexpensive. Yes, you are asked to cover up to use the inside bar but I would prefer that to wet swimwear). We have found the staff are all lovely and friendly - no, they don’t all speak English but we haven’t found that an issue at all.
We are really enjoying our stay here and will definitely return next year!!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at However the pool is lovely and we didn’t struggle too much to get beds Everything else: The whole experience was so poor for us, the reception staff were so unfriendly and unhelpful and downright rude to us, when we arrived and realised there is nothing around we asked if we could upgrade to all inclusive but as we were staying for 2 nights we were told no, must be a minimum if 3 nights. The bar staff charged us different prices everytime we went! One point we were charged 4.80 for a lemonade! I will attach the receipt here . The quests were huge too and normally had only one person serving, The rooms are very dated, and Stained carpets, although clean but not the 4 star we were hoping for. The entertainment is non existent until very late and the entertainment was just a single single next to the pool there’s no entertainment area, stage or anything, in fact the extension leads and kids dances all right by the pool looked like an accident waiting to happen. Then at the end when we wanted to check out we had to wait for 2 coach loads of people to be booked in which took over an hour! Then we handed back our slip for our towel deposit to be told it was a £2 per day cleaning charge, even tho we had not swapped the towel the whole trip! We then asked for a taxi to be ordered and that taxi charged us 50% more than our taxi there which may just be unlucky or the hotel charge a huge fee on top. I’d say a huge majorly of guests are Spanish and over 60 so if you’re at all social give this a miss! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there’s no strip, there are. A few bars to eat at , the first is very much for locals and the food is very basic but the other bar upstairs is really good and saved us from the hotel food which was cold both breakfasts. Our room didn’t have any of the facilities advertised, not even a kettle to make a drink! We were very disappointed here and we’re not made to feel welcome at all I don’t have many photos as we just didn’t feel like we wanted them.

Leaving aside how poorly preserved it is (disheveled ceilings and walls, suddenly hot-cold water, dirty walls...), we are in the Hotel all weekend and have booked an all-inclusive in a Premium room and are very dissatisfied because they offer web services that do NOT fit the time of truth; 1. Preferential check in: the front desk lord, with a huge queue of customers and only two receptionists, tells us that it does not exist and that everyone lines up (while there is a rollup right next to it that indicates “check in premium”). 2. You make us an up grade to a family room that does NOT have the contracted services: there is no coffee machine with capsules (which we indicate to the reception that the service is on the web and we are told that now puts it to the governor. When he comes to the room to replenish the minibar we ask him about the coffee maker and he tells us that now they bring it.. he has never arrived. Amenities of Rituals non-existent after ordering them at reception , minibar with daily replenishment (it is empty and we have to ask to fill it, while the receptionist does not know that this is offered on the web) bathrobes that are not in the room, rain shower effect; the normal artichoke and with irregular water and no pressure. Comfort pillows, not at all. Since this typology is proven they should be prepared and have everything in the corresponding room. 3. We're trying to turn on the TV and the controller's not working. When the batteries are taken out, they are very hot, which we left the controller in case something happened.
If we know this, we either don’t come, or we book a normal double without premium because it’s a worthless expense.
The very rich and varied dinner, of course, and Fani's performance very successful.

Very bad memory. We rented a suite for more than 600 euros for 2 nights for 4 people and surprise! 2 bath towels and 2 small face towels; a bling bling kitchen with brand new but empty cabinets, therefore not the minimum of dishes as indicated in the regulations of Spanish hotels which offer suites; cleanliness 3/10; just a bathroom while Spanish standards confirm a bathroom and a shower. Catering in the hotel is not recommended, rather eat outside in San Juan or Alicante center. Housekeeping staff not at all competent. On the positive side, the friendliness of the reception staff. Unfortunately, many customers complain in general. We won't go back there again!

Just returned from a week at this hotel firstly can I just say this is a beautiful hotel rooms are lovely and clean and the swimming pool was lovely, we originally booked for bed and breakfast only but after arriving at the hotel realised that it is actually very far out so we upgraded to all inclusive unfortunately the buffet was very poor the food was always cold and hardly any choice atall then we decided to try the snack bar which looked lovely but was told we wasn’t allowed any food during lunchtime or teatime ( which is exactly when you want it !!) we wasn’t allowed a drink till after 11 and there are 2 other restaurants on site which we could only use if we paid for them it is honestly the worst all inclusive we have ever had so actually asked for a refund for the last 4 days . I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel to English it’s too far out from the shops and restaurants unless you have a car as a taxi is €60 return into Alicante, there is a few restaurants about 15 minutes walk and a small shop for essentials but that is literally all . We never really felt very welcome here I think it’s more for the Spanish they would always be served first and none of the staff speak much English.

We have to inform you that all reception staff speak French, as it is a requirement to work at reception. Regarding restaurants, we have to inform you that the Cervantes a la carte restaurant where you have -40% thanks to the all-inclusive pension, half-board you have -30%. "Truly, our hotel is located in an unbeatable area, close to the golf course, several restaurants and bars, which allows guests to enjoy all of nature. We are 10 minutes by car from the beach of El Campello and San Juan, and 15 minutes from Alicante. Also, just 5 minutes from our hotel we have a direct motorway to get to Alicante, Benidorm, Valencia. What remains easy to access. If you do not have a car, the hotel has a private driver for a cost of €10 round trip to El Campello, where you will find a beach, restaurants, supermarket, port, tram, etc,....Once more we thank you for choosing our hotel for your holiday and very much look forward to having the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

We have celebrated in the Bonalba hotel, in one of its halls our congress, the very well prepared hall, lots of natural light, without noises, with everything necessary for the event. The rooms, the beds super comfortable and with everything you need for a good stay. And very rich and hearty food. The congress will remember for a long time because of the place, how organized and how pleasant it was.

Lack of maintenance in the rooms, with carpet with stains, high and slippery bathtub. They have no Spa, it is an indoor pool with warm water and with two jets for the neck, those of the legs do not work and very small the Spa. It would have to be a three-star currently, it does not correspond advertising with reality. The best the hotel facade and reception.

I stayed for a few days and in general the hotel is very good. 📍 It is located in an urbanization, a little far from everything, but access is quite good and it is just twenty minutes from Alicante. The area is very quiet. 🛏️ My room was spacious with a very large and comfortable bed, desk, closet with safe, refrigerator... And two complimentary bottles of water. 🚽 Large and clean bathroom, with bathtub. 🥗 They have buffet lunch and dinner that is quite good but of lower quality compared to other hotels I stayed in with the same category, there were days with more variety than others. 🥐 Pretty complete buffet breakfast too, but the same as the food. 🤵🏻♀️🤵🏻♂️ Very friendly staff, especially Alejandra, the entertainer, and the guys at the restaurant were a real charm.
At night they offer activities, most of the time for older people who come with the IMSERSO groups, but anyone can participate (karaoke, dancing, etc.)
