Detailed Reviews
Stayed here one night in July as part of a motorcycle tour of Europe and would highly recommend the hotel particularly if, like me, you get allocated a refurbished room on the fourth floor which have a motorcycle theme. Friendly check in staff, friendly breakfast staff with great Covid-19 precautaions. Outstanding facilities for secure parking the bike on a tiled floor in the well lit garage under the Hotel with cleaning and washing and tyre pumping facilities - super.
Air conditioning worked really well which was great as it was 34 degrees.
Recommended - especially for a motorcycle tour group.
Hope the review is helpful.

I was in the region on a bike touring holiday and the Napoleon was a perfect resting place for a night. A warm welcome by the staff and very comfortable rooms and the breakfast was excellent. The secure bike room and workshop was a nice bonus. Thank you!

We had booked insisting on access to TV channels. Our entire stay took place with choppy, scrambled, unusable channels due to poor satellite dish setting or other. I think that before renting a property, we check its conformity, that everything is functional.
We informed reception who replied “You are the only one to complain” Malicious response. The best thing would have been to go to the room to find out. Faced with such inappropriate words, we will never come back.
Unpleasant reception in our opinion.

We spent three days in these excellent hotels bringing with us our dog, an 18 year old grandpa. Wonderful location with a kind and dedicated staff. Excellent and plentiful breakfast in the morning. We will definitely return. The period was from August 4th up to 6. Excellent in every respect.

We dropped in there spontaneously after a full day of motorcycling.
The place is a hit, especially for 2 wheel enthusiasts. Very nice decoration everywhere. There is a little bar in the nicely decorated lobby. The room has everything needed, a spacy wetroom with a lovely rainshower in a tight cabin. Just how I like it. They have a well equipped gym and very well selected breakfast which need to be ordered the evening before (due to Corona). The “horses” rested 100% safe in a workshop like room directly attached to the low level garage of the building. People are very friendly and helpful speaking english quite well.
If asked they will send you on a tour trough the extremely nice town with lots of roman buildings. There is a little amphitheatre, an aquaduct and even a statue of Julius Ceasar himself. Absolutly to recommend..

I led a group of 75 discerning people to the Napoleon, and there was nothing but praise for the hotel and it's staff from everyone.
The best thing is that the hotel is family owned and run.
We were welcomed in good English.
The breakfast buffet was to a very high standard, with fresh fruit salad every morning.
If you are travelling through the Fréjus tunnel you could not choose a better stop in a real Italian town which is connected to Turin with an excellent train service.

Good (inclusive) unlimited continental breakfast.
2 decent and excellent restaurants a short-ish walk away.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a cycling weekend with friends. From the point of arrival until the time to depart, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and perfectly adequate. Great facilities for storage and maintenance of bicycles (great parking set up for motorcycles too). Good breakfast with 6.30am start allowing for a full day touring in the mountains. Definitely will return.

Had a one night stopover touring around France into Italy and Switzerland, thus unique hotel caters very well for bikers and cyclists, the underground secure bike parking is amazing, all the motorbike touches around the hotel are a good talking point. The rooms were comfortable, the staff spoke very good English and were very welcoming. Seemed to be a very popular bikers place to stay as we saw a steady stream of people checking in, we even got a parting gift of a can of visor cleaner. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

Susa non è località sciistica perchè si trova a soli 500 m di quota, ma a circa 30 km ci sono i comprensori di Bardonecchia e Sauze d'Oulx, a 50 km Sestriere.
