This is probably the most “Russian” hotel I have ever been to. About 50 per cent of the residents are our compatriots, and the remaining 50 per cent are almost all locals who come here for weekends and holidays.
The main criterion I chose for this hotel was its huge size -- it's the largest hotel on the island. It has its own park with mangroves where iguanas, herons and other animals live. It also has its own lagoon where you can take a free canoe ride, mini golf and free bicycle rental.
In addition, it is one of the few hotels to have evening animation, shows and disco. The beach of the hotel is one of the best on Margarita, with the widest coastline, white sand and convenient entry into the sea. But there are waves! The hotel provides comfortable sun loungers and straw umbrellas, a man walks on the beach and offers to buy a plate of oysters for $5, try it, the oysters are delicious!
The hotel itself operates a buffet, everything is inclusive, so it is impossible to stay hungry! The only thing that was really upsetting was that wine was only poured for dinner, and there was no way to drink it in the lobby bar.
Rooms are quite simple and spacious, they are cleaned every day, but not very conscientiously, once they forgot to put water and had to collect themselves from the cooler, towels disappeared then appeared after cleaning, floors never cleaned, tips do not save the situation. There's a free safe and internet, internet works better in the Dunas part. The air conditioning is functioning normally and the staff speaks fluent English and Spanish.

We just returned from the hotel yesterday, we were prepared in advance that we shouldn’t expect much service from this country, and as a result we were very pleased. The food, although not such a huge choice as, for example, in the Dominican Republic or Mexico, was very tasty. In terms of food, five points for everything. In terms of alcohol, I was disappointed by the lack of sparkling wine and that wine is only served at dinner, the cocktails became boring very quickly. What surprised me at dinner was that they give out fruit in the evening and with a face like it’s a handout, you take everything for breakfast and lunch myself. The hotel area is clean, for the first time I see how carefully they cleaned the beach and sifted the sand, and the rescuers worked out different situations in the water every morning. Beach fights constantly cleaned the sunbeds of sand, Wi-Fi was available everywhere in the first week, in the second it simply disappeared and was available only in a couple of places. We checked into the hotel instantly, cards with numbers were immediately ready, check-out from the room was at 12, we were taken to hour, they immediately cut off the bracelets and gave us coupons for lunch. Due to our departure, lunch was moved earlier by half an hour. It’s a pity that all the bars were open from 11, usually in each hotel there was one 24-hour, I really wanted to drink coffee in the morning from the coffee machine. The hotel manager was surprised. We had an air conditioner leak on the floor three times, they came up and asked us to sort out this problem, the problem was fixed for a certain time and everything happened again. So the hotel manager didn’t even apologize for such inconveniences, from his own experience from other countries the problems were solved with apologies and compliments for the inconvenience caused. The waves were strong only for one day, no one swam, the water is invigorating, it’s cold to enter at first but you quickly get used to it. If you are expecting a luxury hotel, then definitely not here, the rooms alone are worth it))) but otherwise we stayed very satisfied and recommend to everyone

From the cons:
🛑 Enough tired rooms ,need cosmetic repairs.
🛑 Towels only issue one , which does not meet the stated standard and hotel stars .Even in 3 stars per person at least 2 towels should be .
🛑 There is no clothes dryer .
🛑 Air conditioning is very noisy, practically no temperature control ,put 11 degrees to cool the room a little.
🛑 Food is very specific ,practically no vegetables ,choose from green tomatoes and salad leaf and onions .Rarely give cucumbers ,the size of a courgette .All flavors are divided into 2 options either all sweet or all very salty .But chicken ,rice ,potatoes are always .Of the fruit only melon ,melon and papaya .Rarely pineapple .
🛑 All swimming pools are affected by mold ,fallen tiles and under it black or green substance
🛑 No one speaks English and Russian .Spanish only .
🛑 Wi-fi in the rooms does not work, the signal is weak at all.Only at the reception is normal.
🛑 The sea is very agitating, the waves are constantly ,very sandy.
🛑 Few showers with fresh water ,to rinse after the sea you still have to walk 100 meters to the pool .For the feet separately no showers .
Of the pluses:
✅ Large area of the hotel ,have their own lighthouse ,at 17.15 gather a group and lead to watch the sunset .
✅ Many bars ,in the access area on the beach .
They prepare acceptable cocktails, you can drink.
The bartenders are all helpful, the elementary words understand.
✅ Friendly staff ,although no one understands you without an interpreter
✅ Nice alcohol ,rum is excellent
✅ Monday to Friday there are not many people ,locals come only for weekends .
✅ There are always sunbeds on the beach ,there are enough of them

I don’t even know where to start, I haven’t even been in the hotel for 12 hours, I arrived at 5.30pm today, I flew 18 hours from Saudi Arabia, this is supposed to be my honeymoon!! and it has been an unpleasant experience, to say the least, when we arrived nobody helped us with our bags, I arrived and greeted politely and the receptionist looked at me with a bad face, but when she saw that my husband was a foreigner (who visits the country for the first time) and tried to communicate with the translator, they started laughing. When we asked for the best location or view, both receptionists smiled sarcastically, knowing that they would give us the worst room, without giving us direct answers , they gave us a room that apart from old, looked like a Motel of bad death, even though we had insisted on having something with a view and had even booked a room with ocean view, the one they gave us, was small, on the ground floor and without any view! We were asked more than twice as much for giving us one overlooking the sea, we had to complain and spend more than two hours in the lobby to be given one overlooking the pool, I can not complain about the supervisor, it was repestuous and I try to help, the truth is, this room was much better, however, the floor was full of sand and there was a towel stained with menstrual blood, plus the toilet is passing water, the wifi comes and goes, the curtain does not close well notice that I have not been 12 hours in the accommodation. The staff seems to be depressed, they arrive after you have taken care of yourself, good manners seem an offense, no one answers goodnight, the staff is supposed to have a positive attitude in such accommodation, it is unfortunate to have had such high expectations for such a special date and be going through this experience, I would never return or recommend anyone to stay here

I chose a hotel for a long time, it was recommended by my manager, who is a holiday llama, and what can I say, I was right! The hotel is wonderful!!! We moved into the seventh building, on the third floor. The safe worked, the air conditioner worked as it should. I knocked it out, there are hangers in the closet, soap and soap ones too, the room itself is spacious for a single, the bed is huge, with many pillows. Minus - the air conditioner in the corridor is terrible, it's freezing cold, it's dangerous in a wet swimsuit - you'll get sick. The building is conveniently located - opposite the reception, next to the ocean and restaurant.
Further on, the territory is beautiful and amazing, beautiful, green, with swings on the beach, bars, restaurants! There are three of them, I took advantage of the one on the beach - wonderful meals overlooking the ocean and palm trees! I don’t recommend Telapia, it’s not fun to eat there, but the one on the second floor is fine, you can choose view tables. Yes, there lives a little hummingbird in the bushes, I saw it three or four times.
The food is tough meat, it’s impossible to eat, fish is ok, chicken is fine, there are literally no vegetables at all, but there are fried bananas and tasty beans. The fruits are unripe melon, tasty papaya and pineapple is not bad. Fresh juices in the morning are very tasty. Now cocktails are made from crushed ice, concentrated juice (those who drink, add rum).
Swimming pools - I used the one next to my building with sea water. It's a great pool, if you don't think about people hanging out there.
The ocean - alas, is wild - I swam in the waves four times, choosing moments when the waves were quieter. I walked further away - the locals have a wonderful place for swimming there, and pelicans “park” there!!!! cool.
Entertainment - at four o'clock there is some band playing at the main pool, at 21.30 there is animation - dancing!!! a good band and show, and then a concert at a beach bar and disco. That's where my head drops - everything I love is the minimum of minimal Russian pop and a whole lot of salsa and reggaeton.
We had bonfires on the beach a couple of times, how cool it was!
Overall, I’m very pleased with the hotel, if you close your eyes to the food and the waves.

Everything was very good, the room was very comfortable and as expected. The bathroom, the bed and the pillows are all in very good condition, as well as the attention of the cleaning people who are attentive to the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The attention of the staff in general was much more than expected, as if you were at home.

We stayed for a weekend with my wife who visited Venezuela for the first time, as well as my mother and sister whom I hadn't seen for 6 years, and we thought it was nice to be able to come and enjoy here. My wife is Argentine and I wanted her to have a nice experience from my country.
The experience was really very cool: the meals and activities are fantastic as well as the team behind both the entertainment and reception. The food is incredible with variety and the service provided is very cordial and attentive above all.
We highlight these experiences: The entertainment team is a 10! Scarlet (Storm) and José who assisted us with the Kayaks are the best, they helped us with the photos, taught us how to navigate and all with incredible humor and vibe. The truth is that they put their effort into ensuring that you as a guest have a good time and you can tell they are having fun too!
On the other hand, at breakfast it was already the final hour of the buffet and I wanted a particular sweet that had run out, with great attention and dedication they looked for me more when really they could have told me that it had run out and that the serving hours were over. breakfast. The smile of the staff is spectacular and I, who personally am not used to going to places where I am served in this way, made me smile and above all be grateful for being able to enjoy the service and attention provided. They also gave us attention because we were newly married.
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because we had a problem with the room, where: the mattress was not good (very sunken in the middle) and literally felt bad on the back, the refrigerator in the room sounded like an airplane turbine and we had to turn it off. Finally, basic things that may sound silly, but for a hotel of this level should not be missing: lamp or nightstand light, a place to put toilet paper next to the toilet (there was none haha), hair dryer. We asked for a room change and they gave it, the new room being much better! There were still things missing but after commenting on them, it took them a while to assist us and it can be uncomfortable to complain about things that... Well, they are basic for a hotel, but in the end you decide why, well... Are they stupid things? Haha. I highlight the staff's effort in resolving issues, but the point to improve would be the communication between the team itself, since when it comes to the client, that communication is excellent and cordial.
Thank you for your attention and I hope the feedback helps us improve. Once again I highlight the attention, dedication and passion of the animation team who put a lot of love into everything they do.

I was at the hotel a year ago in November 2022, I will say this, the atmosphere is very good, positive and conducive to rest and relaxation. Below in the reviews they write about blackouts, waves, ascetic rooms, a reception hut, birds, different animals, everything was the same (except for dogs, this is something new) and at first it also bothered me, BUT! After a couple of days of stay, the emphasis shifted, all these disadvantages somehow dissipated and disappeared. There is such a positive atmosphere there, lovely spontaneous people, beautiful nature, landscapes, such bright contrasting colors, wherever you look your gaze is drawn to beauty, it’s simply breathtaking! Now I’m in Phuket for the first time, and you know, my loved ones ask me where it’s better, the answer is definitely Venezuela. Of course, everything is individual, it’s good to rest everywhere without having to work, and of course it matters who goes for what, but I really liked it there, I really got enough of the beauty, nature and frantic energy of this place. This is a purely beach holiday, there is nowhere to go outside the hotel, there are expensive excursions outside the island, to Angel (I haven’t been, but I heard from those who have been that they liked it), you can fly to Caracas. The hotel area is very large and varied, there are places to walk, you can also walk along the shore to the bay without waves for about 10 minutes and eat coconuts there, drink rum, which is poured into half a passion fruit, and drink a magical drink straight from this half, along with the pulp of the fruit. bliss! It was like 1 dollar. You can go further over a small pass to the beach of a neighboring hotel (we didn’t go, we only looked from above, but many did so and said there was a good shop with souvenirs there). We went to the public embankment once, we weren’t impressed, but we ate lobster and bought some drinks. Very tasty chocolate! Every evening there were Latino-style parties at the hotel, we had a blast, so anyone who loves it will understand. And the fish in the Snake Bar is incredibly tasty. The massage is good, they warm up the body with precise continuous movements, it’s as if they are pouring energy into you, it was very pleasant. In general, we returned home charged and with amazing impressions!!!

This resort is the perfect choice if you want to spend a few relaxing days without worrying where to have lunch or dinner as it is an all-inclusive. The staff is very attentive, the facilities and rooms spotless, the beach second to none and there are many activities to do. The animation girls, Scarlet and Nazareth super nice. Highly recommended.

its about 30 minutes to all the shopping locations from the hotel, there are taxis at the hotel that would take you where ever you wish to go for very little money. The prices are really cheap.
I really do not know per day. I paid the whole package (direct flight-dunes hotel 8 nights and transportation) 19000 pesos that equals 1187.5 USD from Argentina direct flight to Margarita :)
