Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

When we arrived, María José, perhaps the most Pizpireta receptionist in all of Toledo, greeted us, wonderfully explained all the issues regarding our room without losing her smile (we come from Euskadi, where kindness has been conspicuous by its absence for years, not we know in fact). Besides, we rented a "normal" room, or so I thought, for three days, and they gave us the "Madrid" Suite, what to say, wonderful, Huge, living room, reception, Jakuzzi and other goodies. Then; and that did surprise us, in the room there was a bottle of cava with ice as a welcome, I must say, we have been to Mexico (5* superior) Havana (5* Grand Lujo) Dominican Republic (5* Super Exclusive) Venezuela ... and none, I repeat none, has done this, (hotels costing thousands of euros for 7 nights), and in a Hotel in a town in Toledo "zasca" surprise!!, my wife and I couldn't believe it, we thought it was The most curious thing, in fact in Baradero at the all-inclusive Iberostar Gran Lujo "they charged me for a bottle of wine in a very bad way (I will never return) (€50) because they said it didn't fit (scam! Of course, it was Cuba !!!), having only taken a sip hahaha, well it caught our attention.
Then they have a small restaurant run by a waiter dressed in black with glasses, super super super, Professional and the food is amazing, just to say that it takes a little while (but it is understandable because the food is another level), we were sad because we couldn't try more dishes on the menu, due to a matter of time, Breakfast is a normal Self Service of the whole life of God, what has been said, gentlemen, a raw gem lost in the middle of a kind of industrial estate in the town of Yuncos next to the majestic Toledo.

Very welcoming hotel, large and spacious rooms. It has LED television with Netflix which comes in quite handy. 18 minutes by car from Toledo, perfect. Very friendly staff, Angeles attended us at the reception and gave us one of the best treatment we have received in a hotel.

A quiet hotel, well located for traveling and where you can rest well.
I was there for work and the room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom normal.
Although my room faced the road, I couldn't hear the passing of cars. The staff is quite friendly.

The hotel itself is not bad. Somewhat old-fashioned but fine facilities. Normal breakfast. The lousy cleanliness, in short we entered the room, we found traces of dried toothpaste in the sink and traces of cookies on the bathroom floor (see photos)

The overall friendly and helpful staff, except a blonde and young waitress who constantly gave defiant answers to customers. The manager should take it into account.

We stayed a night passing and I find a three star in good condition, nothing fancy but essential; good mattress; spacious room, well sized tv, fridge and desk; in the bathroom the tiles are from years ago, you can see that not long ago they changed bathtub for shower; in general the facilities are fine and the cleaning too. The breakfast buffet quite complete and the quality, own of a three star.
It is in an industrial estate, there is a restaurant around, the hotel has a restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
I recommend it for passing nights, rest well.

This hotel advertises itself as being close to Toledo, but it is a half hour drive. It is literally situated in an industrial park in between two small towns that have been seemingly hard hit by the down turn in the economy: there is nowhere to eat or see but the hotel itself. The room was clean, but we were missing a light bulb and had a broken refrigerator which no one would fix. There was only one nice attendant and she was on the evening shift. Breakfast was lean and chaotic. I would not recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks brand new. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. There is free underground parking. There is a high end and very expensive restaurant in the hotel but there is a reasonable chinese restaurant across the street. Toledo is about 30 km. away by expressway. Madrid is about the same. Don`t be put off by the location on the edge of a commercial development. This is a great hotel at a reasonable price.

Hotel was not great, the location is terrible (it was in an industrial area, full of workers and some dubbious people) and the staff we dealt with was rude at best (the gentleman at the back office did not have an appropiate behaviour for an hospitality worker,in fact he was almost insulting at some point). Would not recommend for anything beyond resting on the road and I think your money could be spent better somewhere else.

Room is small but clear. The hotel has its own restaurant but it was closed at the day we arrived because of Sunday. There is a few places where you can eat near the hotel. The breakfast is so simple to have only caffe, one toast and one cup of juice.

Everything is quite good at this hotel. The room was fairly comfortable although the bed was a bit hard and there was only one bedside table so I had to put my glass of water, phone etc on the floor. The bathroom was clean but not spotless. The balcony overlooked one of the most boring views a hotel could possibly have. The staff were accommodating but not exceptional. Cannot comment on the food as we did not eat there. Overall, it is an adequate, reasonably priced stopover.
