We stayed at the Sirius Deluxe for 7 nights, from 6 to 13 Oct, as a large family group. The hotel is luxurious and immaculate, and the views are absolutely stunning. The pool and beach area is gorgeous, and we loved the pier, with steps down into the sea, which was perfect for swimming or just relaxing. The children in our group loved the pool and sea, and developed a lot of confidence in the water which is warm and really calm. We hired a bungalow on one occasion (20 euros) which was lovely. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols.
The food at the beach snack bar is fantastic, with freshly cooked pizza, pide, chips, burgers, nuggets, jacket potatoes etc, which were all enjoyed by us! The cafe patisserie is also fantastic, with a wide selection of cakes and cookies, and delicious coffee and chocolate drinks. Again, the sea views from the outdoor seating area are amazing. The main restaurant is also immaculate, and sitting outside is lovely. The restaurant staff are incredibly attentive and there was never any waiting for drinks or tables.
All of the staff (including domestic, waiting and bar staff) are incredible - they literally can't do enough for you and are a credit to the hotel. They are friendly, helpful, attentive and professional and really helped to make our stay so memorable.
Drinks are lovely, with a wide choice of cocktails and different bars, including the 24 hour lobby bar. Rooms are well equipped with hairdryer, toiletries, slippers, plenty of towels (beach towels are also available at the spa and can be changed as often as needed) and cleaned daily to a very high standard.
There is evening entertainment, and we loved the Columbian dancers. There is a water sports company next to the hotel and children in our group did parasailing which they loved. Prices were very reasonable.
The hotel is so clean and hygienic, with such high standards, with masks available and hand sanitizer everywhere, that we felt very safe and indeed, felt safer and more secure than in UK!
I can't fault this hotel, and we have already decided to return next year. I really feel that it would be difficult to find another hotel that ticks every box like the Sirius. I can highly recommend this hotel!

My friend and I arrived at Sirius Deluxe Hotel on September 26th after a hell of a journey getting to Turkey. As soon as we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel so welcome and brought us some drinks while we settled in which we were so grateful for. We were exhausted from our travels and wanted to sleep straight away but our room at first was facing White City Hotel which was quite loud. The staff had no problem changing our room and we were relocated promptly to a seaview room which was stunning. We were even brought a bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and has a high quality feel to it. The rooms are gorgeous as well! Extremely clean and have lovely decor. Loved the shower and the towels were so soft. Can't mention the rooms without mentioning the cleaners, who were so friendly and had a laugh with us!
The hotel really does tick every box. The spa is amazing and definitely worth checking out, you even get a free treatment which was the cherry on top. Plenty of food choices, our favourite food was at the snack bar where you can get freshly made pizzas and Turkish flatbread (and classic chicken nuggets). Our highlight was the patisserie - The coffees are AMAZING and there are so many cakes/biscuits you can have alongside your beverage.
Lots of precautions are taken regarding covid-19. Sanitizer before you enter the dining area and masks provided too. The staff handle all the food as well with tongs and are all wearing masks too, so rest assured if you are concerned about hygiene (The hotel is impeccable for its cleanliness).
The beach as a promenade/pier which is a great feature to the hotel. The bungalows/cabanas are only $20 to hire per day which is so affordable and worth it as they provide comfort and privacy alongside giving you the best views.
Thank you to all the staff who are amazing and always at your service. Cannot fault anyone... everyone is really chatty and really make you feel welcome. The animation team are good vibes and the waiters are so helpful. Special mention to the guest relations manager Goktug who went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had our best time at Sirius Deluxe.
Overall, Sirius Deluxe hotel is definitely a hotel worth staying at. You definitely won't be disappointed and we would 100% return!!

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and had a great time! The hotel was beautiful and very clean and the room was a good size for the 2 of us. We had a terrace view and the only complaint I have is the very loud music from the hotel next door which went on to midnight on most evenings.
There are plenty sun beds available so no issues getting one around the pool area or down at the beach area. The pool was always spotless and the sea water is so clear/great for a swim. I would recommend booking the bungalow beds which look out onto sea which cost 20 euros a day. This can be booked from the reception and should be done in advance.
There was plenty variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner and although similar on most days, there was enough choice to eat something different. We didn’t try the two restaurants so can’t comment on those.
All staff were lovely and very helpful - the only thing was the 8am phone call after just arriving at 4am from the holiday rep who wanted to meet us at 10:30am! We didn’t find this that necessary.
Finally, this hotel was around 2 hours from the airport - the transfer bus did stop at a service station type place around half way though.

I have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Sirius Deluxe resort, after reading in detail all the reviews on a number of hotel options we booked the Sirius due to the fantastic reviews and we weren't disappointed at all. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendly reception staff even at 1am in the morning and checked in, after nipping to the all night buffet on offer we were then taken to our rooms which were nice and modern, lovely views of the pool and beach/sea. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with great sea views, a lovely little sandy beach and pier with plenty of sunbeds or you can hire a cabana area for 20 Euro which is well worth it! The food is absolutely delicious in the main restaurant with plenty of choice, we especially enjoyed the Turkish night. We also enjoyed the food at the beach snack bar where you can get freshly cooked pizza etc..and the speciality restaurant was also very nice!
The main asset of this hotel is the staff who were so friendly throughout . We were consistently being asked by various staff if we were enjoying our holiday, if we were happy with the hotel and to let them know if we had any problems at all ! Being a travel agent I go away quite a lot on holiday or with work and have never come across this before. I would definitely recommend getting a taxi down to Alanya earlt evening which is around 15-20 Euros and going up on the cable car to the Castle, the views are magnificent and they have a lovely little restaurant you can have a meal and take in the views! We had a lovely holiday and will definitely return, thank you to everyone xxx ☀️😀 🇹🇷

This hotel is Siriusly such a nice luxe hotel (pardon the pun) - I came here for a week and it honestly was not long enough! My friend and I started off with the side sea view room (would not recommend this if you're looking to relax as it was overlooking White City hotel next door which can be a bit noisy with music), so we got upgraded to the sea view room overlooking their pool, beach and pier which was much more serene.
All in all, it is a beautiful hotel, the room was nice modern and clean, the spa facility was impeccable, and the food was really nice with plenty of options to choose from. They have a cute little private beach and their own pier with bungalows/cabanas you can book for 20 euros per day which were nice to have if you wanted privacy. The staff were all very friendly too, from the cleaners to the restaurant/bar staff. The guest relations manager Goktug was also very kind and helpful in answering any queries we had regarding our stay, from activities within the hotel to useful recommendations for things to do in Alanya (I definitely would recommend to head into Alanya for dinner and drinks - and go up to the Alanya castle if you have the opportunity to go as its a really beautiful view at night).

When we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the security personnel, they measured our temperature and disinfected our suitcases as a corona precaution. Reception staff asked what we would like to drink even though it was crowded and two managers came to welcome us. Animation provided active service during our stay at the hotel. The food was not very good, but it was okay, but the friendliness of the staff and the chef made up for the shortcomings. We liked the cleanliness. Of course, we encountered problems, but when we raised them, there was a guest relations department that took immediate action to solve them. I would like to thank Nigina from this department and especially Okan and Goktug, who welcomed us at the first entrance and tried to solve every problem until the end of our holiday. Everything was very nice thanks to you, we will come to this hotel again and this time we will call for our room requests before we come.

Myself and my partner stayed here for nine nights in September 2022.
When we first arrived we were told that our room had been upgraded to a sea view room instead of a side sea view room which we had booked. The view was lovely and the room was of good size and clean. If you looked beneath the surface it wasn’t immaculate but it was clean enough. The breakfast was not for the English taste and there wasn’t any change on any of the days as to what was served. The buffet lunch was not to our taste and we didn’t eat in there once. The snack bar downstairs was the hotels gem - all of the food was made fresh in front of you so I definitely would recommend eating in there. The dinner buffet was OK but the cuts of meat were not of great quality. We ate out for most of our stay. Entertainment team was friendly, especially Abu! We went to a club night with the team which was great fun! The entertainment can get repetitive with the same activities happening each day at the same time. There was a couple evening shows put on during our stay which usually ended at 9/9:30pm. When your sat in the bar drinking it’s nice to have a bit of quality entertainment which was lacking. The AC in the room unfortunately made me very sick for half of my holiday, I asked reception for an electric fan but they was unable to accommodate. We had to keep the doors open for the rest of our stay which got very hot. I understand that it might of just been my body reacting to the AC in a bad way. The beach is lovely, very clear water and is very clean. The pool is very clean with staff collecting empty glasses, and a lovely lady bringing round waters to everyone. Siri the dog is gorgeous and very gentle. Most of the staff are very friendly, some cannot speak great English but they do try to!
I am happy I booked this hotel, I think with some tweaks it would make it a five star.

I can say it's the best vacation I've ever had in my life. I wouldn't want to exaggerate, but thanks to the staff at this hotel, you will understand when u came here, what I mean. The cleaning; you want to see during the pandemic process will meet you at the first entrance. Be sure that the staff are smiling and running around for you will attract your attention. The sea, especially the bungalow accommodation is great. The rooms are modern, especially if you prefer a sea view, great mornings await you. The biggest thanks go to Mr. Goktug and Mr. Okan. Well what can we say. This truly is an amazing hotel with great staff who care about their guests. From the second you enter the hotel to check in to the moment you leave you are treated like royalty. The only negative is that we had to come home.
Cleanliness. The hotel is absolutely spotless with the hard working cleaning team always maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel and the rooms.
Food. There is a huge array of food to choose from from the main dining room to the snack bar and there is a massive selection to choose from and all cooked to a very good standard. There is a huge selection of amazing puddings and I highly recommend the rice pudding and chocolate pudding. The Turkish night is just fantastic along with the sea food night.
Entertainment. Well it’s safe to say that after 10 days we finally mastered the club dance. The evening entertainment is good. The entertainment team work so hard and long hours to ensure that you are entertained all day and through the evening. Such a friendly team that the hotel should be proud of.
Staff. Firstly Hassan what a truly lovely guy, he walks round every day on multiple times to ensure everybody is ok and enjoying their holiday and makes time to stop and chat and makes you feel welcomed into the hotel. All of the staff have a very good standard of English and the waiting staff all ensure that your glass is never empty during your meal. Every member of staff has been friendly and all want the same thing and that is for you to have an amazing holiday. Now let’s not forget Siri the hotel dog, he loves a fuss and is as gentle as can be. He wonders around the hotel or lays on the steps to reception and loves a good belly rub or an ear tickle. Going to miss you all and really hope that you are all there next year.

As always, apprehensive when trying a new hotel- especially when it's a last minute booking. But from the time we arrived to the time we left I can honestly say I can't fault this gem of a hotel. Lovely welcome and shown to our lovely room. Sadly had really noisy neighbours so requested a room move and was overjoyed to have been given a sea view- wish I'd paid the extra for it initially. So worth it. Room lovely and clean with a huge selection of toiletries so no need to take anything with you. Hotel easy to navigate and the staff were just so helpful at all times. Amazing selection of food every day. Nothing at all to complain about. The only negative was the a la carté restaurant. Not great food sorry. Beach bar great. Good food all day. I ate a whole sea bass every lunch time. Was divine. All drinks served in glassware and not a plastic cup in sight. The jetty is fabulous for sun bathing on and the waiters come around checking your okay for drinks. Huge fridges dotted about with water cartons in them. No heavy sell with trips or anything, so able to just relax. Animation good without being over the top or too loud. Theres some local supermarkets within 5 min walk for anything you forget amd really cheap. All in all a fab hotel that i will definately be returning to. Tips: no kettle in room. Take your own but bar in reception open 24 hrs. Pay the extra for a pool view. Def worth it as so much to see.
