Detailed Reviews
First time here and on the whole we weren’t disappointed. The hotel is huge, from the moment you walk in you can see how big it is. Reception team were friendly they told us our room was on the ground without a view but we could upgrade to a sea view for around 100 euros which we did. Restaurant seemed a bit chaotic and sometimes difficult to get a seat inside but if you hovered you could usually find one. Food was plentiful but queues were long at some sections. The pools were amazing, 4 or 5 at the hotel and another 4 over the walkway which were right by the beach and had water slides for adults and a fantastic small water park with slides for children, all very clean and safe. Bars and snack area, a snack area like no other. A whole strip of kiosk style snack counters serving everything from pasta, jacket potatoes to the usual chips and burgers. Go over there in the morning and spend all day there swimming and eating.
Only real complaint is that the bars in the hotel and beach had no real system people were either queuing for ages or pushing to the front and the bar staff didn’t stop them also the tables in the bar areas were always dirty, people came to clear glasses but no one wiped the tables so they were sticky and dirty.
All in all a decent hotel that we would visit again.

This is a bit late writing this but never mind so her it is !
We stayed here as a family of four for 1 week in mid May , after get to the hotel very late at night the receptionist got someone to get us to our room as soon as possible, as we were all very tired.
After arriving to our room we didn’t have enough beds made up for us, but at this point, I did not care I just put my little girl in with me and said we would sort it out in the morning, in the morning I approached someone to sort this problem, and it was dealt with straight away . Overall this is a very good hotel. The food was lovely. The people and staff are very friendly. The entertainment team were fantastic with my kids and they loved going to kids club. The slides were also a big hit and I must say extremely busy at times, so you have to keep an eye out on the little ones and this was in may ! To the bad side of things the hotel is a very long way from the airport. It took us 3 hours to get to this hotel, also there are no steps or lifts to get to the night entertainment so had to carry the pushchair up and down every time and after a few drinks it’s the last thing you were wanting to do 😂 plus there is no bar by the the night entertainment area , one thing I will say that the hotel needs to address is the tidiness of the beach. It is not the best. Also having a park on the beach in hot weather is not a great idea. They need to putting it in a shaded area, so kids can actually play on it.

I dont ususally write reviews but after reading some on here just before i went i need to make a few things clear as they could easily put you off.
So lets start the hotel itself is very big the biggest i think i have stayed in, the hotel is very well presented and very clean. The rooms were cleaned every couple of days and the water topped up in the fridge which is a nice touch. The staff were very attentive not overly chatty but they were constantly working so no complaint there.
The room was the same as any other hotel room i have stayed in throughout europe big enough for a family of four with a Double bed, Single Bed and a Sofa bed (my youngest had the sofa bed which he loved (10 Years old). The bathroom again did the job no complaints there clean and well presented. The air con was a bit strange as it only went down to 22c but kept the room cool enough at night as it was 29c in the day at some points. My only complaint about the room was it was booked as a family room but the sofa bed hadnt been made when we go there and was a early morning arrival which did annoy me as i just wanted to get some sleep and had to ask twice for it to be done.
Yes you have to pay for the WIFI which is £10 for a week but you can get access throughout the entire hotel down by the pool and the slides over the other side of the complex and in the room so had no issue paying it. I turned on my Hotspot on my phone and shared the connection with my daughter not saying that will wortk for everyone but had no issue all week.
Food. We went as three families 5 adults and 5 children (8 to 12 Years old). Some reviews said there is limited food but apart from breakfast we could of had different food for dinner and tea all week, yes the staple stuff is the same but there was always some new Fish, Meat or Turkish dish to try. You could have Waffles and Doughnuts and icecream and lovely cakes and chicken corner down by the pier is lovely all freshly cooked. All drinks were included and lots of fridges about the place with cold water in which was a big bonus. The cocktails were lovely most of the time occasionally they were strong but as it was included wasnt a issue and the cold coffee at the pool bar was nice.
Pools. There are 5 big pools 4 near the main complex and 1 down by the slides all very clean and refreshing and lots of fun was had and also aqua arobics was funny as well which got most of the family doing. The slides are over the road across the bridge again great fun for all the family and no queues. The slides were on 10 to 12 then 2 to 5pm. When you check in you are given a card for beach/pool towels which could be changed everyday if required and loads of sun loungers were available. The pier is nice as there are steps into the sea and it is not too salty and you can just bob around and life guards on duty and if you got a snorkel there are lots of fish to be seen.
The Hotel is about 1hr and 30 mins from the airport if the drivers dont stop and about 25 mins bus ride to Alanya which is lovely to have a look about.
To summarize a good hotel for family to stay in and would recommend to friends and family, clean and tidy and a Good Holiday was had by all.

We arrived to what seemed like a lovely hotel to be greatly disappoonted
Was not greeted on arrival or helped with our bags.
Had to stay in a very pokey smelly dated room on the corner. Corridor was noisy and were disturbed repeatley in the morning by the cleaners. Cleaners kept knocking to see to clean our room but did t accept we wanted to lay in and sleep. Friends were disturbed reoeatley for their room to be cleaned when they had told them they were not ready to leave and just entered the room anyway.
Never in all our years of going to a hotel especially an all inclusive where you have to pay for WiFi. We are in the tourism sector and none of the hotels we work do you have to pay for WiFi.. Even the smallest basic cheap 2 star hotel gives you WiFi for free and this hotel is supposed to 5 star.
Food was appalling tasteless overcooked. Alcohol was fake.
Hotel located on a very busy motorway. Noise from motorway ruined the setting but the pool and beach.
Very limited selection of drinks. Non alcoholic beverages water down. Beer watered down.
When told the hotel, they said this is our concept or why we didnt tell them
sooner. We only had a 2 night stay. Holiday was over. We have come from a 5 hour drive away. Needless we won't be back and I suggest nobody comes here. You will be disappointed

The hotel is good, but in my opinion it is a good four. When we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately checked into a room, according to the classics, like many, in a terrible room overlooking some kind of construction site. We went to the reception to ask to be moved. We paid around $30-50 back then (I don’t remember exactly; I’m writing this review a year after my vacation, before I got around to it). We immediately paid for the Internet, honestly, I don’t remember how much it cost, but I got good coverage throughout the entire hotel.
By the way, we were checked into the second room only after 12:00, it was already excellent with a view of the hotel grounds and the sea.
The food was very varied, but more than once there was such a thing that the pasta or dishes with chicken smelled of something not quite fresh, I would say rotten. Then I began to notice that the dishes that were for dinner yesterday smelled like this and today they are here again. Because basically the dishes were not repeated every day, they alternated every other day or two.
There were snacks, we didn't go hungry. In the period from 14:00-16:00 they gave out ice cream in a package, pistachio, delicious.
There is no animation in the hotel at all. In general, we either found ourselves in a period like this, or it’s just this kind of hotel. But then only Turks, no Englishmen, no Europeans, no Russians, were vacationing in the hotel. It felt like my husband and I and the Turks were on vacation. They smoke a lot, it was simply impossible to be near the pool. There was some kind of cloud of smoke. Due to the fact that the majority of people were Turks, the music played was exclusively Turkish and the animators spoke exclusively Turkish, not even English.
In the evenings there were always some performances and shows in the amphitheater, always something new, it was fun.
The sea is located 5-7 minutes from the hotel through a small bridge, the sea is clean - transparent, the entrance is from the pier, there are always a lot of fish swimming around. The slides near the beach are also good, you can ride a couple of times, why not.
In the evening we often went for a walk to the town. Walk at a calm pace for 15-20 minutes. Inside the town, right in its depths, you can find many shops with more reasonable prices, you can buy everything. On the way to the town there is a grocery store - Migros (back then we could pay by card, now it’s unlikely, because this year we are in another part of Turkey, in Migros we paid with cash)
Overall the hotel is not bad, maybe we were in the Turkish holiday season, but essentially because of this our impression of the hotel was not very good.
I am attaching photos with the view from the room (for such a view, I don’t think it’s a shame to pay) and a view of the hotel

We went to the hotel with the concept of honeymoon, but the room decoration was terrible, it was said that wine and fruit plate would be sent to the room, but after 3 days, we called twice and it arrived and the wine was not worth a dime and the fruit plate was sloppy, the fruits were not peeled, not sliced, they only put a fork.
The room we stayed in for our honeymoon was a normal standard room.
There is a lot of variety of food, but it is quite difficult to prepare a plate, the food is tasteless.
There is a sour taste in the food, especially in the cold appetizers, I think they put the unfinished food over and over again every day.
I'm not talking about desserts, it's fair to say there are no desserts with little or no milk, the baklavas are fresh but they're all filled with semolina instead of walnuts.
The glasses are plastic and smelly and yellow and dirty.
Drinks are plentiful, I forgot the watery coke, we only drink water and ice.
Orange juice, as you know, naso sweetener and dye
The towels do not smell, it is obvious that they have been washed, but they do not have a pleasant smell.
Air conditioners are historical artifacts
There is no socket on the balcony
As for the sea, there are plenty of rocks around the pier.
There is a lack of pools, all 1.40 deep.
There is a private restaurant called Alacarte. 4 waiters take care of 200 people. The soup comes in 30 minutes and the main course comes in 30 minutes. I advise you not to go on an empty stomach because you will pay extra money and be exposed to mediocre food and service.
Inside, everything is for tourists, if you are a Turk, you have no place, brother, everything is in a foreign language.
There is a lot of lack of animation and entertainment activities
There are plenty of children's pools
The seaside pier is very poorly maintained
The hotel may have been good when it was first built, but now it is very neglected.
There is a great lack of friendliness and respect among the employees. You can see cleaning staff and different staff arguing with each other at any time, and there is a lack of coordination.
Finally, there are 2 small trash cans in the room, but for some reason they are not changed after cleaning, and there is only water and mineral water in the minibar. Mineral water is very bad. I have seen it for the first time in plastic bottles. If there was no such thing as plastic in the hotel, nothing would happen.
In short, don't come.

First time I decided to write a negative review. When we checked in, we were not escorted, we had to find the room ourselves. It's very difficult to find anything at all in this hotel, an obscure system of elevators and exits. There is no map like other hotels. Walking around the grounds is in the open area of the restaurant, past people eating. Almost all swimming pools can't find free sunbeds from the very early morning. Only near the farthest pool, which also has the warmest water, it's fashionable to snatch a couple of empty seats until 9 a.m. The obscure bar story. There is either one bartender or three serving one guest, creating huge queues that you don't even want to stand in. Many simply take water in the fridge instead of delicious refreshments. Cocktails of local alcohol are terrible. If you don't ask for a little alcohol, they'll pour a whole glass. The beach, though long, only enters the sea near or from the pier. Elsewhere, there's a chance of breaking your legs on huge rocks. The main downside of the restaurant is the lack of seats in the air-conditioned area. They tried to come at different times, but they only ever found seats in terribly stuffy halls. Queues for food are long, especially for pizza and grilled meat, plates often run out, appliances are hard to interrogate at all. Waiters are very slow, you ask them to clean the table and you wait 10 minutes. Drinks in the vending machines at the restaurant often run out, too. Animators were only seen before the evening show, standing guard on stage. No activity was invited at all.
Food in general is not bad, delicious coffee in the lobby. Room was taken standard, size is normal, decorated nicely, no slippers.

I don’t even know where to start with this review.
On arrival we was offered a room looking into the car park, so we had to pay £80 for upgrade as my mum likes to spend time on the balcony.
The hotel decor isn’t great, but can deal with.
The beds are rock hard with even harder pillows with one small sheet to cover yourself with and bed runner that feels like a curtain.
The first night in the room I took my expensive bracelet off and left on the sink, I meant to put it back on for the next day and forgot. By the time I went back up when I remembered it was gone.
The food hall is like a busy London train station. People argue over food like they haven’t eaten before. Poor quality food and drinks. Very hard to communicate with anyone in the hotel. Hardly anyone speaks English and just ignore you if you don’t speak Russian.
The staff in food hall are so rude, if you ask for something, they act like you have just ruined their day.
If they ain’t rude then they are harassing you. One member of staff keeps asking my mum if she has a husband and does she think he is attractive he would love to come to England, while another one and older man keeps trying to get my phone number and keeps saying I’m sexy in front of my 6 years old little girl and it’s uncomfortable.
We booked the Italian for one night, that was a waste of time as well. Food was freezing, didn’t get a drink till deserts arrived, and the chicken stunk with the steak like stewed beef.
The pools are great, look clean and lots for kids. Plenty of beds in the morning even though people think it’s acceptable half way through the day to place their belongings on your secured beds and sit there.
Lunch food is prob best for british You can’t get a decent cup of tea so bring your own teabags:
Kids can’t understand the kids entertainment.
This hotel is NOT catered for the British. Don’t bother coming, it’s been so frustrating, the guest in this hotel are so rude.
I did read bad reviews before coming and just hoped the people that complained was just really picky. Nope, they was right!

Returned to this hotel for 10 nights and checked in around 1:00am once we got to our room we noticed our balcony door did not shut properly/lock, we went down to reception and asked for it to be sorted or for another room as we were very tired from travelling since 9am the guy at the reception was a bit rude and said it’s night time i’m not sorting you another room but i can get the maintenance guy he will take 5-10 minutes… well an hour and 15 minutes later and 3 trips back to reception to see what was taking so long! The rooms however are nice the bed is very comfy and the air conditioning is amazinggg! The entertainment here is great lots of activities for kids and even the adults so you dont have to leave the resort much! There are 6/7 pools which is lovely as they are never super busy, they are cold but it’s perfect for the hot temperature and i found the pools were always super clean. I must say the staff at the coffee shop were amazing especially the girl we were teaching each other english and Turkish she was very funny and friendly. The food isn’t great i am vegetarian have a nut allergy and one morning for breakfast i had pancakes and there was a white sauce i wanted to try as it looked like white chocolate (there were no labels on any of the sauces) luckily my boyfriend tried it first because it was a peanut sauce!! No signs to say that it had nuts in what so ever. I lived of pizza, mash and salad for the whole time being here as the vegetarian options were not amazing. The next issue is the guests the majority of guests are very rude and will cut in front of the que for food or make rude comments because your family of 6 went in the lift with some floats and they push in with you but dont like you took the floats in the lift and are just so impatient and have no social skills about them. They are also disgusting leaving used nappies by the sun loungers and just generally leaving a mess. The other is i found the toilets around the hotel were not cleaned frequently after seeing feces on the floor and women's used sanitary items on a couple of different occasions. However, the spa was gorgeous we had a full body massage, turkish bath, exfoliant and a face mask for about £25 which is such a bargain! You also get used of the sauna and the gym when staying.

Where do I start with this hotel this isn’t a 5* it’s a 3* at a push..
On arrival we wasn’t greeted very nice no refreshments after travelling for hours.
We get to our room , room was okay and clean it was a family room for 4 people 1 double bed 1 single bed and a sofa bed which all was rock solid so the entire holiday none of us had a good sleep the pillows were the most un comfy pillows I have ever slept on.
We was in a room over the seating deck and oh is it loud till about 3/4 in the morning you have people screaming and with a family with kids it’s not good.
wifi is 10euros PER DEVICE for a week, doesn’t seem to work good at all though have to reconnect every time you go back on your phone.
The food was a No from us all it wasn’t nice
And everyone is like animals when it comes to the restaurant
Also it gave most of us a tummy bug a few days before we was due to leave.
There is quite a few pools to chose from which is good and can always get a bed
Slides were good my daughter enjoyed these
And the foam party was fun for kids also
But sadly the cons outweighed the pros
So we would not return to this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.
