The location was excellent. One block from the Metro line and the JR line so it was very easy to get around. At least 3 shopping malls within walking distance, the one on the next block has a supermarket at basement level so very easy to stock up on snacks and drinks. Plenty of dining options in the area including local and more western ones like Starbucks, Burger King etc. Inhouse dining options also available both cafe and restaurant. There is also a playground less than a 10 minute walk away (next to one of the shopping centres) which my kids loved and it was a great way to finish the day each afternoon. Room was always clean and fresh when we returned every day. The room was large by Japanese standards with a full size bathtub. Airconditioning could be individually controlled. Minimal amount of toiletries provided and japanese nightgowns, drip coffee sachets, green tea bags and water daily. Hair dryer and water pressure good. Blockout curtains and relatively soundproof rooms. Airport Limousine Bus available but only very limited times however TCAT was only a $20 taxi fare away so still convenient. Disney Good Neighbour free shuttle bus to the Disney parks but must be booked in advance.
The breakfast was very repetitive however comprehensive - mainly Asian but also a couple of Western options. It did become boring though by Day 3 as every day was the same. Later and more frequent Airport Limousine Bus services would be great. A guest laundry/washing machine would be an excellent bonus although there is a coin laundry only about 5 minutes away.

Loved it!! Definitely exceeded my expectations because based on YouTube and internet searches, I wasn’t sure. When the taxi pulled up to the hotel, I was smiling so big because this hotel is gorgeous from the lobby all the way to the room.
There are many great restaurants.
I highly recommend that you purchase breakfast with your room. It is definitely worth while. The staff was extremely courteous and pleasant. I do not speak a word of Japanese, but everyone was very patient with me.
My room had the most amazing view of the sky tree. I really love the fact that it is so close to the subway line. It makes the location easy to access the important tourist sites, but also far away from the crazy busy loud city life.
As expected, the rooms are not huge based on US standard, but it was very comfortable and livable I stayed for two weeks.
I wish I knew there was an airport shuttle that is very reasonably priced and they also have a shuttle that goes to Disney.
Do not take the taxi from the airport, that cost me almost $200.
The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the TVs are smart TVs, and they give you fresh bottles of water every single day
They also have a lot of toiletries that they refresh every day like toothbrushes and toothpaste, brushes that are very helpful for the ladies, saving sets, and also fresh house shoes. Just in case, there are two robes in the drawer as well.

A very nice grand hotel with a beautiful atrium but a bit outdated. The hotel is within four blocks of subway station and nearby the hotel were convenience stores such as 7-11 and Lawson. We booked three rooms and two of three had the nice view of Tokyo Sky Tree. The third room did not and had too much sun which made the room very warm during the day. The friendly staff helped us with the room upgrade to a Sky Tree view and the view was amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful and the service was exceptional. The hotel is also a Disney neighborhood hotel which provided free shuttles to and from Disney parks. You need to book with the front desk to ride and it is free. The breakfast buffet was held in a large restaurant setting and its food/beverage selection was fantastic. They had a omelet station and almond jelly and fresh lychees in the fruit area. The dining staff was friendly and seated us and took our dirty plates in a timely manner. The experience at the hotel was fabulous and I highly recommend. One star was docked due to the aging room furniture and old bathroom. Remodeling is much needed.

We’re coming to the end of a two week stay here and we’ve been very happy.
Some reviews say the hotel is outdated. In some aspects it is, the carpet on each landing is truly horrific ( see image) and the toilets have seen fashion change but despite that the place is immaculate.
We had a room with a King sized bed, not much space round it but adequate. The room was cleaned to a spotless standard every day and restocked with water etc.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied, I ate mostly the same every day, that’s what you do at home too. Staff in the restaurant were very efficient and helpful.
The hotel location is fine, near the station and a good number of shops, restaurants and malls.
Would I stay here again, definitely.

The bathroom was not like the pictures, the floor was dark and dirty and not cleaned around the tub. One day I was out and came back to the room because I forgot my wallet and the cleaners were cleaning my room put the dirty blankets and pillows on top of my clean clothes and items that wait laid out on the side of the room.
The location was great as it was next to the train station and right across a Lawson convenience store and 7-11 but the train was located right behind our room where I can see train tracks and can hear the train late at night.
Also, the walls were so thin that I could hear footsteps from above me all night long and the neighbors in and out of the room. It was so hard to sleep from jet lag that I was groggy everyday for sight seeing even when I was excited and anticipated it was pushing my self.
The verdure restaurant did not have any crab as shown on the pictures as well. The lunch and dinner is over priced for the food that was being served.

I stayed in a standard twin room with Skytree view in September 2023. The room location is sufficient, the view is very open, the room is well soundproofed, and the bathtub is large. The decoration is just a bit old, but it is very clean and recommended.

Terrible hotel. The rooms are tiny even by Tokyo standards. This is our 4th time in Tokyo so we’re well aware. The beds and pillow are literal rocks. On top of that they charge all these fees at checkin. We spent thousands online booking in advance and show up and $80 check-in fee. $200 for breakfast fee even though “breakfast is included” etc etc

Very Nice hotel! Located a few steps from a shopping mall and the subway station. It is 4 stops from Tokyo Station. You can also get to Shibuya without changing subway lines.
Our room had a view of the SKY TREE and it was a delight to see this wonder from our window. We had 4 single beds and they were all very comfortable. The bathroom amenities were very complete (bathing cap, razor, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, bath soap wipe) plus we were provided with slippers and pajamas for each member of my family.
The restaurant is a bit expensive and we did not use it. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Highly recommended!

A very well located hotel near the Skytree and Kinschinko subway line. The hotel has a very modern look in the lobby and common area, but the hallways on the upper floors have a dated look and color scheme. The rooms are fine, with some modern bathrooms, and the beds are comfortable. The chairs are dated, but OK for a few nights. The location is a top draw, and its view of the Skytree is unparallelled if you are on that side. Breakfast is a nice draw, and the streets have plenty of small restaurants, a huge shopping mall next block over, and of course a 7-11, Lawsons and Family Mart all within one block. Door person is great, cabs are plentiful, and the daily rate was reasonable. The subway line right next door takes you to any part of touristy Tokyo within 30 minutes.

Tobu Hotel is quite luxurious. Our room was compact, yet comfortable. Our view of the Sky Tree from the 21st floor was spectacular. Even though we loved the hotel we would probably stay on the other side of the river next time, as we spent a lot of taxi rides commuting to and from the west side of Tokyo. We did love the fact that the airport limousine bus collects you from the front door for approximately $35 AU per head, as it was worth it.

Hi, We just stayed there in January this year. We were on the 21st floor and had a clear view of the Skutree. I think any rooms above level 10 would have unobstructed views. I’d email the hotel directly to book the rooms. There are English speaking staff at reception.
