Wonderful and newest hotel attached to Terminal 3. You will need to clear Immigration to access, but once there, we were surrounded by a sense of calm, a quiet respite; much needed after a long flight. Chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, transportation, and onsen. All were stellar.

The front desk staff were gracious hosts; incredibly kind at check in and helped us figure out some train directions. NB: It is somewhat of a ways from the center, which is of particular consideration when the trains stop running, as taxis will be the only way back and quite pricey. For US city folks, think Uber Black + surge pricing. Even that in mind, absolutely worth it, imo.

Room was very clean, spacious enough with a lovely shower and full amenities, including a complimentary mini-bar with local drinks to try. Breakfast was both an a la carte menu and buffet offerings with ultimate Japanese hospitality from the gentleman who stored our luggage and attendants who were again, very kind and helpful.

Onsen is conveniently open 24 hours (except for cleaning) included with the Premier rate (other connected Airport Villa Fontaine branch guests and public have an entrance fee), quite relaxing and busier than I thought in the later hours. Would absolutely stay again.

We did not actually stay at the hotel but we had a day stay at the 12th floor Spa following advice from hotel staff. And we were delighted!

Had an almost 16 hours daytime layover at HND (NH850 to NH186) so we decided to spend it at Haneda Airport Garden Spa which was highly recommended by the Japan tourism information counter. Truly amazing and the best airport experience ever - hands down! Perched atop of the Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier on the 12th floor with the hotel lobby directly connected to the airports' arrival hall. Looking out to Mount Fuji as well as HND runways, the facility has an open-air bath, four types of indoor baths, three types of hot stone spa, as well as relaxation rooms, beauty & massage parlor, and a restaurant. We spent around 12 hours there sleeping, bathing, relaxing, dining, and I got an amazing 1-hour Japanese foot massage. Food at the restaurant was delicious and the service by all staff is attentive and caring.

Awesome experience that is reasonably priced and we highly recommended if you don't want to venture into Tokyo during your layover, or the nearby hotels are too expensive for a daytime stay.

Location: Right at Haneda, you can't get any more convenient that that! Lawsons is right outside the hotel entrance and its stocked well. Once of the best Lawsons we went to.

Service: Great! When we checked in with two small children, they greeted us at our room to bring us a stool for the toilet!

When you see the crowd checking in at the Grand hotel and you walk past the doors to the premier and no one at the desk . . . you feel more relaxed, especially after a long day of travelling. Totally worth it!!!

Room: Clean and spacious ( we had two twin beds with a bench by the window)

SOUND PROOF!!! you can't hear anything inside your room!

Free mini bar! I guess I paid for it in the price. . .but still. . . It was a nice perk when you wanted something to drink. . .and it is right there.

ONSEN was really nice and is included with the hotel. It gets busy but there are multiple pools there. Also there is a separate elevator entrance directly to the onsen for the guest at this hotel.

There are two Villa Fontaine Hotels in Haneda airport, the premier is the expensive one. When I first looked at it, I thought it was too expensive compared to other hotels around Haneda. However, I found it is worthy after staying there for one night.

The hotel is located right behind the grand hotel and the hospitality is way better than the grand.

The room is larger than the grand and with better design. Of course, with a better view.

You can choose the plan with dinner and breakfast. However, dinner was not as good as expected. I personally will only recommend breakfast. It is better to try to various collection in the airport garden.

The room includes a free ticket to the Onsen, which I will high recommend you to try it once. However, do not forget to bring a card as looks like they do not accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I wanted to commend front desk reception agent TACHIBANA for his service in getting me settled into my room. He explained the TV system so I could find an English news channel, asked for special requests, explained the workings of the restaurant and the incredible spa experience. His patience in answering my questions saved me a great deal of time for a single overnight stay. His English was fluent and delightful.

Since our flight out of Haneda was in the morning, we stayed here overnight. The hotel is located in a building that is essentially part of the international terminal. Take the escalator down from the lobby and you will be in a typical large airport complex with shops and restaurants. Up to the top floor, there is a nice onsen spa with a number of pools, restaurants, sleeping/resting rooms, and hot rooms. You can get a view of the river or the airport. On a clear day, you are able to see Mt. Fuji. The rooms were large and comfortable...this is a 5 star property. If you want to stay near the airport, you cannot beat this for convenience and luxury.

After 14 days traveling in Japan, my husband and I took a train from Hiroshima to Tokyo and spent the last night at the Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier (it’s the secluded and more luxurious section of the “Grand”. The staff welcoming and spoke good English. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel restaurant (Il Tokyo - the Italian one). Food was ok. The room was so comfy and cozy. The mini bar was well stocked and ALL complimentary. The gym was spacious and well equipped with cardio and weights machines. It was the perfect hotel to spend a night before our long flight back to the USA. My only complaint is them not extending the check out from 11am to noon.

We chose this hotel due to having an early flight the next morning, located at Terminal 3 Haneda Airport. We were super impressed with our stay, the hotel is outstanding from the check in staff to our spacious room with a view of the river. The hotel provides so many high quality toiletries & a free mini bar with soft drinks & beer/wine. Totally recommend for a relaxing night sleep before a long flight

Lovely large room, and the nice touch of free drinks in the mini bar, the spa on sight is free for those staying and was really nice if not a little confusing as to what you need to put where and leave where, but the staff try and guide you through it. Very convenient to get up in the morning walk 5 minutes and be in the terminal.
