Neighbourhood
Shinbashi Shiodome, Odaiba
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.

This mega onsen theme park is loads of fun for the whole family. Upon checking in, they give you Yukata to wear while inside the property. Other than baths, they have a huge food court made to look like a Edo period town. There is a hotel connected but you don't need to stay to

The location is quite out of the way, travelling from Ikebukuro to Odaiba. The place itself was alright. The bath was huge and gave you an idea of how Japanese public bathhouse is. There is an outdoor bath area as well which is not in your average bathhouse. Also, you would

I was worried it was going to be busy but it wasn’t at all! The process was smooth and easy We showed up on Sunday at 11 am just when it opened. Small line up that went fast. You take off your shores at the front and put them in lockers on the left. Get your first locker key
