Reasonably priced hotel with lot's to offer for the weary traveller, myself and my wife stayed here for 5 nights while looking around the area on a business trip. The rooms were vibrant and clean with as many towels as you wanted and room clean every day if you needed. Lovely comfy bed and pillows, I needed an Iron "Marieatta " for shirts and got a steam machine which took twice as long as an Iron to get the job done, call me old fashioned. The breakfast was fab and as much as you wanted fresh and delightful. The staff were very friendly and if they saw you sitting on your own would just come over to say hello, the owner manager Manny would drift from table to table just to show you one of his card tricks and talk with his customers. The pool was lovely good deep pool but a little short of sun loungers we couldn't always get one but there were lots of pool side tables and chairs about. There was a restaurant from 1900hrs and venues organised during the evenings like Flamingo dancing. Lot's to do in a well facilitated Hotel like , crazy golf , bowling and a fully fitted fitness suite with older type machines but all working properly. Altogether a really nice restful stay in a very friendly atmosphere.

arrived at hotel having booked a hotel room with breakfast. Was first given basement studio with no windows, eventually got what we booked.Outdoor pool was not heated and has not been heated in 5 years, also very dangerous as steps lead down towards deep area. No lift and no handrail for part of stairway. No lights on stairway during our stay. Very dangerous carrying cases in the dark.Room was clean and comfortable with fridge. Breakfast quite good.Pool area comfortable lots of mattresses during our stay.Staff excellent. Cheaper to eat outside thin in Hotel.Parking adequate outside in quiet season

Disappointed in this facility.

Room was clean and well maintained by the housekeepers who were lovely.
In fact all the staff were nice and friendly and really helpful, that's why its a score of 3.

They were unfortunately let down by the place itself that wanted some money spent on it and some TLC. If you wanted a cup of tea in the morning or a coffee in the evening too bad no kettle (this was advertised as being there) or cups and saucers and just for good measure the bar closed around 7-8 p.m. so no chance of an evening beer.

The pool area wasn't bad but the sun beds well, they were only fit for the scrap heap and the cushions to place on them were really dirty I mean filthy they hadn't seen a washing machine since I don't know when, we lay on towels out of our room. Crazy golf wasn't bad but again needed some maintenance, same for the gym really only one treadmill no cross trainer but loads of weights if you were into body building.

Place is located at the top of a blooming big hill so absolutely no way should anyone who has even a minor problem with walking or doesn't want to drive every time they go out should consider this place.

Area itself is nice with the Golf course at the bottom of the hill and some nice places to eat and have a drink about 15 minutes walk away.

The resort was the chosen base location for our Walking Football club (over 50s) as we were attending an international tournament at Segura de Formentera nearby.
There were 16 of us in attendance (three wives) and our intention was to extend our stay into a week long break.
From the moment of our arrival we were looked after by Christian, the manager, Walter, Mariet and Belinda and nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay excellent in every way.
The meals were great and the chef liaised closely in order that our tastes were satisfied. The location and facilities were excellent with a choice of restaurants and bars near enough to walk to but far enough away not to be intrusive.
This is a family owned and run establishment and cater for guests in a way that corporate businesses never can.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean, tidy and welcoming.
I can fully recommend this establishment.

We attended a wedding reception at the hotel which was a wedding breakfast and evening event, so opted to stay at the hotel with numerous friends.
The staff were brilliant from start to finish and could do enough, the food was lovely and the whole event was fantastic.
We stayed in one of the double rooms and it was very clean and tidy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a small balcony overlooking the pool.
We would highly recommend a stay here… thanks to all the staff from us!

Well, we were here a few years ago and it hasn't gotten any better, on the contrary.
Back then we only got breakfast, which was more like a meager prison meal, but today there is nothing at all!
No restaurant/breakfast, no room service and bad WiFi.
The bed and bathroom door creak so loudly that my wife wakes up when I turn in bed or go to the bathroom.
The hot water comes out of the tap at an estimated 75 degrees and sometimes suddenly, scalding is not out of the question. I burned my fingers on the shower faucet, the needle on the boiler's temperature indicator broke off above MAX.
The hotel is being worked on, which is OK, the facility is nice and comfortable. But not suitable for people with walking difficulties because of the stairs.

Addendum: When we asked about the lack of service, we were told that we should call the reception hotline (which is not always manned) if we needed anything. After we left the room, the towels were changed and the trash can was emptied. We had already made the beds ourselves two days ago...

I stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 weeks as I have friends in the area. It is very quiet which suited me and very clean. The pool area is amazing. I had the whole pool to myself most mornings in August!! The management team and staff were outstanding and couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
The hotel is at the top of a steep hill which makes for a difficult walk back if you venture out so a car is necessary really.
Will not hesitate to stay here again.

We turned up on Fri night to find reception closed and had to ring a number on the door then wait for a key to arrive.
The room Was small and basic and didn't even have a kettle for a morning brew.
The. Next day we found the whole place was deserted nothing open and had to go into Quesada for breakfast.
Things did not improve there on as the whole place apart from two other couples remained closed and like a ghosts hotel.

Hotel staff very friendly on check in. Had paid 50 EUR last minute for triple room. Room clean but bathroom sewage smell VERY strong - had to keep door tightly shut at all times! Shower curtain unsuitable so water went all over floor. Bedroom had a kitchen sink and cupboard in it ... but no cooking facilities or kettle. Beds zbed type but OK. Hotel pool very small.

Wow what amazing value. We paid less than £100 for 3 nights. Room are lovely and bright with large balcony over pool and surrounding areas. Comfy beds with modern fixture and fittings. Advise to bring your own pillow as spanish pillows arnt the best. We also brought our own travel kettle. Free WiFi is a bonus. Great welcome from daisy. Will return
