We, 2 adults and two children, have stayed 4 nights in a cocoa cabin and it has everything to spend a few days from kitchenware, pans, a large refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee machine and a washing kit (cloth, dishwasher, scouring pad and a dishwashing tablet). which also has a dishwasher. The only thing missing since the cabins are not cleaned during your stay, which I thought for the price it was included, is a cloth for the bathroom. It has a very large porch with a table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. The buffet, which we had full board, was quite good, it is not big but what there is was well prepared and good, the drink includes water and soft drinks if you want a beer (€3.8) it seems abusive to me. We had breakfast at the palapa bar which is next to the Tahiti pool which is open air because it was closer to the cabin and it had everything from toast, hot dishes, pastries... for lunch we went to the there is a restaurant in the square that is refrigerated and we alternated dinners. The cocoa cabin is about 10 minutes walk from the central square but you have a train that passes throughout the day.
If we didn't want to wait for the train, we took the car because there is no problem parking and at night we walked because it wasn't so hot.
The best are the pools, the Tahiti one is huge and the water is salty and the tropical one is also very large with slides. The issue of wasps that I left with all kinds of repellents and with fear because of some comments I had read, yes there are but nothing out of the ordinary is places where there is vegetation and swimming pools, you can be calmly. At reception we reported that a door did not close properly and they did not solve it immediately. The entertainment guys are there all day doing activities from aqua gym, games and dancing in the pool... and at night they do the performances too and the truth is that they do a lot of work, very entertaining.

It's the second year we go here. The campsite is very large and has very good services, although you have to pay for all of them. Could be improved: few staff in the bar/restaurant. The Bali bungalow has a very good location, but they are quite old and very used, they need a good renovation and thorough cleaning. Last year we stayed at Cocooa, and although the location is worse, the bungalows are much better. The animation is very repetitive and is aimed at children under +-7 years old.

Our first visit to Alannia after a recommendation and it blew us away. We have a holiday house 20 minutes away so thought we would try it for a holiday from our holiday. Enjoyed it so much I’ve just rebooked for another night next weekend
The place is stunning . The Tahiti pool is out of this world . Felt like we were in the Maldives . The staff throughout from reception to animation were all very nice and friendly. The place is kept incredible clean. Tried the spa that was fun. We paid for half board the buffet was not really my kind of thing to be honest . A mish mash of random food . The breakfast was nice but I’m just going bed only next time. You could get really nice food from the bar which was much more to my taste and you can buy food from the supermarket so I’ll make my own breakfast. We only stayed one night but feel like I’ve been away a week. So relaxing and incredibly food value. To stay for one night next week two of us is £67 . A day trip to a water park would work out not much less and this way we get two days out of it. Checkin is at 5 but you can turn up and use the facilities before you actually get the keys . An absolute little gem.

The same day we arrived we saw that the screen was broken, it was coming down with the danger that this entailed. At reception they asked us if we authorized a maintenance person to come to the bungalow while we had dinner in the restaurant, to which we answered yes, but no one came to fix it that day or the following days.

The state of the water in the Tahiti pool left a lot to be desired since the morning, very cloudy and with skeins of hair all over it that could be seen even from outside the water, in addition to the fact that yesterday at 7 p.m. they evacuated the pool because there was poop ( Although it is true that this incident is not directly attributable to the campsite, although perhaps it is the number of people they allow in the pool). I understand that so many people make it more difficult for the water to be perfect, but it is quite unpleasant to swim through hair and dirt.

I want to put special emphasis on the issue of camping restaurants and people with celiac disease. We notified from the moment we made the reservation that 2 people with celiac disease would be attending (reservation made in March) and as soon as we checked in we discussed it again and they told us that we could go without problem to any of the 2 restaurants that night and that it would be We told the waiters. We went to dinner at the Plaza restaurant and the first thing they asked us was if we had ordered in advance what we wanted to have for dinner because if not on the fly the dinner would take a long time to come out and it did. From that moment on, at breakfast we left the order for dinner, indicating the restaurant where we had reserved and the time. Even doing so, every day there were incidents, either the order had not been placed or there was no dessert and what they offered my 7-year-old daughter was fruit. The first night the waitress asked the manager if they could give my daughter an ice cream (only for her since I told them not to worry about me) and the answer was that they wouldn't allow it. I have no problem paying for 1 and 10 ice creams, it is not a financial issue, it is a matter of my daughter having her dessert like the rest of the restaurant as normally as possible but that was not the case. For breakfast we had to ask for Nesquik from the kitchen but they only had one bottle in the entire complex so if you had breakfast in the Palapa there was NO Nesquik.
In short, I think they are details that should be taken care of a little, it is easy, if you want, I assure you that it is very easy, sometimes it is just a matter of EMPATHY.
I want to take advantage and give special thanks to Andrea and Arancha who last night at the Plaza restaurant moved heaven and earth to find a dessert since the person who passed the note in the morning “forgot” to write down the dessert. Thank you, involved people like you are the ones we need to find when we leave home.

It is the second year that we went and unfortunately this year we left disappointed, we had very good memories of last year's complex but this year we have found overcrowding of people, lack of maintenance of facilities, very fair quality of food apart from everything detailed above.

The entertainment team is spectacular, without a doubt it is a strength of this campsite.
The plots are very large, smooth and with everything you need, water, electricity, drainage.
The pools are spectacular and very beautiful.
Of course, the spa is quite expensive for the time of use, and there is no price allocation to guests or people from outside.

I will definitely repeat.

Delighted with the stay, the children had a great time. We went the weekend before Halloween, the people dressed up and giving scares on the way generated a very good atmosphere. They have a park outside, a ball park and activities constantly. The entertainers are 10!!
We went with half board and the food in the restaurant was good, lots of variety.
We took the CoCoa home and it was very good too, the children have space outside to play in the little plot without disturbing them or being disturbed. They also have a little train that takes you to the different plot areas, which is appreciated.
To improve, the GPS indicates very poorly how to get there, we got lost following the directions. And then the cleaning... the bathroom upon arrival was not very clean, there was hair in the shower and on the floor, it is the only drawback we found.

We have recently stayed in a Havana Cabin, 4 people. Although the WiFi failed us a lot, everything else in the Cabin perfect kitchenware, change of towels, happen to leave toilet paper, air conditioning, table with chairs on the porch.... logically it is a very large campsite and, yes, there are many people, but you enjoy infinity in the pools, the slides and with all the animations. Special mention to the animation team, charming each and every one of them and a work of art their show Zodiac. Likewise, the reception and restaurant staff have given us exceptional treatment. We had to put an incident for the change of towels, through the application, and within 10 minutes I received a reception call putting solution. In less than 20 minutes the towels were in our bungalow.
Great that there is a bus stop at the campsite that takes you to other villages in the area.
We will return safely, we have already been to Guardamar and we will repeat in Costablanca.

It's great, but the pools close TOO EARLY, at 6, they are not enjoyable. The colored houses are perfect, functional, there is no oven, but there is a microwave and dishwasher. There is air conditioning above the entrance door. And another in the main room, in the other room that has 3 beds there are none, but if you leave the door open it is not necessary because being a small house it gets cold at the moment. The distances from the venue are long, from one pool to another (which are at opposite ends) it will take 15-20 minutes. The pool with the slides is at the entrance and the other one is near the colored houses.

I am currently in Bali Cabin 33 until August 10th.
It's not worth coming with such a high occupancy, at the pool it makes you feel overwhelmed!!! Forget about getting a hammock.
They have given us a cabin next to the sports fields, so we have the noise of balls and sports shouts until 12 at night.
Half of the cabins face this side so it is very annoying, I asked to be put on the other side but they didn't listen to me, let's see if I have better luck here, there is still time until the 10th.
The restoration is not as bad as I had read and not many people take it.
I think they let people in from outside to spend the day, but I'm not sure about this.
I like the facilities but the Bali ones are getting old.
If they put the access to the cabin without dirt it would avoid getting mud on the bungalow.

We are currently staying on a pitch with a caravan, our experience is disappointing, the price of the campsite with the services it provides, their quality is quite bad, low in OUR experience.
Scooters at full speed at night, cars without respecting it and going in the opposite direction until 00:30, water cuts at different times if it is not cold water and hot water it is at least hot water, the bathrooms in general tend to be quite dirty, the water in the Tahiti pool is dirty (this is not my opinion, it is like that) we have cut ourselves on the tile of the pool, broken stairs, problem with paid WiFi solved after two days, they do not let you put ropes even if you They lend a clothesline, nor tarps to shade the sun, .........
The animation is very good, the restaurants are very good.
The expectations were very high but the quality provided and the price in my opinion do not match, I am very sorry and I do not think we will return.
