Stayed here for a nearby family event. Wonderful location with beautiful view on the Rhine and great vines from the own vineyard. A great place to stay even outside the season.
During holiday season the family run restaurant is open, products from the vineyards can be bought in the shop daily.

Great welcome from owner even though I was a day late as I got mixed up with our bookings and spoke superb English. Our apartment St Benedict overlooked the Rhine, absolutely brilliant. The view was well worth the visit, wish we had stayed longer. Well equipped kitchen, microwave, full cooker, coffee maker and a kettle. Railway runs directly behind the building, could hear some slight train noise but not everyone. Spacious and comfortable. A little away from the rest of the village which in late October has no activity, had to go 15 km to Rudeshiem to get a choice of decent restaurants. Internet was good. Negatives, only 1 rug the rest was cold flooring. Could not find a corkscrew, would definitely stay again.

During our wine tour we stay at this place for 7 days, the staff is friendly, the apartment was very clean and beautiful. The wonderful view from the window overlook the Rhine river.
The location was nice, although train track was just behind but we heard no noise it was soundproof (double glazing) and slept perfectly.
The only supermarket is in Lorch, so be prepared with a car or with food before you go.
The kitchen was well equipped, but in our room we had a problem with cutting vegetables, for instance, because there is no space on the desk and the knives were blunt. Highly recommended!

If you are interested in a tranquil place by the Rhein River, three stops away from bustling Rudesheim, come, relax and enjoy!!!
May you know that this hotel has many amenities: refrigerator, oven, stove, etc... The owners are beautiful and the wine is delicious. The only supermarket is in Lorch, so be prepared with a car or with food before you go

This was a great place to stop for the night in our visit of the Rhine Valley. The owner is very sympathic, he offered us to put our motorcycle in his garage because of the wet weather. Rooms are very big, high ceiling, fridge and stove and the bathrooms are all modern.
Only small surprise was the 20.00 Euro extra charge for cleaning, nevertheless I recommend this quiet and scenic stop.
Thank RWPrider
