Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have the hotel for the 2. Sometimes chosen as a milestone on the way to the holiday and were enthusiastic again this time. Beautifully rural and quiet, wonderfully relaxed, nice reception, very large, bright rooms, family atmosphere at the excellent breakfast buffet. And in the restaurant we enjoyed a really good dinner. Wishfully happy. We did not make use of the indoor pool wellness area at all because we made a beautiful hike through the nearby forest with castle park pond. So we have one more reason to come back next year.

I visited this place for a business trip but from having a good look around also ideal place for leisure/pleasure. Due to having a brewery museum, I would say it is more suitable for adults, but there is a lovely sauna and swimming pool which is great for kids. My room was very clean and tidy with just enough furniture to relax. Very polite and formal members of staff. The food is absolutely delicious with a help yourselves salad bar. If you like to try different types of beer, it is a great place to go and only 1hrs 20mins from Munich Airport.
My stay was limited but would use again for business and a long weekend break.

I am not sure if this is a fair review but at the time of writing (just past 2am in the morning) I have just killed the 9th mosquito in my room (102). We are staying here for one night and it was raining when we checked in during late afternoon. The windows were open when we went into the room. We didn't bother but with hindsight we should have as that seemed to have made way for the mosquitoes to come in. The air con didn't seem to adjust and not strong enough so we thought we might as well leave the windows open. As went to sleep around 9ish but by 10ish I realised I had half a dozen of mosquito bites all over my legs and another cluster showing up on my son's arm. We put on mosquito spray (didn't plan to bring but so happened we had a bottle from last trip) but didn't seem to help too much. I have decided to close all the windows, keep the lights on and kill the insects as they launched attack my better half and kids were sleeping. Didn't expect there were so many with quite a few bloody ones. I lived in the tropical region and never had this experience. Perhaps today I was just unlucky to come while it was raining outside.

Positives - room is spacious for the four of us, nice swimming pool and decent food.
Some negatives - the church bell a block away apparently rings at half an hour intervals throughout ...... including this hour of the morning (2.30am!)
- the hairdryer in my room does not work (in fact there was a burning smell and smoke coming out once we turned it on). Checked with reception if I could borrow one but nothing available.
- from my room even without windows shut we could still listen people talking downstairs and cars moving and parking on the sand grovel surface

Again, it has probably been our unlucky day but thought we should not be the first group to experience such issues and there should be ways to cope with them successfully.

The hotel is placed in a small quiet town, but very close to the A7 Highway if yo need a high quality stop over. We had a room at the first floor in the main building, spacius room and bath, The hotel offers access to their wellness and swimming pool. The opening hours for the wellness is quiete "short" only between 16:00 and 18:30, but the indor pool is accessible from 7:00 in the morning. We used the pool area, and the quality of the area is high. the food selection for dinner was wide, and you can expect high local influence on the servings. Breakfast was good and supplyed with local stuff. Wery recommendable.

We were looking for a hotel to spend the night on our way to our holiday destination. This hotel was close to the highway, but not so close that you could hear it. The hotel itself consists of 2 parts - the main building with the hotel and the guesthouse some 200/300 metres down the road. Main building was basic but clean and nice. It has a restaurant and bar + swimmingpool and sauna. Restaurant had basic Bavarian kitchen which was good. Personnel was extremely friendly and all our requests were met.
If you stay in the guesthouse during wintertime I could imagine that you don't feel like walking the 200/300 metres to go swimming, especially when it is dark or early in the morning. We originnaly had a room in the guesthouse, but the previous guests had smoked so much (even though that is expressly prohibited) that we asked for a different room. This was immediately arranged. Not sure I would stay here for a holiday - maybe only if you plan on visiting Legoland which is nearby?

We got there by midnight after unexpected delay at Munich airport.
They waited for us! The nice girl met us at the hotel and accompanied us to the nice apartment.
The apartments are located at a two minutes walk from the main hotel building. Our apartment was very comfy for six people. It was a short lovely walk for breakfast - our girls met some cows and cuffs on the way and loved it.
Breakfast is awesome. The best we had at Germany. The hotel building is lovely.
A ten minutes drive to Legoland.
The sorroundings are surprisingly beautiful - German countryside at its best. We even spotted balloons flying above the region...

I stayed here with a friend and our children while visiting legoland nearby. We had an apartment in the hotel which was modern, spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good (but not outstanding) but it was especially the quality of our accommodation and the beautiful indoor swimming pool that made our stay there memorable. Legoland is 10km away so a short drive and so I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone (families or couples) to stay in this beautiful hotel!

If you are looking for some nice and quietness away from the city life, you are at the right place. All you will find here are good beer, fine German food and the peace you've been longing for. You have the brewery next door which offers tours to hotel guests. Freshly brewed beer is served at the hotel restaurant throughout the day. The brewery museum on the 2nd floor is interesting to visit. It's worth mentioning that the reception also serves as the gift shop where you can buy souvenirs.

Perfect place for a relaxing sleep in the Ulm region. Good room (bed could be better), very clean and very, very quiet. Restaurant with good German food and great beers. Good value for money. I will come back.

We had a family room / 3 persons room and we had no airconditioning. Open windows with special curtains to avoid flies getting in, did the trick for us.
