Ca’ Rocca Relais is set in Monselice, historical town at the feet of the Euganean hills, half-way between Padua and Rovigo. It is surrounded by the natural environment of the Venetian countryside at a strategic crossing of the most important streets. Because of the combination of both a typical countryside-architecture and of the best comforts available, Ca’ Rocca Relais is the best halting-place for a leisure or working journey. It is an ideal departure point even for the hardest-to-please tourist since it is very near to very well-known touristic destinations.
Star ratings are intended to indicate the general level of features, amenities, and services to expect. This property is classified according to Giata.

It was a long time since we returned to Cà Rocca, but it was a real pleasure. The rooms have always been well furnished and with all u comfort, even in the bathroom. The perfect temperature without touching heating or air conditioning. We found and greatly appreciated the change that involved the breakfast and reception area (I think also the outdoor pool). A beautiful breakfast room has been created, bright, quiet and pleasant, ideal for breakfast without the din of the outside world. Wide choice. We found the same friendliness and kindness in the owners. Recommendation and we will come back again.

Quiet and lovely stay, spent with my family. Very large room, clean and well-kept bathroom with large shower. The presence of the swimming pool, also large and spacious, allowed relaxation. Recommended for those who do not want to stay in the city, but want to enjoy a relaxing few kilometers.

I have been staying every week for almost 4 years now every week. A perfect place, both for leisure and for work. Excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory, large and well-kept rooms. Outdoor swimming pool. Owners available and attentive to the customer.

This is our 3rd visit to Monselice, so we decided to try new accommodations. We were delighted to find Ca Rocca Relais conveniently located just off a main road in an ideal, quiet spot! It is a quick drive to Monselice. The grounds are very quiet and well cared for. The room was spacious and clean with lots of natural light. The bathroom was one of the largest we have seen in Italy with a large shower. What a great breakfast with a large selection of choices. We would love to return and enjoy the swimming pool next time!

We managed to reach hotel after at 12:30 am, for which the hotel was informed by email, that we will check-in late. There was no response from them, but we thought that everything should be OK. When we reached the hotel, it was closed. There was no one in the hotel from the staff. We called the owner and he didn't answer. After our 3rd call he answer with the only sentence : "I'm in Padova, good night". We asked if we could take the keys from Padova, but he hanged the phone.
The next day we went to take our money as it was marked in booking as 'no show'. The very same person behaved really rude and arrogantly to us. He told us that he is not reading emails and he does not care what we wrote to him. We asked him if there is no person in the hotel during the night, if a fire happens how should they react to that. He told us that there was a person in the hotel that night (a person that was from the staff). Then the reasonable question came: "Why didn't you let us stay in? And the answer was: "For me, what you are saying is Bla-bla-bla". So there was an email sent to the hotel, warning them that we will check-in after 10:00 pm. We called the owner in order to take the keys from Padova for the room. There was a person that could have checked us in, but they didn't do it, he behaved rude and arrogantly, and at the end we had to pay for our stay with a reason : "No show".
Luckily we managed to find a hotel so late in the evening and it was one of the best choices we've done during our trip, because the rooms we big, spacious, renovated, the bath was clean and big and the price was lower that the one in Ca Rocca Relais.
If you need to stay somewhere around Monselice, please don't do it in that hotel.

Very nice hotel, family run and in a quiet rural area 6 km from nice small town of Monselice. We had a suite, very large rooms, excellent bathroom and nice views of countryside. The only minor issue is you need to have your own car as it is somewhat remote from town and restaurants.
