Cozy place and very close to the Royal Palace. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included in the booking, but since we had to leave early in the morning, the girl kindly prepared a tray for us with various dishes.
The room was large and spacious, very clean and suggestive with the roof and exposed wooden beams.
I recommend it as a place, we will definitely return.
Parking outside the hotel or inside is also convenient since it is a limited traffic area.

Beautiful accommodation 50 meters from the palace, private parking, we had a suite with a maxi bed, a queen size sofa bed, 1 cot. Bathroom with hydromassage tub, 2 large windows and total silence. Good quality breakfast, kindness and helpfulness.
Booked with wonderbox and then paid the difference on site, a restaurant worth stopping in.👍

Business trip, perfect for taking a stroll at the Royal Palace. Clean environment and very kind staff. Breakfast buffet could be improved on fruit juices and savory foods. Parking not very large but in case there is a huge car park a stone's throw away.

Christmas in Venaria - the whole family had gathered, the rooms in the house were all occupied and we only had a couple of days left, we quickly grabbed a hotel close to home. A stone's throw from the Reggia and Via Mensa, the hotel actually has a perfect location for those coming on holiday. As soon as we arrive, we find the hotel very nice, clean reception, friendly staff. Simple but tastefully furnished room. Nice large bathroom. The underfloor heating is fantastic. In 5 min. we leave our luggage, change and go home 1km away to return late at night.
Finally returning to the room, happy to find a nice topper, at the same time we realize that the internal sheets are full of hair - not pleasant or welcome at all - naturally at 2 in the morning we didn't go to call the reception. We are not fussy at all but honestly going to bed with a sheet full of hair that is not ours is absolutely unprofessional. More control on this point is truly imperative.
Out of habit, we entered the room without making any noise with our heels for me or talking while seeing the layout of the rooms along the corridor so as not to disturb the other guests. Something that was not done by the other customers in the morning... From 8' a crowd of children comes running in front of the door, slamming the doors for 2 hours with shouts, laughter, speeches from the adults in the middle of the hallway. Even having left the room a couple of times, signaling with a smile if out of courtesy we could do it a little more slowly, there was no way.
Since there is no soundproofing in the room, you can hear everything from the rooms next door, from the TV, to the bathroom, to sneezing, to everything else...
In the bathroom, it would be appropriate to add glasses - a silly detail but one that makes the difference. In addition to perhaps putting a new and slightly larger shower head considering the shower itself. A few small details and extra precautions to improve everything.
In addition to not having soundproofed the rooms, the rudeness and indifference of the other customers made the stay in the hotel unpleasant, and the sheets that were not "immaculate" were not appreciated
And we are very sorry about this.

I stayed one night in this hotel, following a booking made by a third person who was hosting my sister and brother-in-law for work reasons in the same hotel. To understand how much my room would have cost, I consulted Booking (a portal that I use very often, being a regular traveller) and the price indicated for that type of room (double for single use with breakfast) that day was 79 euros . And 79 euros continued to be the figure indicated for the following days. At check out I was charged the fee of 180 euros.
I tried to ask for explanations about this but neither the receptionist nor the manager were able to give me plausible reasons for such a difference. How is it possible that a portal, which among other things also has a cost for the structure, can offer a room at 120 percent less than paying for it in person in the structure itself? Shameful. I had never been treated so unfairly. Very bad.

I've been trying to book with Wonderbox for a Saturday night for over a year and they keep bouncing me. I do not understand why they participate in the boxes if they then ask for extras of 150 euros per night or bounce customers! They always say that there is no availability and contradict each other among colleagues .. the night before there is room and suddenly after 10 hours enough! It's shameful..

Great hotel, romantic and suitable if you are looking for tranquility and a base point for a cultural holiday that includes Turin and the many Savoy residences in the area.
Beautiful superior room, excellent cleanliness and breakfast with abundant choice, also with homemade cakes, and lactose-free products. Very helpful and kind staff, both in the breakfast room and at the reception, always attentive to our requests, also to help you manage your movements, since we only used public transport to get around Turin. Beautiful location really close to the Royal Palace, well connected to Turin by bus or train, for us who did not want to stay in the chaos of a big city and especially not have the stress of the car. Very pleasant experience. Thanks to the staff.

Good hotel, a bit expensive but overall satisfactory. The location is exceptional, especially if you come to visit the Venaria. In the suite with the jacuzzi the shower curtain was missing and the water pressure was insufficient. The restaurant is very expensive.

In the structure we found the comfort next to the Royal Palace, the serenity of a comfortable, clean and welcoming room, the competence of qualified staff. Slept great in the superior room, parking a short distance away, adequate breakfast. We will be back.

Avoid rooms over the restaurant if you need quiet. Air conditioning is not working well and it is very noisy, but if you are not going to visit the hotel in July or August, there is not any problem.
