Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

An extraordinary discovery in Caramanico! The Dai Viola Pizzeria won us over with its friendly welcome and the exceptional quality of the pizzas, prepared with refined ingredients and cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable, with special mention for the fried cheese and egg balls, prepared according to tradition. We also enjoyed the Abruzzo beer and the welcome gift. Too bad I discovered it only on the last day of vacation, otherwise it would have been a fixed stop. Highly recommended!

SUPER pizzeria! Delicious dough and first choice ingredients. Very kind staff. The pizzeria also has TWO SLICES OF THE RED SHRIMP. A food stop based on pizza and first-choice beer is highly recommended

We booked a week before going to celebrate a birthday, telling us to remember the appointment, a couple of days before we remembered the reservation asking if they had a bit of everything regarding food and they reassured us that we would find plenty of choice. Let's go there narrow table we couldn't move. But apart from pizza they didn't have much, they didn't have sausages, tripe, cod, parmigiana and more... Nothing. In practice they only offer pizza, so why do they say they have so much choice. 😢. We won't be going back.

I stayed from Thursday 11/07 to Monday 15/07 for an excursion with the SAT section of Besenello, the room was always clean, it was also cool because it was equipped with air conditioning.
The staff was always kind, helpful and always polite (they were really behind you well) the owners and the son (the pizza maker) always kind and friendly.
The food is a special thing, the breakfast super hearty and they ask you what you want of hot drink, the restaurant and to try at least once, the pizza is special really really good.

Let me start by saying that I chose this hotel because it was specified in the description that it was soundproof. There could be nothing more false. Let's start with the arrival at the facility where we didn't find anyone at the reception, the bell doesn't work, after waiting almost half an hour I call the facility by phone and only at that point did they reply that they would arrive at the reception for check-in, we're off to a bad start !
Let's move on to the room, here too nothing as described, old and shabby room, the very light wooden door was also crooked so much so that at night the light from the corridor came through illuminating the room, the microscopic bathroom, with the shower so small that it was literally impossible to even turn around while washing.
Let's move on to the most painful point, namely the noise and mess suffered by me and my partner during the night: as per my premise, I had chosen this hotel and the room because in the description it was explicitly said that it was soundproofed, well nothing could be further from the truth, our room was right above the restaurant and kitchens of the hotel and until midnight we heard the noise of dishes, dishwashers, and other machinery that made a lot of noise, as if that wasn't enough outside the hotel on the veranda of the same, there was it was a large group of people making a mess and listening to music at full volume without the facility managers saying anything, a sleepless night.
And let's move on to the final note, this too painful, on the day of check-out we show up at the established time ready to pay and leave, but even at this juncture no one is present at the reception, I ring the bell but no answer, I call the structure by telephone but no response, in the end I start going around the rooms until I meet a cleaning lady and I tell her that we are ready to leave but there is no one at the reception, and she replies that the managers were away and that she didn't know when they would be back! Moral of the story after an hour of waiting a manager deigns to return, and finally after paying the bill (rather salty given the terrible service) we can leave! Nightmare experience, I advise everyone against going to this hotel

I haven't been to the hotel but I have to say that the pizzas and chips are very good. I was in Caramanico Terme for holidays. I went here. I just liked the crusts of the pizzas. I didn't like the crusts that much; although they were really good and I liked them a lot.

The Viola hotel allows you to breathe "home air" because the staff offers such kind hospitality to the point that you don't feel like you're just a customer. Simple furnishings, tidy rooms and guaranteed cleanliness; I stayed there for six days and I was also able to take advantage of the very tasty cuisine and the pizzas that Decio prepares with great care: absolutely recommended!
