The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, the good and plentiful cuisine, the cleanliness evident everywhere, are the strong points of this hotel which I would heartily recommend. The only reason why I don't give full marks is the slightly dated aesthetic of the rooms which, despite not being equipped with air conditioning, felt cool. On the menu there are things written that you will never eat... The owner doesn't know how many starters there are for people, she absolutely doesn't know how to advise customers. After a long wait they brought us the cured meats and made larger platters (in theory a little offered) because the chef was from our province but they didn't tell us anything and anyway we paid them in full. They didn't bring us a portion of pasta...we paid the bill in full at our request even though the owner tried to give us a discount which we didn't accept in the slightest. Good pork knuckle. Bad experience and I don't recommend it.

We stayed for a week on half board, ideal location for those who like trekking, very clean and welcoming room, polite, kind and available staff for any request. Abundant breakfast. At dinner we ate a different menu every evening starting from the appetizer and ending with the dessert, all amazing, compliments to the chef. Highly recommended. We will be back soon

like all my trips here I am with a new review.. We stayed three days at the hotel.. my rating could be excellent but honestly the room is a little dated small TV without air conditioning (I know we are in the mountains but it was hot those days) small bathroom... Despite everything I gave a lot of good reviews for the cleanliness of the room, for the kindness of Maurizio and for all the staff.. I give a score of 10 for the dinners, all excellent and plentiful.. I recommend it if you want to spend a weekend, okay let's do 3/4 days..

Perfect location for Majella National Park! Very clean and comfortable accommodation with plenty of parking, excellent food and wonderful hosts who speak Italian and English. Really helpful with local excursions too (e.g. trekking, horse riding).

Stayed in this hotel for a few days in August Highly Recommendation The structure provides The customers a small spa, included in the price the rooms are a bit dated but I can say that the cleanliness is excellent Alessandra and Maurizio always very helpful. My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Ede during late October of 2011 when we were visiting family. The Hotel was nearly empty because this is not during the typical tourist season in Caramanico Terme. Nonetheless, the service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms and common areas were perfectly spic and span at all times. We loved the hot tub and sauna, and we truly enjoyed our stay!
