It was a nice stay that staff is super friendly and everything fits. Only the rooms on the street side heated up superbly, with the team counteracting super and distributing fans. That would make it much more pleasant. Keep going.

Super friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms and a very extensive breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. There was always enough parking available, and there are small cafes, shops and a park in the immediate vicinity. Everything you need!

Very Nice, Friendly Staff People who care. Breakfast Buffet is outstanding and the Dinners served are also very good. I had a great experience overall but i would not call this a 4 Star Hotel and thats fine. Carpeting in the room needs updating for sure and for the most part what they supply you with in the rooms is at a bare minimum. Other than those things...a good stay.

There were many missing items that should be placed in every hotel room.
Due to the busy session, there was no room service like cleaning.

Very warm welcome, well-equipped rooms with a great feel-good effect. Parking available. Top-notch kitchen. Bike rental invited us on a flat bike tour into the center of Augsburg. Beautiful area, you can enjoy a lot of greenery on a bike tour or in the botanical garden. The city tour is also highly recommended.

I can only recommend the Best Hotel Zeller. Very friendly staff, very friendly service in the restaurant. Extremely good food!!! And a really large selection at the breakfast buffet every morning. I liked all of this very much. The room was very nice and very clean; only one disadvantage - as the room was under the roof (5th floor) it was very, very warm there - in the summer on hot days it was almost "sauna-like". Thank you for the very friendly service.

Lovely staff & a good overall experience. I would definitely use this hotel chain again. This trip was business related, but I would use this hotel if I was next in Germany. The only (minor) complaint would be that the scrambled egg was a little overcooked, but that's a minor issue!

BEST Hotel Zeller is a very good place to be like home during business trip.
