Un fortunatly, there is almost no service available from the staff. The nice receptionist has to do everything; give you the key for the garage, fill the reception papers, prepare the breakfast etc..
The rooms facinf the lelevators are too small; the others are good and clean; if you go, ask avoid front rooms.

Don’t be surprised when you arrive if you feel like you’re staying in a bunker.
A 6 in a room of about 15m square, the bathroom is a closet broom, the shower is ignoble like the rest of the
room, the stairs worse than the ascent of Everest, breakfast comes down to a donut and tea (if they serve you lucky)
The manager makes you want to run off like the poodle barking early in the day.

To top it all, Mr. Cristophe Menant manager of Hotel le Terminus has not been in contact ever since we filed a complaint against the sanitary conditions of the hotel and asked for a return of funds.

The hotel is charming to look at but not so charming inside. The stairwell leading up to the rooms (there is no elevator) is very narrow and very steep and wouldn't be suitable for guests who are not reasonably fit.
Christophe, the proprietor, was helpful in that he allowed us to leave some luggage to pick up when we returned from hiking. However, overall the service was desultory at best. Breakfast was the bare minimum that one would expect and there was a mix-up about the deposit we'd paid, exacerbated by the fact that Christophe had not confirmed he'd received it. The impression we got was that Christophe didn't really want to be doing what he was doing. Nonetheless, if you are heading straight out to hike the GR54 as we were, it's a reasonable option. If you want a longer stay to do some cycling or want a romantic interlude, go somewhere else.

There is a safe private parking (round back), and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is relatively good: bus station is right next door, and town centre is in walking distance.
The Wifi was Good throughout, which I really appreciated. Checkout was smooth and efficient.
Possible warnings: Eating and drinking seems a bit average. The one-choice-set-meal in the evening and the house-red wine were both somewhat below-par for the price (30E for meatloaf, potato and wine for 1 person). The restaurant also closes early, so you are encouraged to eat timely.
The Breakfast (6.50E) is pricey for what is on offer: Coffee, water, bread and jam (no fruit, no meat or cheese?). You could consider finding a local boulangerie for petit-dejeurner.
All in all, the room price was favorable, but my total spending still came close to 100E.
I would stay there again, but maybe eat out.
Although decor is dated its clean and the couple are very friendly who run the place.
Recommendations given to for things to do locally. Thank you.

Dinner in the restaurant was great, really good food in a well appointed but not fussy dining room. It’s a quiet location, especially as my room was away from the road, I slept without disturbance with the window open. Breakfast is served in the bar rather than the restaurant, none the worse for that. It’s a good selection of cold meat, cheese, breads & croissants. Extremely reasonably priced, €90 for dinner B&B, a goodly chunk of which was beer!
It’s a bit of a walk from the centre of town, but five minutes will see you there on foot & the rates reflect that. I’d heartily recommend this hotel, obviously it’s not the Ritz, but you’re not paying Ritz prices. It was perfect for my needs & I’d willingly return either alone or with my wife.
