We stayed here for several days during an unexpected visit to Athens. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and genuine and couldn’t have made our stay any better. The rooms are very clean (especially important these days!), comfortable and nicely decorated. The location of the hotel is in a great neighbourhood that is buzzing with everything you could possibly need a short walk away. And finally, an important consideration, the stay was very well priced and great value. When we come back to Athens, we will definitely stay here again - perhaps the best recommendation we can offer. We are delivering to Athens on this trip and our customer found and booked this hotel. Well what a gem. The 2 girls in reception went the extra mile to make us welcome , sorted out a different room , gave good advice about local rules and regulations ref COVID and their directions to the shop were superb. On return afternoon tea followed by dinner with service worthy of a 5* hotel anywhere in the world. The restaurant staff were just as helpful and nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the beautiful Y Hotel for 3 nights during the great Athens snowstorm. Chrysa arranged a taxi with snow chains to pick us up and we were warmly welcomed. Our room was spacious and comfortable on a quiet side street. The staff were friendly and professional. Their attention to detail was excellent, down to remembering what I would want for breakfast. Thank you Y Hotel for making a tough weather situation a wonderful experience!

An excellent time spending in a comfortable room with a good restaurant & bar. The staff is very kind and all ambients are cosy. I was there during the great snow of February 2021 and was amazing the view of the building.
