Stayed for two nights for a friends wedding. Lovely luxurious room and helpful and attentive staff. We were offered a gin tasting session on the Friday night which was excellent - very professionally but informally delivered and great value. Special mention to the young man who d

Booked our wedding here August 2017 and since then had great help planning from Janette and the events team at Gleddoch. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are lovely. The spa is brilliant and we have enjoyed it each time I have been, especially the outdoor hot tub!

most disappointed, almostr everyone in the restaurant was sitting in dressing gowns, bit off putting when you are trying to enjoy lunch and having to see these bodies.
The menu was not very exciting, will not be back although the staff were very nice

I was overcharged on my initial visit when checked in. Thankfully I had the email confirmation with lower price. When I called to query and request a refund I was advised a call back by close of business. One week later without hearing anything back I called again to be told some

I am a bit confused about the hotel layout from the different TA reviews. I am disabled with severe mobility restrictions and was horrified to read about 'multiple stairs' to the restaurant, stairs to access the main building and rooms in different buildings you have to go outside to get to. I'm thinking about booking the Christmas package but a bit worried I'd end up being stranded in a distant room unable to make it to the restaurant for dinner! Can anyone please advise if this is a disabled-friendly hotel and offer any tips for a suitable room?
hi hun the restaurant is based at the top of the hotel so once you have checked in make sure you request a room at the top near the resaurant this would be room 1 and 3 which are disabled rooms also from here this wheel chair friendly from these rooms to vista and 19th bar with easy access flat corriders .. also if looking to use spa facilities its just to the left of restaurant with no stairs but will have to go outside to be wheeled down to spa entrance .... hope this helps sharon
