#1 - rooms with keycode lock outside only, unable to lock from the inside: one of our kids just walked out, while we (parents) were sleeping.
#2 - door located next to the kid's beds, the double bed is in the second (part of the) room.
#3 - not one bed was covered with sheets, despite a written promise on the website. no fun to do that upon late arrival.
#4 - no cold tap water, only hot. necessary to buy expensive bottles (1.8 euros for 50 cl) from the vending machine.
#5 - when leaving, we found our car seriously damaged. another car had crashed into it while leaving. the only camera outside points to the entry. bad luck.

Small rooms, WC afful... It isn´t terrible only because of the price! Lot´s of noise during the night and lots of groups comming to the hotel that i´m not sure if they have reservation there. Park not closed during the night giving a sensation of insecure to people tht travel with cars full of materials. The net has a big holl in the darkest place of the park.

I’ve been an ad-hoc guest in F1 Hotel across France for many years and I know what I’m going to get for my money… and importantly what I’m NOT going to get!
Let’s be frank - they’re very low cost and often sited in secondary areas near to motorway routes. You maybe find a restaurant or two nearby but typically that’ll be about it.
So to the Bordeaux Sud site. Friendly staff, a perfectly adequate breakfast and reasonably clean. I paid a bit extra for an en-suite shower and WC - this is a fairly recent offering from F1 and I personally welcome it.
The room even came with a couple of towels!

The staff here were absolutely delightful! From the moment my partner and I arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome. The Tandem room was comfy and the communal bathrooms and toilets were very clean. The breakfast was also good value.
Overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place 👍

NO NO NO leave it alone, very bad smell , very cramped in combi family room,noisy and reception staff not welcoming at all. I could go on a lot more but its not worth my time. THIS IS MORE OF A HOSTEL THAN A HOTEL.

The let down was the old stained carpets in the rooms, you had to keep your shoes on. Easy to find, Lidls supermarket across the road, easy check in/out. If you are travelling on a tight budget then a one night stopover near the motorway is okay, personally the other stopovers we did were in Premiere Classe. Same chain of hotels but toilet shower and towels in your room so worth the extra.

I know you get what you pay for, but this isn't really a hotel. Its more like a stop over for lorry drivers, the showers & toilets are little separate pods, but by the morning the toilets stank and were covered in excrement. I wore my flip flops in the shower- bear feet?? yuk- no way!!! This is no place for children or women. It also smells very strong of tobacco & we did see residents smoking out of their room windows. Its in the middle of an industrial estate & next to a busy road. There isn't anything positive I can say about this place or its location- stay well away unless you would like to experience a prison cell!!!

Basic room for 3 people. Clean and functional. Toilets and showers were shared and clean when we arrived but not so good the next morning. Husband had breakfast which he said was 'generous'. Car park and wi-fi.

We have used Hotels F1 before and you get what you pay for... We only needed a place to sleep before proceeding in our long journey down south.
What got me in this one was how hostile the night manager was on our arrival. We arrived at 23.45 to find that not only the 2nd bed wasn't made (which seems to be usual) but we had to literally beg for the missing bedding too.
The morning receptionist was much nicer.
Please Hotels F1, no more smoking in your hotels!!!!! It's the law!!!
