Detailed Reviews
Accommodation apx. 10 min from Plitvicka lakes, also good point for other tourist interests - National park Una (Bosna a Hercegovina), river Korana, Drežnik Grad, town Slunj...
Free parking, nice room, breakfast was ok. Very dark night and every night was storm - but it was magic :-)
Very very friendly and polite host, she told us everything about Plivicka and other places for visit, she gave us map and pointed places on map.
I really recommand this accommodation!

+1
We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with very useful advise for spending our time. The apartment was clean, well furnished, had three bedrooms, a living room and two toilets. There is free parking. They also run a small restaurant with limited choices on the menu but very good prices. The place is less than 10 minutes drive away from the magnificent "Plitvička jezera" national park.
The only disadvantage is that WiFi is very unreliable in the apartment. They really need to add a few wireless access points around the property.

Certainly one of our greatest stays while in Croatia. Our host responded to our inquiries without delay. She spoke to the bus driver on our behalf as we failed to lookup the exact location back in Split. She picked us up at the bus stop knowing we may not actually stay with her as her WiFi was down and could not be scheduled for repair for at least a week - she disclosed this promptly and even offered to drive us around in search of alternate accommodation should it be a problem for us! We were very appreciative of her willingness to pick us up and drop us off to the bus stop on request, and free of charge. Her cook was absolutely amazing as was the server - to our surprise and fortune, we had some of the finest food we had eaten all trip! Fish was cooked to perfection as was the Goulash. We also had pizza, also cooked to perfection using wood in a stone oven which needed to be pre-heated for several hours - just for us! Our room was large and the bed was incredibly comfortable! There was a flatscreen to watch some footy, and the balcony was a nice touch. Certainly the best sleep I had while away in Croatia!

10 minute drive from Entrance 1 of the Plitvice Lakes. Free parking. Very friendly host, who gives information about the area. With our company of 4 people we booked two rooms. It turned out to be overbooked so we got a 3 bedroom apartment. We were here only 1 night which was fine, and it was quite cheap. Do some small improvements and it would be much better!
- At first sight, it's clean, untill you take a second look. We found a used piece of soap in the bathroom and a used cup (with drink in it) in the kitchen sink.
- no shower curtain, water floods into the bathroom
- only 1 towel pp (no small towel for hands), towels were clean but worn.
- an old poster on a door fixed with painters tape, missing handles on closet, light on balcony that is not working. Details count!
Breakfast was fine, with croissants, bread, meat, cheese, yoghurt, coffee, milk etc.

The location was perfect for the Plitvice Lakes. The welcome was warm and advice given very useful. The room was large and modern with a balcony. Breakfast was adequate in a separate building. Lots of things for kids/teenagers to do.

The guest house is made up of many small houses and there is plenty of room for kids to play and roam about, and even a homemade playground. Our room was newly refurbished and very big, there was literally nothing to complain about. Breakfast was heavy on pastries and bread and probably weaker on the "fresh" and "coffee" sides, but good nonetheless.

Great location, only 10 km from lakes. Host was friendly and professional. Territory had nice kids playground, and even old ping-pong and billiard. We had booked the room for four. But in fact the apartment had 3 sleeping rooms and one living room. So could stay up to 8.
Just one advice for owners - to get a bit more kitchen stuff
Highly recommend this place

We stayed in a little house that had two rooms (one with kitchen) and spacious bathroom with shower. When we came heating was on, so house was nice warm and dry (outdide was raining). Apartment was clean and very nice, with television (a lot of austrian, italian and croatian programs). Overall very good. You could get a breakfast in morning from owners in their restorant. We will come back.

We reserved a room but we received an upgrade to an appartment. This appartment had à living room, including an equiped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, the sleeping room was spacy enough and with a good bed. Very friendly owners. Parking before the door. Everything was very clean. In front of the appartment was possibilty to sit outside on the terras. Well situated when visiting the Plitvitce Lakes. Although indication to the geusthouse is there, is is not easy to find.

The apartment we were staying at is actually a small house. It consists of two big rooms, a bathroom and a corridor. It is quite spacious.
The bedroom had a king size bed, night stands, wardrobe and TV with DVD/SAT/DVB-T. The bathroom has a bathtub, not a shower, but it was not a problem. Hot water is running normally. The kitchen is well equipped (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, basic kitchenware... some pots, plates, glasses). The whole house was well heated, you can regulate it yourself.
It is has everything you need. I can not object to anything.
The family was very polite and welcoming. They can advise you if you have questions.
There are also other apartments (bigger and smaller). I would definitely recommend this place to couples and families. It was worth the price.
