Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Together with friends we are thinking of spending a night in this structure (4 stars), nice rooms, but we were a little disappointed, one piece of advice is that the kitchen needs to be revised, my daughter orders a plate of spaghetti with clams straight away and tells me that she is eating sand I tasted the spaghetti a bit incredulously, and I must say that they were truly horrendous, that is, full of sand. I pointed this out to one of the waiters, who apologized and told me that he would have it done again. I said to leave it alone, but later about 10 minutes he comes back with the pasta dish, ....oh... worse than the first one still sand and this time plenty of salt added at least 2-3 times i.e. inedible, I recommend being more careful in the kitchen, the potential of the structure c 'but an extra eye doesn't hurt. Good pizza, all the friendly staff, fun evening with karaoke, laughter and lots of fun with Saro and Virginia. Too bad for that inconvenience, I hope next time it won't happen again. Too bad the spa was closed for renovation. We hope for a speedy opening with the promise that we can return.

Very nice hotel, in my opinion there is something to improve both in the rooms, and in the kitchen. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, opting for Half Pension, unfortunately we were not very happy with the food and breakfast does not offer a wide choice, shame because really the hotel is very nice and large. It also has a swimming pool, quite large and very clean, also suitable for children.

Stayed overnight......and as has been said in other reviews, this is a tired resort hotel that needs some serious money injected into it. But this will not happen because not enough people use it. So the owner just makes do with the broken curtain tracks, broken shower screens, knackerd shower heads and mixers, dodgy toilet water cistern and so on.
What got me was the young fair haired male teenager who runs the bar spent more time sitting outside smoking and using his smart phone when he should have been really attentive to the clients waiting in the bar. If I was the manager I would have kicked his backside from here to there.
However the front desk staff were absolutely super and I 'would' stay here again solely because it is not expensive and suffices for that "stop over" need.
Nearly all the other reviews are 'spot on' and give a very clear picture of what to expect so no surprises.

Ruined New Year's Eve
We arrived on day 31 to celebrate New Year's Eve by also booking four rooms for overnight stay. As soon as we arrived, we checked in, apparently the rooms are clean only flaw the air conditioners that do not work completely in any room. After reporting faults in the air conditioners at the reception, many many times , we were only provided with a stove so the other three rooms remained in the cold.
Even the dinner we were served was not the best. The appetizer was all in all good. The first one was acceptable except for the Gluten free one (served when the others were already in front of the second one), they served me a different pasta dish from the one written on the menu and the pasta was overcooked, so much so that it chopped up.
On the menu as a second course it said sea bass, but was served a fish that was not sea bass. (obviously Gluten free always arrived after a long time).
The chicken burger of the sandwich (baby menu ) was raw, as was the meat main which was obviously raw and after asking the waiter he replied “this type of meat is eaten like this”. Arrived at the time of the lentils we ask for clean dishes and we are told that the lentils are served in the same dish as the second course (which is unreasonable since it was dirty with fish). Also in a plate we found a dish.
The staff were not prepared, rude waiters, a waiter soiled the coat of one of us and they did not even give us the stain remover (also asked the manager who did not even bother to apologize).
Over New Year's Eve lunch, we thought we'd get away with it, but we didn't.
Usual history of gluten-free pasta inedible, dirty cutlery, tasteless dishes. In a meatball inside we found a toothpick. They didn't serve the gluten-free dessert because according to a waiter they didn't deliver it and in return they gave us a fruit plate.

Educational trip only to forget...
On April 22nd they book an overnight stay here for a school group, upon arrival (terror sets in) dirty rooms, cockroaches inside the rooms, showers that don't work, doors that open with a little force, etc. you can't see them here. things in 2024 children from 11/13 to suffer all this seems absurd to me, let's not talk about the food, miserable portions and without flavour, where are the children at 9.30pm at night forced to order a pizza, the best thing as a parent after having reported rightly the problem is called back to find out if it had been resolved, they answer the call but they don't realize they've left me on hold and at that moment a gentleman arrives and they start talking all sorts of things I don't want to list but I'll just let you think... after all the reports we decide the next day to change the hotel, the photos speak for themselves, a 60s hotel and then they have 4 stars 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

The table was in a very uncomfortable position, under the cash register and in front of a service door that was constantly opened from which an icy cold came out and we had to constantly get up to close it. We were also starving, there was very little food and we didn't have an encore. The unprofessional and rude staff and especially the rude owner.

Great vacation destination in the countryside. Variety of room styles in a resort setting with a huge pool, tennis court and playground. Seemed to be the place to rent for weddings, parties and reunions--there were events every evening. The staff was very helpful.

We thought we would take a day out of sight seeing and chill by the pool.
It cost us €30 each, which included food.
Sadly it began to rain with lightning and thunder. We moved to the restaurant, food disgusting it was a 4 course set meal.
Starter bresaola and shaved parmigiano.
Next course pasta, aubergine( much imagination needed and a pair of binoculars) pine nuts and indescribable source.
3 course veal very dry and looked as though a lorry had driven over it.
Source tasted like something from a packet and puree potatoes.
Desert. A coconut flan with artificial cream.all above worthy of a motorway restaurant in the UK back in the 70s.
Needless to say it was a RIP off.
