Very, very clean and nicely spacious. All the amenities were provided very generously. Wendy and Tim are great hosts. The private garden is a lovely place to relax with a very pretty view and lots of birds.

Friendly hosts. House in an elevated, very quiet position with wonderful views. Comfortable B&B room with en-suite shower. They also have a self contained unit which would be good for a family. Pretty garden and veranda.

Pelorus Heights is the perfect location for a family getaway, the unit has everything you need, including space for kids to run wild, animals to visit, and a view to enjoy wine, cheese and a sunset. Pelorus Heights is in the perfect location for using as a base for day trips exploring the surrounding area.

Nice room and en suite bath, albeit smallish, in a house. The hosts Wendy & Tim, made us welcome and served a great breakfast the next morning. It's up a very steep driveway from the road, which keeps it away from traffic and thus it's still quite quiet.

The title is a quote from Tim who, along with his wife Wendy were our splendid hosts. It is not an overstatement. The house is ideally situated up a short track from the main road and is consequently peaceful and has superb views. We stayed in the single en-suite room which was large and tastefully furnished. Ample coffee and tea facilities were provided. Breakfast is highly recommended as are the chats with Mike and Wendy afterwards whilst enjoying coffees and/ or teas. They are a mine of information and pointed us in the direction of sites/ events that we would have otherwise have missed. I repeat, they were truly splendid hosts.

My wife and I arrived at the Pelorus heights B&B last Friday, 10/11/17, For a 2 night stay, and What a great place to stay, The hosts Wendy and Tim are just so unbelievably nice, the rooms are just spotlessly clean and tidy, The views from the heights are amazing, We were so wrapped in the place that we did something that I don't think we had ever done before? (We never turned on the TV) And at night it was so peaceful, Then in the morning ,the breakfast was just perfect, We were so unhappy to leave after our second night, we were just planning on coming again.

We had a charming, clean and comfortable room following a lovely friendly welcome from our hosts. The location of the house is outstanding with great views over the surrounding countryside. The owners have a large number of domestic pets and seem happy to welcome more.

We stayed in the self catering unit for 4 nights. The unit is simply furnished but has everything you need . Tim and Wendy were excellent hosts and could not have done more to make our stay comfortable. Really good value for money and if the wether is kind great views from the garden.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay here. Everything was clean & comfortable & breakfast delicious. We appreciated having a washing machine too as we are touring NZ for 6 weeks. The dogs, cats & sheep are nice to spend time with if you can drag your eyes away from the tremendous views. Altogether one of our best stays so big thanks to Wendy & Tim.

Great accommodation providing everything we expected, very comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by Tim and Wendy who provided a lovely evening meal one night. Beautiful location. We enjoyed our time here so much that we stayed an extra night. Pelorus Mailboat trip was a highlight. Heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting this area.
