We did love this place. i went with my wife and daughter. We had plenty of room and the staff was great. But it was more like a rental than a proper hotel. Room services was the local restaurants, no amenities at full services hotels. But we all felt like it was our home. I would go back a million times.
Due to the restrictions on current travel, I will sadly not be able to visit the Villa Renaissance as planned. However, my review can substantiate the superior customer service and interactions I have had with the owner, Margarita. I was impressed with her active and prompt responses to emails. She even took the time to make a phone call to fill in specific details, although living temporarily overseas while helping an ill family member. When I reached out with concerns about travel during April, she worked with me even though she has much less flexibility than a large booking office. For those who might feel unsure about reserving with individual properties, I believe that Villa Renaissance's owner is precisely the type of small business owner who will build your confidence to branch out from the big guys.…
Exactly how it's listed. Villa owner was very helpful and had a tonn of recommendations. Also, was prompt in responding for any concerns or questions we had before or during the stay. Will definitely come back.
My wife and I stayed in unit #401 (Villa Bellissimo) along with another couple for 5 nights. It lived up to it's name in every way...beautiful to perfection. This penthouse is appointed with top of the line furnishings, amenities and decor. The outdoor spaces and views are unparalleled. Noel (owner) was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and the staff at Villa Renaissance were all very kind and helpful. To top it all off you are right on the best beach on the planet and within walking distance to countless fantastic restaurants. We cannot wait to return. Big thanks to Noel and the VR staff!
We just returned from Unit 101 (rented through VRBO), highly recommend. Great location, easy to walk out to restaurants at night, beautiful stretch of beach. Very nice pool, loungers always available pool or beach side. 2 bedroom plenty of room for us and 2 teenagers. The teenagers liked being able to head out to breakfast on their own every a.m. (Shay's Cafe 3 minute walk, excellent casual breakfast spot) or out for ice cream or souvenir shopping. Hope to return.
