Good points : Good sized room, good quality curtains
Bad points: Bad car park (damaged our car), not safe area, old dirty room, shower not working (reception staff shrugged and said there was nothing they could do), slowest ever WiFi, questionable breakfast.
We stayed 8 nights at Eurocap because it is the only hotel near UZ Brussel hospital. Cheap, internet working well in the room, and 15 min away from the center by bus and metro. The breakfast is good with delicious homemade croissants and pains aux chocolats...
In other words, it is a good budget hotel.
Because the low price, and maybe appareance, we didn´t expect too mucho about this hotel, but we booked becsue we only wanted stay overnight. We got an offer through booking website of 50€ night, room was bigger than we expected, bathroom also big and clean, and there was an small kitchen. Breakfast was included in that rate, for 2 pax. Small buffet buit we appreciate at least have a coffee early in the morning. Parking in teh hotel free, but was full when we arrived. So we can reccomen this hotel as a cheap and good option.
Got a room under the roof, very small even though acceptably fitted and clean. Wi-Fi offered for free, not accessible (too many connections). Garage offered for free, few spaces (just 8 spaces already taken; extremely narrow, require high maneuvering skills. All free parking spaces in the streets near the hotel taken by local residents). Breakfast very basic. Staff unfriendly, not cooperative. All in all, not a good value-for-money hotel.
This hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood. You can easily get to the city center by walking to the nearest bus station that is 5 minutes away. The room was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was useful for us. We cooked Ramen every day! However the kitchen was barely stocked with dishes and silverware. The internet was the worst. It worked in the room but it would constantly cut in and out and then you would have to sign in all over again. It was such a pain. The breakfast was nice. Basically bread and cereal, but we aren't picky.
