The hotel's location is excellent, right on the lakeside with views over the water and a short walk into the main town centre.

All staff were great, friendly and easy to deal with.

The room and facilities were good, though ours (in the main building) got really hot - we had no air conditioning so had to sleep with the patio doors wide open at night.

Nice location, just next to lake bank. My room was in the modern part of the hotel. Here you'll find very comfortable bed, flat TV, air-conditioning, a desk, a chair, a kettle and a fridge.  The room is enough spacious and enough silent. If a couple plan to stay for a longer time the wardrobe can be too small.
The restaurant is close to the hotel (10 m). They offer very good dinners, drinks and quite OK wines. Unfortunately the starter and the main course which I chose was out... so I chose another. If the weather is good you can have a meal just at the lake. Nice.

We visited the hotel for our friends wedding and what a beautiful location. Hotel was really lovely and everyone was so looked after. Very comfortable room overlooking the lake. The food we had was very well presented and delicious and not expensive. Would be a really nice place to stay for a weekend.

My friend booked this for us in January 16 for our stay this weekend 5-7 August. On arrival I could see that it was in a beautiful location. On a simple check in we were in room 008 with its own balcony overlooking the lake. The restaurant was second to none, their chicken livers in onions and cherry liqueur were the best I have ever tasted. On the last day we had sweet perogis filled with blueberries which was divine. As we were there for the jazz fest weekend we were lucky to see a very good group at the hotel in the restaurant who were top quality musicians. I am definitely going back next year for the festival and would have no hesitation to re book this hotel. All in all, fabulous rooms, service, restaurant and atmosphere. A really fantastic experience.

What a great location - and you can sleep like a baby next to the lake!

My wife and I arrived at 8pm and in the adjacent building was a wedding party going on and we could not find any place to park our car and we stopped just at the main entrance. When checking in at reception we were informed that the Spa was opene until 24 hrs and when I asked whether there are bathrobes in the room the young receptionist answered: "Not yet, but we will deliver them to your room and slippers you will need, too, I suppose",
The car we could leave where we parked it and soon after entering our room, another young lady came with bathrobes and slippers wishing us a pleasant stay.
The room we had was big and so was the bathroom and when we opened the terrace door we had a huge terrace (which actually belongs the the adjacent Lounge & Bar) and had a lovely view to the lake and the rising moon.
After being to the Spa we sat on the terrace and enjoyed our drinks. All alone my wife and me!
The espresso we ordered, unfortunately, seemed to be a normal coffee and needs to be looked after. Still, sitting on the terrace, alone together, was simply wonderful!
Breakfast was fine and offered actually everything you need and we sat in the sun outside and enjoyed it. Service at breakfast can be improved.
After breakfast we took a bicycle tour through the Old Town and along the river through the beautiful nature and by that we were sure of returning.
What a nice place.
And in case you would like to have the big terrace as we did, ask for the "James Bond room (joke), which is 007.
