We’re on our way home from the B&B and the children are really sad to leave. We had an absolute ball and I can’t thank Annette enough for making us feel so welcome. The location is absolutely perfect, the room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious but for me, what won me over, was how caring and attentive Annette was. Nothing ever seemed of any bother to her. I really appreciate how patient she was with my children. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

I loved everything, very friendly owner, the room was very spacious, comfortable and clean with a beautiful view! In the middle of the nature and still close to the city, great location to travel around. It was perfect, definitely recommend it! I travelled with a little dog and she had a great time!

Our family of four stayed here for a night as a last minute thing that we booked the day before. We were exceptionally pleased with everything here, it was comfortable, warm, homely, welcoming and spotless. We slept great and the breakfast was exceptional too.

We stayed in a family room which had two separate single beds and a king-size bed.

The kids loved it too, they both got to play with the dogs in the garden and see the horses that were in the stables.

The mother and daughter running the B and B are lovely, friendly people. Nothing was too much hassle.

We stopped over for a night on our way to Skye. A warm reception, a very clean and modern room and a delicious breakfast.
Great value and well worth a visit. Just worth noting that is located outside of Edinburgh and therefore if you are looking for a car free stay in Edinburgh this might not the place for you.
