A hotel full of mold and very dirty. In the bathroom, the toilet was very dirty. After the manager blamed the problems we found in the room said that they are conditions and if we do not like to go. At 2 am we left the hotel because he could not stand it. When we interested in the accommodation, we were shown a room and when we were staying gave another room. It's awful. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone "4 *".
- swimming pool
- close to the sea
- no English speakers: you need to know hand signals to tell something to the staff. If your light goes off in your room... forget about it, nobody can understand you. I recommend a Turkish or Russian dictionary.
- rooms: small, old A/C, old furniture, TV, chairs, very small Bathroom
- staff: they are not friendly
- animation team dedicated only for Russians and Turks
- mini bar in the room is empty
- food was quite good, they can do better
- when you'll enter in to the room you'll have a big "shock". Keep this in mind.
- I will never go to this hotel.
new owners. spacious clean room.good pool/shingle beach area.food as good as most abroad & plentiful. good local bus service £2 per trip.shops chemist bars restraunts & market on doorstep of hotel & was safe & hassle free. staff friendly & polite although some only speak basic english. new owner on site everyday & was eager to get our views. Only down side was mainly russian occupency some friendly & tried to mix others were typical russians. as more brits visit i feel this hotels star rating will improve rapidly
We were summer 2009: dirty rooms, in stead of changing bedclothes, they put anti insect drug in the rooms; I throw away drugs every day, once found that under my son’s pillow!!! Airecondion is in room and anywhere else, you need to switch on 3 times during night! Food is the same every day, without spices. There is tourist just from "Soviet Union”, Russian and Turkish language is used, no any other tourists. Animation team has a program just for Russian drunken people. Little pool. Bildebi has a nice nature, but everything is planed so tourist go just to shopping centre, and not nature walking
This is the worst place I have ever been,
We arrived at 5:50am the room they put us in was dirty it had brown stains & paint on the carpet, bath room was flooded, toilet didn’t flush if u put the air con on it nock the electric off we saw at least 20 rooms all the same before we were given a room that was ok ish this was at 2pm by which time we were so tired.
Then the hotel tired to tell us we had only booked 1 room not 2.
The balcony was that small u couldn’t sit out on it but then all you could really see was either the hotel at the side or the room opposite.
The smoke alarms in the rooms didn’t work. The floors in the corridors were uneven so you kept stubbing your toes on it. There were not lights in the stairways & some of the corridors at night so you couldn't see where you were going.
If you weren't Russian they didn’t want to know you, hardly any staff spoke English. If you complained about anything they were rude to you. The rep was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard.
The food was awful & to make it worse it was always cold.
9 times out of 10 the receptionist couldn’t speak English.
They charge for the safe but it states in their brochures in the rooms that the safe is free. The disco is well hidden we couldnt find it but not even the animation team would go to it (but they were happy to take any of the Russians to the local discos).
All the entertainment was in Russian they didn’t even try to get the English involved when they walk round the get people up if they knew you were English they would turn around & go the way the came & when the head animation guy did finally come to us (the day before we left) to find out why we didn’t get involved we told him it was because we didn’t understand what they were saying he told us he had done it in English because he has a sore throat!!!!
If we had taken a pack of cards we would have had nothing to do in the evenings.
Everything stopped dead at about 10:50pm at which point the music went off (which was a relief as it was the same few songs played over & over again all day & night) & most of the light went out well nearly all of them. If it wasn’t for the neighboring hotels music you would have been left with nothing.
Outside the hotel there where a few shops that was about it other than some more hotels. Although the shop opposite the hotel were very helpful & nice people.
The beach was pebbles which it said nothing about a pebbled beach. They did have a wouldn’t deck going over the sea which had steps & a ladder going into the sea, but you could only fit maybe 15-20 sun loungers on at a push.
The only good thing about the holiday was the weather & the sea & that you can get the bus outside the hotel to Kemer which runs every 15 mins for 4 lira each way which is about £2 & you can get some nice HOT food there. The buses also go in to Antalya for about the same price.
Its the 1st time I have been away & couldn't wait to get home at week ther is far to long.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
