The room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast good.
The rooftop is perfect to chill and enjoy the view of the city.
Also, for a few euros, is possible to do the laundry.
Perfect location, a few minutes on foot from the city centre.
Highly recommended.

Is was a very very bad time in this hostel. It was dirty and the reception is soo lazy. The staff come in our room middle of the night, it was so creepy. The staff has no idea about the City we must find enything alone because they want watch movies in the rooftop (the rooftop is nice) it is sad that the Staff dont care about they guest. The price and the spot was good but i think it is more possible.

We stayed here for a few nights when exploring the west bank. The location of the hostel is good as it is a short walking distance to the city center. The room we stayed in was clean and simply decorated. The breakfast was s bit disappointing as it constituted only a few pieces of stale bread and jam, which had to be applied with a fork. Overall however for exploring the West Bank, this hostel serves as a good base

you forgot to mention the fresh palestinian olive oil with zattar(mix herbs) and tea with (meramieh) mint a tradetional palastinian breakfast and coffee all for free included in the 50nis :) it is the basic breakfast palestinians have in early morning, we like to advice visitors to try the market offering for great cheap variety local food that is only served in the morning and this way we help the community as well enrich the experience for traveling to palestine. :)

Me and my friend stayed here for a week in June. Our room was spacious and right beside the reception. The hostel is located just off Arafat Sq in central Ramallah. The staff were very friendly and thee was something to do every day put on by the staff. Have a beer on rooftop area in section C is a must do for all guests. You can get some great views of Ramallah from up there. We also went on the political tour with Bubu. He brought us in a van to Bilin village to get a feel of how the local palestinians protest against Israeli settlement and apartheid practices. It was affordable and informative. Would definitely recommend it. The hostel itself has plenty of free information on the history and geography of the country of Palestine. So a guide can learn so much about the region using the hostel as a base. Overall we were two happy Irish guests and we will certainly return and tell our friends about this hostel. one of the cleanest and most comfortable stay we had since long travel......
Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hostel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. If nothing else had gone right with hostel they ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about hostel in ramallah was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in bar where we had local palestinian dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
recommendation: take hostel tours it is informative and cheap compared to other tours in the country.
