Having seen the online pictures I was hoping this hotel did not disappoint...it certainly didn’t.
The reception staff are helpful and informative, the rooms (like the whole complex) are well equipped and spotlessly clean. Each room has views of the lake and gardens...the San Sivino is just perfect!

We stayed for 6 days with our 4 kids (19-13 yrs old) in a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. The apartment was perfect- had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms. Good beds. Our youngest 2 kids slept on the sofa bed in the lounge.

The place feels like a resort- the facilities are all here and are brilliant. Great pools with a slide, many jacuzzis, table tennis, volleyball court, beach, kayaks, Paddle boards. Great restaurant and bar / cafe on site.

Staff very helpful and friendly.

Lovely family atmosphere.
Pools Open 8am to 9:30pm!

We would definitely come back.

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of 12 day trip across the lakes. Very quiet location. You need a car, nothing in walking distance. Beautiful gardens with 5 pools, jacuzzi, some of the pools were heated. Great kids play area and pool. Bbq area, private access to lake. Loads of sun beds and shaded areas. Room serviced every day. Great value for money. Views across lake Garda are amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Allocated parking space for each apartment.

Supposed to be camping but an accident changed our plans. Booked last minute off the website and not disappointed. A superb setting with lake views and great facilities.Room was well equipped, only complaint was WiFi which was very erratic and kept dropping out! Superb resteraunt, The Elephant, newly opened and excellent food. Also the shuttle bus service was superb. Free trips to the ports of Manerba, Moniga, Salo and Densenzano. They'll take you further afield for a bit extra but this is a great facility and means you can leave the car alone for all the time you are there. Superb pool complex and staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

First thing is the grounds. Manicured with flowering shrubs and palm trees. Excellent good quality tennis court . We visited in August 2018 and found it to be available more often than not. There are also table tennis tables and a nice 18 hole crazy golf down near the lake for the younger element or young at heart, all free of charge. There is a selection of pools and hot tubs / jacuzzis some of which are open until 21:30. A life guard is in attendance after dusk. Our teenage boys loved swimming in the illuminated pools and hot tubs as on previous holidays they have been closed at night so it was a bit of a novelty. There is also access to the lake with a pebble beach and jetty.
Our apartment was exactly as described on the hotel website. Two bedrooms, both with aircon and a sitting/dining room. In addition there is a ceiling fan in all rooms. There are two balconies. One to the rear with the aircon unit which actually acts like a tumble dryer when hanging out damp towels etc. The balcony to the front overlooks the lake and far lakeside which looks very pretty at night with all the towns lit up,
Previous reviewers have mention that the restauarant looks like a cafe. I suppose it does but don't be fooled. The food we sampled was of an excellent standard, reasonably priced and beautifully presented on the plate. Easily good quality dedicated restaurant standard. I'm afraid I can't agree with some previous reviewers who criticised the food, but I of course accept my opinion has no greater value than theirs. The food here was however, in my opinion, better than any food we ate at tourist restaurants we visited locally. We thought the pizza was very good. Much better than one we had in a local restaurant which frankly looked like a frozen job you might get from a supermarket with the pin pricks in the base, but thats for another review.
The location does require a car being down a long unlit road. All residents are allocated a generous numbered and covered space. Access is via automated key operated gate so car security is no problem.
We found the location ideal as it offered easy access to Desanzano to the South and Salo to the North both about half an hours drive with Verona only an hour or so drive. Local resorts are also worth a visit
All staff were polite, cheerful and helpful. I cannot find any fault with any aspect of this hotel. I would happily recommend it to anyone including family and friends. In fact this is the first place I have ever stayed at where I have felt the need to email them after my stay to thank the staff.

Room Tip: All rooms face the lake but obviously a higher floor gives a better view.
