If you are looking for luxury this hotel is not your place. To start with the positive issues the hotel is very clean and relaxing. On the other hand many details are missing like there is no Airconditioning or ventillation in the room. I was obliged to keep the window open to get some fresh air. No minibar, no telephone in the room, no slippers, no tissues, not any of those little accessories that you may find in any reputable hotel. Simple furniture inside without any decoration. You cannot find interesting spots around. The good thing I was for business there I just had to sleep and not spend much time there. The second good thing I wasn't the one who paid for my stay, but definitively this is not my style of hotel.
NB: I wondered where the swimming pool is which was mentioned in the trip advisor itself.

Arrived early evening, parking at front of building was full but reception directed us to a large free parking area just around the corner. Marvellous staff, friendly and efficient, we were made most welcome. Room was excellent although a little small but this was partly due to the large bed and lovely big wet room. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good, typical German continental and again everything was kept very clean and tidy. After breakfast, coffee and tea is available from a machine in the reception area free of charge until 10pm. This can be either taken to your room or the small lounge area by reception. There is good wifi and Sky TV in rooms. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the town centre with all the usual shops and many places to eat. Convenient location for visiting the Mohne Dam or Soest. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely stay here again.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel in 2011, 2015 and this year. And, I will definitely come back again. Why, you may ask?!

The hotel is very close to the exit from the highway as well so it's convenient for business travellers - especially those arriving late. The street next to the hotel is moderately used so you may get a good night or day's sleep!

The city shopping area is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, the parking is completely secure, and the room is spotless clean.

Bed and pillows are especially important to me as business traveler as I often come in late and hope to fall asleep quickly to be ready for an early start. The bed is huge and pillows very comfortable so all guests will enjoy their rest.

Breakfast buffet is well stocked and the bagels they serve are always fresh out of the oven!

If you need a good place to stay with more than affordable pricing, excellent WiFi coverage in the entire hotel (room as well, of course) and if you're coming to Arnsberg - you won't regret staying at Ibis Styles!

Good hotel. Very courteous and professional staff, clean room, comfortable bed, ample selection for breakfast inclduing fresh fruit salad. Could be cheaper though, I don't really see the distinction of "Styles" vs. the other Ibis brand hotels. Very limited parking in front of the hotel.

On Trend Hotel perfect for the independent traveller - No add-ons (like in room tea/coffee or iron) however often times I find myself frustrated by these hotels that have them advertised accordingly but then they are not there or not working. The decor is modern, and the shower amazing. Desk with light and built in stereo system, big windows (which you can open wide), flat screen television on the wall perfect for lazing in bed (large, crisp white linen, big pillows, and comfortable) Nice powerful detached hair dryer. Free Tea & Coffee at reception, and has a nice reception area with friendly staff. Children friendly games & toys visible around reception. A five minute walk from shops like New Yorker, H&M, Gerry Weber etc.
The town itself doesn't seem to have much on offer, the restaurants were closed and the streets deserted on a Saturday evening - but this little hotel was perfect for what I needed, a two day break from the world!
