It was a pleasant experience to stay at this place. The view is mind-blowing and the service was quite well. The large room with all the amenities to stay with your little one.
I would give 4 out of 5 to this place.

We have stayed in the Mount Cook village area many times in the past 30 years and last stayed at this motel in 2015 shortly after it had opened. This time we stayed in a frontline studio suite with a spa bath and with floor to ceiling uninterrupted views of the snow capped mountains, the room was spacious, clean and tidy. The TV coverage is limited with no Sky TV and the bed was a little uncomfortable and much too soft for our liking, but overall a very pleasant stay.

We loved our trip to Aoraki and were so excited to get a room upgrade when we arrived at the motel. The full kitchen was wonderful and had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. Underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom really made a difference on some of the chilly days that we had. The spa bath was awesome and was such a treat

Wonderful weekend away with my partner, a great base for our walking trip to Aoraki. We were upgraded to the largest room with the best view, free of charge. The spa bath was incredible after a day out in the mountains, definitely recommend getting this option. Room was modern with great amenities and spotless. Wifi network didn’t allow for content casting to the TV but this hardly matters. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Aoraki.

I have stayed here about 3-4 times and every time I have gotten a mountain view! The entire national park is surrounded by mountains and situated on the valley floor. There will be mountains everywhere!

Hi. Our two bedroom units have 1 bathroom. if you need two bathrooms, then you will need to book 2 studios. Check with the local restaurants regarding menus for local dining. You should not need snow chains at that time of year.

Yes, there is a reception building where you check in where you could wait. I also suggest you contact the motel about where the bus actually picks up. It may be at a different place.
