We stayed here for a couple of nights at the start of the Chinese National Day holidays. It seems a nice property, with no major problems. The staff were helpful. Some (very) minor issues that marred our stay: we had to insist on complementary breakfast buffet (it was on the website when we booked, but the staff seemed confused --- but eventually granted); a hair (not ours) on the pillow when we arrived and some signs that the room hadn't been vacuum cleaned very well (grit and other dirt on the carpet). The buffet breakfast was very comprehensive and the pool staff kind. Overall, I would certainly consider returning and recommending.

5* hotel on pictures looks very exclusive but reality is little be different...
Personal in the hotel very friendly SANDY from the 21 floor louge she did for us everything what she can do realy TOP service from her side she do her job like in 5* hotel should be very good... also guy from down reception i dont know his name but he help us with our collegue to get him back from hospital also 5* service how should be very good...
Hotel situated middle of nothing looks not so clean in room lot of dust
Also in spa works everything on 50% sauna need to repair can ´t get more like 82 degres door need better seal, water missing in small pools missing relax chairs close to sauna and lot of things not good...

I stayed at Zhoushan Sheraton for 45 days in July and August. Thanks to this gorgeous hotel and its management for making my stay so pleasant that helped me to re-charge my batteries after very hot days ( up to 40 degrees C ) in the middle of Summer.
It is located in a modern urban area, only 10 minutes walk to the supermarket Vanguard and many nice restaurants to choose from.
The hotel itself has a nice swimming pool and beautiful gardens around it. I had a lovely mountains view from my 15th floor.
The room I stayed at was spacious and had everything I needed for my long stay , which made me feel like home.
Breakfast ( buffet ) had a big selection of European and Asian dishes. Loved freshly squeezed watermelon juice each morning and nice fruits selection : juicy and nice flavor local fruits.
The personnel at the hotel are all very nice and friendly and would go the extra mile to assist you. I can't speak highly enough of Mr Wayne Wang, the Director of Rooms.
He was personally meeting in a lobby the hotel's visitors each evening and greeting them, asking if any help is needed. He has been regularly arranging nice fresh fruits selection delivered to my room, which was a pleasant treat after a hot working day. The hotel's walls are very thick and sound proof - no street noise was heard.
All of these things made my stay in Zhoushan very pleasant at this " Oasis of happiness " - something to look forward to going back to after a long working day in the middle of hot Zhoushan's Summer.
