We stayed here 2 nights and loved everything about this B&B. Our host, Giuseppe is a lovely man who does everything he can to please you. He prepares fabulous breakfasts of local homemade specialties. He is helpful with recommendations, dinner reservations and directions. Even though he speaks little English, we were able to communicate well enough to meet all our needs. The room and the property are wonderful. In the room, everything has been thoughtfully provided: hanging space, drawer space, luggage space, writing table, working air conditioning/heating, bathroom with a large sink and shower stall and soap/shampoo dispensers, a comfortable bed and pillows with very nice bed linens, and good towels. Outside, there are tables and chairs, as well as umbrellas and loungers which overlook lovely olive trees and other greenery. Parking is available on the property and is free of charge. (You will need a car to drive into the town -- appx 5 minutes). Wifi is good and free. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

My wife and I just finished a 16 day trip of mostly southern Italy. We stayed in Martina Franca then Matera, Pasteum, Sorrento and finished in Rome. Tre Tornesi was the best of them all. As soon as you arrive you are warmly greeted by Giuseppe who owns and runs the home. He showed us where to park. Plenty of parking. The house is situated next to a fruit orchard. The room was beautiful with a modern bathroom and impeccably clean. Excellent landscaped terrace on which to relax. One evening we joined the couples of the other two rooms for dinner cooked by his wife Fabiola for a modest fee. We all had a wonderful evening.

We spent two evenings in the "centro storica" area of the city. A beautiful area with tons of great restaurants and historic sites. This B & B and the city has to be the best location for visiting most surrounding towns. This has been mentioned in many reviews.

In the end this is all about Giuseppe. He fuses the beautiful Italian modern comforts with the charm of being in southern Italy. He speaks little English yet has no trouble conveying directions and recommendations. Always available, warm and friendly. He is the B & B. How lucky we were to find this place.

We stayed one night. A beautiful room, excellent bathroom and a terrace ideal to capture the late afternoon sun. The buildings are modern arranged around one of the trulli buildings which the area is famous for. Set a couple of miles out of town, it is a great base for visiting Martina Franca, or local villages such as Locorotondo, Alberobello, or Ostuni. Clean, comfortable, modern.

We stayed in this B&B for 4 nights. It is definitely recommendable. We stayed in room nr 2 which was very clean and equipped with airconditioning, a little fridge (with complimentary water and icetea) and a spacious bathroom with a rainshower. The B&B has a beautiful surrounding view that you can enjoy from one of the outside lounge areas or sunbeds. Enough space to park your car inside the gate. Every morning between 8-10 a superb breakfast is served by host Giuseppe either on the outside terrace or in the cute little breakfast patio. We were spoiled by different local delicacies, homemade marmelade and pastries, omelette, good Italian coffee, fruits and much more. Giuseppe really made an effort making sure we had a different breakfast every day. Also, he was very helpful providing us with information on good restaurants, routes (through whole of Salento!) good beaches and parking advice. We really enjoyed our stay in this B&B. Only one minor detail, is that the room is not fully sound proof and you can sometimes hear other guests when talking, taking a shower etc.
