Cold room, insects, a lot of noise, lack of English speakers, wrong advice on parking. The breakfast plates were empty most of the time; if you ask for food, the lady there brings a few slices of meat and cheese and then you have to ask again.

Good clean Hotel with very helpful staff and a great rooftop terrace. The rooms were a little on the small size and there was no lift with 32 stairs to climb to the first level but the staff helped with the suitcases.
Gyrating location just outside the old town and we were offered parking permit to park for free outside the hotel.
Breakfast was also very good - note there are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

The hotel is in an excellent location overlooking the water and within easy walking distance of both the old town and the new. Our room was clean and bright and had lovely high ceilings. The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was the usual fare and I thought it good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my 3 night stay here.

The hotel is well located within walking distance of the historic center and the Teatro Italia if you are going to a concert there. My room had a water view. The room was clean with good storage, mini bar, TV, large bathroom with an ample shower with good pressure, comfy mattress, etc. No in-room safe. I was surprised that a nice breakfast was included that offered deli meats, fresh fruit, fresh roll, pastries, fruit juices, yogurt, cereal, coffee/tea... Staff was welcoming and helpful. No frills, but a very real value.

Hotel location and room was great overlooking one of the harbors. It had a balcony and was a two story room. Quite interesting layout with a very high ceiling. Within walking distance of the citadel, shopping and restaurants. Arrived late by car on a rainy night but able to park right at the front door on one of their reserved spaces. The night concierge was great. He managed to order pizza for our room considering being late and pouring rain.
Great value for the location and breakfast included. I am able to speak italian but my wife can't. The staff spoke english and was very helpful conversing with her. Also helpful with directions, places to eat and shopping.
