We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Gatlinburg the last week in September. We were well pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the procedures being followed during this pandemic. Breakfast was wonderful! We have stayed here before, but things seem to have improved greatly since our last stay. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Visited this hotel for two nights in August. The hotel room was clean. However, perhaps all hotels are now using some sort of cleaning product that is sprayed, but there was an odor in the room of cleaning chemicals. Even the Keurig coffee-pods we used in the morning made the coffee taste of those chemicals. Can't say for sure what the source was, but the smell wasn't pleasant. Because of "Covid-19" people aren't really congregating in lobby areas. But, the lobby restaurant didn't give great choices for food and the attendant paid literally zero attention to us as we stood waiting for someone to help us. We had to get a menu from the front desk. Both front desk attendants with whom I dealt were very personable, and pleasant. We ended up leaving early to return home because we just didn't care for Gatlinburg, in general.

Room was clean. Hotel hot tub was nice located outside near firepit. The location was great for us. It was near most of the attractions and restaurants we liked. But I wouldn't consider it Mountain view. Dont pay extra for mountain view not worth it.

Lovely hotel, good service from front desk to breakfast staff. Very clean rooms and public areas, easy parking, beautiful room. Had gas fireplace in room, very nice tough! Off the main drag but still very walkable to all the attractions. Right by entrance to Great Smokey Mountain Par
Highly recommend.

The Hilton Garden Inn Gatlinburg did not disappoint, as usual. One of our favorite hotels in Gatlinburg. The lobby has a nice fireplace with plenty of comfy seating for reading and relaxing. The room was clean and modern with comfortable beds.
My only disappointment was the bartender seemed disgusted to have to be there, but we didn’t let that hinder our fun weekend In Gatlinburg.

We are considering reserving a suite. How are they?

The suites are great if you need or want the extra room. We have stayed in both...and enjoyed both. Beware..some rooms have a Jacuzzi in the room..no privacy. Have fun!! It is definitely our favorite place to stay.

As the previous reviewer stated, we are located on the River Rd, which runs parallel to the main strip. Front of the building offers several suites with private balconies that exactly match your needs and offer a distant view of the Pigeon River. Please feel free to call the hotel at 865.436.0048 with any additional questions.

I don't recall if the hotel was a smoke free hotel. Our room did not have a balcony. the aquarium is approximately a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel faces the river so the walk to the aquarium is a nice walk by the river (on the sidewalk) all the way to the aquarium.
