Write a reviewMy girlfriend’s family lives in WI Rapids, so this is a good hotel that has great prices for a decent, clean room with a public pool and hot tub. We stay at this hotel every time because of that. But this last time, we didn’t have the greatest experience. Every time we went up to our room to get in, it wouldn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor. So we’d have to go all the back down for them to re-assign the key. After it happened twice, I asked if he could give us a new card and he said there’s no reason why it shouldn’t work. So I said okay, fine. The next time it didn’t work again. We walked downstairs 6 times within a 1 night stay.
I would still recommend this hotel, I just wasn’t happy this time around.

Spacious clean room, big bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. It was very quiet and great location near lots of food and shopping. Perfect for my one night business stay! Friendly and helpful staff!

We usually stay at Comfort Inns because they have very nice beds which are very comfortable. Room was clean and well kept. Bathrooms were spotless. Breakfast was hot and had a nice selection of hot and cold items. Will stay here again when in the area

Front desk and manager are very hospitable...our room was ready when we got there (earlier than checkin time)...very clean, pool and pool area were exceptionally clean as was the common areas. They have a bar that is open monday thru saturday serving frozen pizza.

Number "1" for us is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Grounds were clean, Lobby and Hallways clean, Room clean, Bedding clean, Bathroom clean, Breakfast area clean. Need I say more? This property is well managed and it shows. No weird odors, no beat up paint and carpet, no busted furniture, everything works. Right away, we knew we picked the right place and we would gladly stay here again.
I'll nit-pick here: The room A/C system was loud even though we had set the fan speed to LOW. This made falling asleep somewhat challenging. Yes, we could have have turned the unit off, but then the room would have become quite stuffy. Not a deal breaker.
All in all, a very friendly staff and a well-kept facility deserve a solid recommendation. Not the least expensive, but possibly the best value.

Room Tip: Pick east side of building if retiring early. Sun won't keep you up.
