The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy and parking was free. Nothing fancy, but we got what we paid for. Loved how they had refillable shower products. They room was also nice and clean.

We were in Green Bay to pick up our new dog, and this was the meeting place suggested by the breeder. We were very comfortable with all the steps taken to make our stay safe, from the masks to the clean spacious room. The walk-in shower had plenty of safety rails, and the sink area had room to spread out our things. The room was very large, and had two comfy chairs, two bedside tables with lamps and outlets for our devices. No odors or noise our whole visit. The restaurant is not open, but they handed us a freshly printed list of nearby restaurants.

The staff was welcoming and efficient. And the bar tender made every effort to make us feel at home. Easy to find, and easy to find out way back to the interstate. BBQ and breakfast within a mile. Great stay.

Stayed there for a family wedding. Room was very clean. The staff was very nice and provided a shuttle to the reception. They provided rooms and assistance with cleaning up for the bridal party gatherings. If I need to stay in Green Bay again I will definitely stay here again.

The only possible reason I would not give this a 5-star, is I was disappointed that the hotel still had the restaurant and bar closed as well as the pool and fitness room. I was there this past Wednesday night. Restaurants in town are open for dine-in service and so are the bars. But, yes, I understand that we are still in the covid-19 and not out of the woods yet. The other reason I won't give this a 5-star, is because I was in a room on the far east end of the hotel, away from the interstate, and could still hear all of the interstate traffic in the room. Otherwise, nice room!

I am a very fussy hotel person, I like everything very clean. This hotel gets an OK in that respect. Not an A+, probably not even a B but a good solid C. This is the one time I forgot my shampoo/conditioner in 10 years and I wasn't panicked because hotels always leave you those cute little bottles in the room right? WRONG.....this place had pumps in the shower that have been touched and handled by who knows how many people and who knows what those people might have done to them....no thanks! I went down to the front and asked for some and was informed that they don't have any. The lady at the front desk was extremely wonderful and even checked closets for me, Thank you Festival Foods for being open at 11:30PM on a Saturday night. Next let’s get to breakfast.....the toast was good, hash browns good.....eggs and sausage inedible. Perkins is just down the road, I would definitely suggest the 2 minute walk. Now it's check out time. I had prepaid for my room and approved a $50 hold on my cc for incidentals so there should be no problems that I can see. Five hours after having left the hotel I notice that they charged my cc AGAIN for the hotel stay. Mistakes happen so I called the hotel and they found the error and said the person accidentally charged me again and that they would reverse the charge. Later that night....ANOTHER charge (Yes, I've actually paid for this crappy experience 3 times now). I called again telling them they need to return my money as I did NOT authorize any of these holds on my account. What if I needed that money? What makes it ok to place random holds on my card without MY permission? Four days later these holds did fall off but that doesn't change the fact that I did NOT authorize them! All in all, I'm not going back.

I am very sorry for your poor experience. I know when I talked to you on the phone I explained that the activity on your card were authorizations and not charges. I made sure that we canceled any authorizations that were put on your card. I am guessing that the authorizations that were held were released from your account. If that is not the case I would be happy to call your credit card company and do everything I can to make sure they were taken off your card. Please let me know if I can be of assistance.
